I work there so I cant seem too biased. Clean reasonable price storage for the public. If you want storage for a month or 30 years you get the same courteous service. They are there for your convenience.

Pam is amazing, she was extraordinarily helpful to us. We were opening a new thrift store and she made storing our products so easy, we will certainly return to this facility if we need store space in the future.

Pam was exceptionally helpful and patient. Took time to show me a couple different units so that I could decide which was best for my needs. Facility is clean and has 24 hour surveillance which for me was a bonus. Rates were fair and location is convenient. I would recommend to anyone.

I rented a storage unit here from September 2015 to March 2016. While there is always room for improvement, I was completely satisfied with my experience! This location is well-maintained and easy to find from I-40. I always found my unit to be surprisingly cool, even when the temperature was in the upper 70s. The store manager, Pam, is very nice, efficient, and easy to reach. And the man who showed me around when I started the rental was kind and offered excellent advice for storing in a non-climate controlled unit.As for CubeSmart itself: Rates are accurately stated online, although you will need to pay for insurance as well. The initial rate did increase after 6 months, but that was as stated on all materials. Not a surprise and they sent an advanced notice in the mail as well. Also, you can pay and manage your unit online, which is excellent.In all, I was very happy with my experience and recommend it to others!

Dont call the number to try and find out pricing . They will not give you what you ask for instead they will try and tell you what you need. I called asking for pricing on a 10 x 15 unit and a 10 x 20 unit. The woman on the phone tried to tell me I didnt need that big of a unit and reserved me something smaller. I have rented before I know what I need. The woman at the actual location was able to give me what I asked for.

Pam is awesome. She is a true professional - courteous, responsive, and willing to take the extra step to create a win win situation. When we needed a smaller unit, they found us one in the same climate controlled hall. We are very comfortable storing our items in this facility. Highly recommended!!

Secure storage space nothing was damaged

Site manager, Pam, contacted me promptly after my inquiry about storage. Ended up getting two 10 x 20 exterior and one 5 x 10 climate controlled unit. Pam is very professional and assisted up with our needs. Would definitely recommend Qubesmart.
