Excellent people to work with. They care about you and your car. Very professional. They kept me informed every step of the way, especially when they ran into unexpected issues. They always kept me informed of the issues, gave me options of things they could do to resolve the issues and then asked what I wanted to do. Even though I went over budget (due to issues the previous owner either didnt take care of or poorly resolved) I feel like my car is much better off than it was before I took it in. Ive called back for minor issues that arose after I brought my baby home and theyve taken care of those also. Im very pleased at this point with the entire process.
