Took my Pontiac GTO in here for a Holden conversion on a recommendation. Staff were friendly and prompt, the work was amazing and the costs were spot on.

I stopped at Maaco Burnsville and was very surprised at the friendly service I received. I subsequently accepted their bid to paint my 19 year old Dodge Pick up truck. When I came to pick it up What a welcome surprise! The paint job could not have been more prefect! This comes from a perfectionist.

They had a price range that fit my 2007 Honda Accord. An older car with low miles, no rust, but lots of paint chips! It looked like a new car when it was done! Very professional staff. They explain very well what you need to make it look nice without over doing it on an older car.

Maaco in Burnsville saved my Jeep! I have a 2005 Wrangler LJ that had a really poor paint job and even worse body work. Brought it in to Maaco without knowing what to expect but they did an awesome job!The body work they did looks great, it is smooth and professionally done. The two tone paint is glossy and looks amazing!They did so well that Im bringing my brand new truck in for some work as well. I would highly recommend Maaco in Burnsville for any work that needs to be done.

The folks at Maaco were polite, professional, and really fast. I needed some welding done to the frame of my truck due to an issues with the gas tank straps. So, a bit of a safety concern. After another garage said they couldnt help me (no welders on staff) I went to a dealership that recommended this Maaco. Adam Evans took a look at my truck and within a few minutes he and his team gave me a plan of action. In less then 4 days they had my truck repaired and even detailed my truck for me! I have a couple of rust spots on my truck that need some attention before the fall. I will be going back to Maaco to get it done.

Mediocre service at best. Took 18 days to paint my 2011 Camaro. Then when its done, they still missed spots! So I drive my car home, look it over, and theres a slimy film on my rims! My rims look like they are stained and corroding. I also have one of my reverse lights isnt working now. It was before I brought it to them. Very disappointed. Will not be going back and will not recommend

They made sure i was taken care of before estimated date of return because i had mentioned in passing that its my daily driver and it was a pain to have to get rides to work! The gentleman that helped me was very professional and made sure i was happy with the work done before sending me off it was a wonderful experience great customer service here!

My vehicle was taken to Maaco in Burnsville to repaint the hood in that time. I got my vehicle back super dirty. Alot of dirt mud in all the wheel wells it appears someone was joy riding and doing burnouts. Scratch on front of vehicle next to front of headlight. My interior glove box has a bunch of scratches everywhere. Horrible experience. I cannot trust Maaco with my vehicle.

Great service! Had some light body work and a full car paint job done 12/20. Took a week and came in very close to estimate. Quality body and paint work, car looks great now! All employees were helpful and friendly! They let me detrim the car quick before dropping off, and retrim it on pick up. Would certainly recommend them for any body work you might need from minor dent and paint work to large accident repairs and paint jobs.

Great service on my 2015 Ram. They fixed a deep dent on the truck and painted it. It looked as good as when I got it from the dealer. I would highly recommend this business . Adam that works there kept me updated and it was ready earlier then I expected.

I put a pretty good door ding in my wifes 2017 SUV during the summer. I reached out to the local macco in Burnsville and was very pleasantly surprised to be invited just to drop my vehicle off.theyre explained to me that they could write the estimate call me for approval and begin repairs immediately which I thought was great because I wanted it done before the holidays. The day of I dropped the vehicle and they pulled it in immediately and began repairs and getting the estimate to me I agreed on the price and two days was all it took so impressed thanks guys Jason and Carl were great help!

Maaco Burnsville did a beautiful job painting our Rav-4. The paint looks perfect, and they were able to buff out the little pockmarks that were all over the vehicle so it’s smooth. They were very nice to work with as well.

Purchased a new car and had it shipped to me. It was damaged by the transport company. The folks at MAACO worked with the insurance company and got my car back to the way it should be in no time. Even though I didnt actually pay for the work [insurance paid) the price seemed very fair for the work done.

Overall was helped with my chevy cruz by jakeWas helpful In explaining the process and also make sure my chevy was well painted. However, area for improvement for the business is to take care of the customer. I asked jake to fix and replace the light bulb only costing $200. I was disappointed when he said no way honestly. Please take care of the customer next time. Otherwise, good work.P.s. my chevy sign is missing as well as sports sign idk why that is . I rated this business 4/5.

My Dad has used Maaco for years when restoring cars and they have always been hit or miss on quality. More times than not though, he has had a great experience. I had the top of my pop-up camper painted. Didn’t look like they prepped surface as promised (sanding surface). And Did not match existing paint, and They used a very glossy paint, when the existing paint was a matt finish.There was like chunks of dust in the paint job, I had to clean those off. I would not use them ever again!

Adamdid his best, but after they craked the windshield, broke off the antenna, broke off the wind deflectors,overspray from primer on passenger side along with something with one windshield wiper blade they made almost all right but it took an extra day and primer is still on glass.

I have been to Maaco many times over the years for work on my vehicles and the quality of the work never disappoints. It is done right at a good price. The staff is also outstanding doing what they can to make the process as painless as possible. I worked with Jason this week to get my car fixed and it was done on time and looks great. Ill admit, I was skeptical taking my Mercedes just based on old stories associated with the Maaco name (not the shop itself). However these guys came highly recommended from a friend, stating that these guys started years ago specializing in Mercedes, other imports and are used by several major dealerships in the area. The price was reasonable and the estimated time to complete the vehicle was ideal. I had originally came in for bumper repair and minor work on a fender along with some paint touch up. However, based on the age of my car being a 98, I ended up electing for a full body repaint of the entire car. Im glad that I did!I was blown away with their attention to detail and the quality of the paint work. I paid extra to have the car wet sanded and buffed afterwards, which they took extra special care to give it a better-than-factory finish. Im picky with my vehicles and couldnt find anything wrong with their work, the paint is flawlessly smooth, and they used OEM clips to reattach and repair my trim work. The result is a 20+ year old Mercedes SL that looks brand-new.If your coming in for collision repair or a full paint restoration like I ended up doing, these guys are the real deal and I will definitely return in the future for my auto body repair.Great work guys!!

The repair turned out great. Communication during the repair could have better.

Painted and replaced a bumper cover, headlight and some other minor front end repairs after getting backed into. The only complaint would be is that they didnt adjust the headlight so it made it difficult driving and a safety hazard. Had a third party take 5 minutes to fix the issue. Outside of that, great from start to finish.

Recently I came here to get my wife’s van fix. The process was slow and when I picked up the van, it was done very sloppy, the body work was bumpy, and they left all their dirty materials & dust in the car. I talked to the manager they told me to bring the car back in again, but I don’t have time to leave the car when it should have been done properly in the first place . Though they gave me a discount I was still not satisfied with the final look of the car. It was a disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place to get your car fixed. However, the custumer service was helpful and nice.

Maaco did an excellent job and completed the work on time and at price quoted. I was updated throughout the process of Maaco completing the work. It was a great experience.

I was in a minor fender-bender in late February with my Mazda 3. I called my insurance the day of the accident, and they said to go with another auto body shop, at least to get an estimate, and then I could have the work done wherever I chose. Unfortunately, the auto shop they wanted said it couldnt get my car in - even for an estimate - until March 18 - almost six weeks later. Larry and the folks at Maaco were able to get my car in immediately. They did the estimate, contacted my insurance, and were able to work on my car within the week. It was finished about a week later, and they gave me lots of status updates within that period.The car looks like new. It was only cosmetic damage, but I was really worried about the paint job. I shouldnt have worried, because the guys at Maaco really did an excellent job. In addition to that - they cleaned my car - INSIDE AND OUT - and I dont think its been as clean as it is now for YEARS! Sometimes, its the little details that count. If they put that much energy into making sure my car was clean when I got it back, I can only imagine the care they took repairing it.I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My wife and I have used this location two times for our Honda Civic. First time was due to an unfortunate battle between the side of the car and a concrete pillar, car lost. All paint work, no body. Second time, which we just got back this past Friday, was for body work, rust repair, & paint from where the rocker panel was curbed a year ago and we didnt see the extent of the damage, whoops.BOTH TIMES, we went to pick up the car and I couldnt tell where the damage had been. Im walking around, try to get light/reflection to give away on the paint, lying on the ground to look at the bottom down at the gravel guard and run my hand along it. CANT find it. This time we even took before pictures, and it is like the damage was never there. Absolutely grade-A work for a fair price.Also, pretty sure both times our point of contact was Matt. I have to call out his exceptional professionalism, his ability to explain what options there are to do the work, how that work is actually done, and how it effects the price and long term outlook on the work weathering the years down the road. He is a great asset to this location and an absolute pleasure to work with!

I had a bad experience at this business with a bad paint job, so I did a bad review. The Management showed concern, but as it turns out, was nothing but lip service on the review reply. I did as the management requested by e-mail follow-up to customer service to address the issue. Havent heard from them since. As I said before, I will never use them again.

I’m in WBL sand I’ve had my vehicle repaired at this location twice over the last two years and will have it now again. This place does the best work, at a good price and the service is phenomenal! My vehicle looks like brand new, even over time. They do an amazing job. Don’t waste your money anywhere else. They will do it right and it will look great, like it was when brand new. Competitive auto repair center. Takes awhile to get an estimate though. This is probably true of most collision centers. They do have a very good reputation for the work that they do.

Had an appointment set up for a Weds due to the fact I would be out of town Weds to the following Monday, I dropped the car of Tuesday night before I left. So Maaco could have my car for four business days. I specifically told the guy I will be here Tuesday morning when you open to get my car, he responded with perfect your car will be ready four days is plenty of time to fix your issue( mind you this was only a few scratch’s on rear part of the car on the roof).When I returned to pick my car up the following Tuesday morning my car was not done. The individual who I spoke with said my car had just been painted Monday night and the color did not match. Maaco kept my car all day Tuesday called said it was done I got it home looked it over I can still see a few scratches that were not buffed out. But not taking it back to have them make excuses as to why they need to keep it for an other few days. Over all bad experience with them would not recommend to anyone to take your car there.

The guys at Maaco in Burnsville did an incredible job replacing and matching paint color on a rusted front fender I decided to replace. Several years ago they did the same high quality work on my Pontiac. They are truly artists at what they do.

I had a great experience with Maaco, particularly the Burnsville location. The guys were nice, and I was always in and out. Additionally. My car was done 5 days before the expected completion date. Most importantly, the work looks great! I highly recommend this location if youre in the area. Even if youre not using insurance, theyre worth it!

After breaking off the quarter wheel moulding on my SUV, brought it to Toyota to fix but they said they could only get the part unpainted so suggested I go to an auto body repair place. Called Maaco and Mike Johnson said he would fit us in since we were already in Burnsville at the time. Brought the vehicle in on Wednesday for the estimate and Mike had the part by Friday!! He even was able to order it painted (even though Toyota couldnt even do this) so we even saved some extra money.Mike Johnson was friendly, professional, courteous and did excellent work. Service was fast and totally met my expectations. Would definitely go here again!!

I highly reccomend going here to anyone who needs body work or paint. My Dodge Challenger was hit while it was parked, they left a small dent and took off a decent amount of paint. After dealing with the other party’s insurance I brought my car here and Mike helped me through everything. It took about two weeks for the repairs to be finished, and I couldn’t imagine having a better experience. Mike was very friendly and knew what he was doing. My car looks great!

My husband and I own several vehicles and we have repaired over 5 vehicles with Mike at Maaco. He has always been wonderful to work with. One of my work vehicles was just in an accident with an Uber driver. Their insurance Company was very difficult to work with. This was my first visit at Maaco-Burnsville, and working with Larry C. was so easy, at a time when I didnt need someone to hit my car, where he explained the levels of service, explained what my vehicle needed, talked to the insurance company, providing them necessary information-so I didnt have to, and had the vehicle completed and looking super when he said it would be finished. I also gave a YELP review, because I read those positive reviews before I make a decision.
