In my opinion, you should really consider going elsewhere for your autobody repairs. It appears that this shop is working for the insurance companies, and do NOT have your best interest in mind. My repairs were less than the value of the car, but they still totaled my car and then Caliber fed information to Allstate that reduced my payout because I had a stain on my back seat (not true) and pealing paint on my hood (also not true) - judge for yourself in the pictures below. So for my car that had a value of closer to $14k I am receiving a check for $11,548.You have other options for repair and I would recommend going elsewhere.

I recently had some body work done here on my 2021 Mustang GT. Larry did a great job keeping me informed on the status of my car the whole time it was gone and Im more than pleased with the final result.

I had multiple repairs needed on my Ford due to an accident. Everything was done with Ford parts and the repairs were excellent. When something wasnt perfect I was notified that they were working on making it so and I was so impressed. Keith is awesome to work with. He kept me posted on everything! Everyone that we met at this location is amazing. We had our two small children with us and everyone made us feel comfortable! Seriously the best service Ive ever experienced anywhere.

Unfortunately we were rear-ended and our vehicle ended up being a total loss. Caliber Collision promptly evaluated our vehicle and provided the insurance company with an estimate that quickly led to the insurance’s company’s decision. Since we were traveling and we were out of state we had no way to return to our vehicle to collect the belongings we could not fly with. Laurie got our roof rack and other items from the vehicle prior to it going to salvage and shipped them to us without us asking. Laurie went above and beyond to help us out. First, let me tell you that Laurie, at the front desk, has the best personality! As soon as I walked in, she gave the warmest welcome, I felt right at home! The entire process from creating my appointment, arranging a rental car, dropping off my vehicle to picking it up was as smooth as possible. I met with the repair man, Kevin, such a sweetheart, who answered any repair questions up front and made me comfortable leaving my vehicle in his hands. When it was time to pick up my Jeep, I was over the moon impressed with the repair. My red Jeep looked brand new as if it was fresh off the dealership lot! The paint job was immaculate, along with the new doors! I wouldn’t change a thing! A giant THANK YOU to the team for taking amazing care of my baby Jeep! Communication was great. As far as the work done, it looks okay. They definitely did not do anything more than they had to. Painted the car door, only where they worked. Didnt do the door handle that had a scratch, didnt remove door trim that had scratches by it. Would not recommend.

Ive rated caliber collision before and gave it a great review because I thought its customer service and personal care were genuine. When I brought my car in again but had to withdraw it until the following month, the same person who seemed so genuine before lost any of the personality he had before. His final words to me over the phone were whatever, as long as you get it off of the lot. End of conversation, no goodbye.When I got there I understood his sense of urgency and lack of courtesy as soon as I saw I was one of two vehicles taking up the dozens of empty spaces available.The treatment I received on my first repair was so exemplary that it was praiseworthy and completely won me over.Upon returning I realized their genuine customer service seems financially based. When youre paying theyre pleasant, when you arent theyre not.Im taking my vehicle to another shop. I dont owe anyone my business.

I brought my car in to repair the damages on my bumper and hood after getting backed into. Everyone I came in contact with here was very kind and they did a great job of communicating with me throughout the entire process! The repairs were done in a few days (even quicker than expected) and the finished job looks amazing! They even detailed my interior which was such a nice surprise for me! I’m so happy to have my baby back looking flawless inside and out! I’d definitely recommend going here if you’re insurance allows!!

Lori and Kevin were SO friendly, informative, and helpful getting my car checked out after close exposure to a small garage fire. They got me in and out super fast with care and close attention to detail. Time flew by chatting with Lori and Kevin found things I never saw about my car and he took great care of me. I gave a good love tap on my car when I was parking in a garage and I took in for Caliber Collision to help me with my bad scratch. Keith, Sidney, and Lori helped me out without a problem and were incredibly genuine! Fingers crossed nothing else happens to my car but if it does I know just where to go! Caliber Collision was so helpful during our recent accident, we had issues with the tow truck our insurance company recommended and they stayed on top of what was happening with out car and called me the moment it pulled in the parking lot. They inspected our vehicle quickly and kept us informed about everything that was going on step by step. Their customer service is phenomenal and they made a very stressful time in our life so much easier. I would recommend them to all family and friends and will for sure be a forever customer.

I just want to say that my insurance company made this suggestion and I couldnt be happier. My car was likely to be totalled but it was still drivable so instead of totalling my vehicle, they fixed the little damage needed to get it driving again for free and sent me on my way. They easily could have charged me for that fix but didnt so the least I can do is tell you that the customer service i delt with the entire way was well worth it!

Honda CRV vs garbage bin produced a plate sized dent in the back hatch. My insurance company USAA recommended Caliber. Making an appointment was easy. I left the car hoping to have it done in 3 days and it was ready the next afternoon! Hope to not have to use them in the future but I highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time i an leaving a review.i guess they did not like my previous review and had it removed?anyways, about a year ago my vehicle was in a minor accident, and i brought it to Caliber Collision for insurance inspection, and hopefully for them to repair it.upon hearing from my insurance that they were going to total it, i took the cash and also kept the vehicle. i informed Caliber that i would not need they service, and wanted to pick the vehicle up.here are where things went wrong..#1 - first thing i noticed was my $600 tuner was missing#2 - granted they were not required to put all the parts they took off back on, i however expected them to remove parts properly.. not rip off perfectly good parts that now i have to replace (Front grill that i paid to have lineX) (now i have to spend $$ out of my pocket for a part that was perfectly fine when it arrived at Caliber, but now is broke.#3 parts missing - what ever parts they did not put on, they just threw inside the vehicle. parts that did not get put on or put in the vehicle: Lower Grill ($300 to buy a new one) Wheel Fender Flares ($500+ for replacements)also, while they were inspecting my vehicle, they cut a lot of electrical wires to my lights, and various devices.. so now i have the fun job of fixing their work.its funny how a vehicle was fully intact ( i have pictures that were taken right in front of your store when a visual inspection was done at drop off), but now I have to spend money to replace parts because of this shops incompetence.when I get time to work on my vehicle, I find more and more things that are missing or was broken by this shop.save yourself time, and money and go somewhere that is more professional.

Went in for an estimate they did not include me in the service writing part. Having work. Done in the oast they do not respect customers wishesand there for do not recommend.

Easy to work with. Fast and convenient for my insurance claim and repairs. Dropped off Wednesday and had repairs completed and my car back on the road by Friday the same week!!!

We had our Tahoe repaired a few months ago from an accident and just had our Chrysler 300 repaired from storm damage. They did phenomenal work, you cannot tell where the damage was. Everyone we dealt with from Lori the receptionist to Matt the General Manager was professional, friendly, and prompt with getting us information and returning calls. I went to this shop and they lied to me when they claimed they check everthing on the car including engine damage i signed the paper allowing them to do the work only to find out they dont check the engine for any damage and that they are strictly an auto body shop which they did subpar work on my vehicle. Thats probably why they went from Abra to Caliber Auto repair they need to merge with another company because they are shady and karma always strokes back. If you take your car there beware you will regret it

These guys were great to work with in repairing my wifes car. Great communication and the work was done as quickly as stated. Quality of work is great.

Very disappointed. I visited the shop at 5:25 pm on a Monday night. When I arrived I was immediately told by the receptionist they do not do estimates after 5 pm. I looked over and saw someone else being helped and she said, Oh that women has been here for over an hour and still isnt done. I asked if they were open until 6 pm. She said, Yes and did nothing else. I said, You lost my business, and walked out. In the brief moment she made absolutely no attempt to see if someone could help me. She lost the business over $2000 in repair work that was is reimbursed by State Farm. I will never be back to this business again.

Went there for an estimate. They staff was very nice, however they told me it would take 3 weeks before they could even start working on my car. They did a very lazy estimate as well.

Got my vehicle fixed here. After a few years the bondo started coming out. When I brought it in they were very apologetic, set me up with a rental, and fixed it quickly. Very professional staff

Worst guest service I have ever experienced. The receptionist who was busy dealing with their coffee cup tried their best to ignore my existence right in front of them. It took me three tries of saying excuse me in order to catch her attention. After I caught her attention, she angrily handed me a paper to write my info. After I completed it, I handed it back to her and she told me to go and wait (the funny thing is that I was the only customer around and I could actually see the mechanics chilling and talking to each other). After waiting for about 20 minutes, I got angry and left.

Dont go there! They make you sign to get an estimate with an insurance claim and then they go ahead and make the repairs and take the money for themselves. Then they say its your fault for signing.
