I had the unfortunate experience of having to live in a van for a few months in 2020, and having access to a storage space made it much more tolerable. Jonathan was super helpful in communicating the hours of operation and the basic rules and regulations. My unit was quite tall and I was able to fit everything I needed into it, and it even had an A/C power outlet so I could plug my generator in to charge it when necessary. This also enabled me to utilize my vacuum and save my quarters. When I was able to find more stable housing I was due a small refund, and Jonathan again was exceptionally helpful in making sure that got squared away quick and easy. Overall my experience was very positive and I am thankful for the facility and the staff.

Friendly, efficient

I have had a storage unit going on two months. The guy that set up my unit with my boyfriend and I was super helpful and I had great customer experience with him. At the time I signed he informed me anytime I needed 24 hour access to move stuff in and out of my unit to call and let them know. So a month into renting my unit I called to get 24 hour access to move my stuff during the weekend and instead of it being an easy going process the guy named Jon asked me a bunch of questions and said we dont give access to new people and youve only been here for a few months. Which I thought was strange since that wasnt what I was told when I moved my stuff in. He wasnt polite at all and by the end he goes Ill give you this access at this time but Ill have to inform my security so they dont try to stop you. Over all just ruined my experience at this storage unit therefore Ill be moving my stuff else where.

Jon was a great guy who helped me and my roommate out alot during a rough move. The deals were fantastic and the location was 99% convenient.

Great customer service. Easy access. Only downside is some units do not have lights inside.

Not really their fault but I went to pick up my uhaul and the website changed me to a location 45 minutes away, I didnt realize it until the day of pickup so I had to make the drive and pay the extra milage. The guy was nice and helpful, the rental process was easy
