Great place to go there at a cup of beer. A soft dinner or a hot tea or coffee! Desert menu sucks. At least 4 types of desert.

Not for tourists or foreigners in my opinion. Food is mediocre, drinks priced decent. Pretty looking waitress with an neutral little bored attitude. I could feel she was dealing with hard customers on a daily bases. We were a table of four guys and she expected maybe the worst from us.
