Delicious Vietnamese iced coffee! Long live the Coffee Bean!

Had to sit in here and work with my computer for 2 hours in the morning with my big computer monitor (due to my computer breaking and me using a temporary one.) The employees were so kind and helpful and the food/coffee tasted great! I know that I can come here if I ever need to get any work done on the go in the future. Definitely made my day! Thanks :)

My girlfriend and I stopped by here today since we were in the Burbank area enjoying the nice sunny weather after the rain. She loves Coffee Bean and its so hard to find now near our place due to covid and the mall limitation. But the location in Burbank is always the saver for her. When we got to the place, we were able to just walk up to the counter and put in her order. She loves their Mocha Latte, we actually had our first date at a Coffee Bean but the one in Northridge. It didnt take long for her drink to be ready since there was no other orders pending. Finding parking here would probably be the most difficult part. Due to covid, more spots are available than before but we usually park at the police station down the street since its easier to get out and is not compact. It also gives you the opportunity to get some steps in and explore Burbank. The customer service we received was also spectacular.

THE MOST AMAZING WORKS they have the nicest workers you could ever meet shoutout to Steff and Rosa they paid for my drink since my mom card wouldnt go through they were so sweet and kind enough to both pitch in and pay for my drink. Great coffee. Nothing fancy

One of my favorite coffee shops, I particularly love the black forest, ground up chocolate covered coffee beans and maraschino cherries strong but sweet. This location was clean, with friendly employees, and quick service.

Better coffee than Starbucks.

The kids really enjoyed their cinnamon roll and chocolate shake, which of course theyre not going to complain when they get that for breakfast. The Mommy and me really enjoyed our coffee, she had the maple ice latte and that was really yummy, I had a sip. I had the Vietnamese cold brew, first Ive had that, and nice and strong.Also as you can see, a good amount of Pokemon Go stops :-)

The best coffee you should try it you’re gonna love it and you’re gonna come in come in come again and again for more coffee is so good so warm and so cold I recommended coffee beans in my life

Best coffee chain in LA. Can be tricky to find parking so quick stops for caffeine can be fristrated by having to park a few blocks away.

Great service! Was turned away at Starbucks because all I had was a $100 dollar bill to pay, despite wanting to spend almost $30 on coffee and pastries. This Coffee Bean happily helped me. The service was friendly and fast. Pretty much converted now. Thanks Coffee Bean staff!!!

Coffee at least as good as Starmegabuks. And almost $1 cheaper for large. Good toilet, but they got rid of occupied lock. And they have PAPER TOWELS. But no newspapers either. So walk an extra 600 feet from the Theaters, youll be pleased.

My favorite place for coffee

Walked inside and the big girl with glasses was wearing her mask under her chin. She sneezed and when I said bless you she turned and I seen she sneezed into her hand. Told me thank you then pulled her mask up and arranged a couple things next to herself all while never washing her hands!!!!!! Then she fiddles with her bun and came to the register to take my order. I had to walk out. Unbelievable

I have always received great service at this location. But not today. Today I went in for my usual drink. The cashier was great and friendly. The Batista on the other hand was less than satisfactory. I understand that her job requires her to be friendly and have conversations with customers, however when those conversations interfere with her job performance then that becomes a problem. Ill be very blunt about it. She got my order wrong and when I told her, I received a little attitude because I was interfering with her conversation.Other then this I would of gave this place 5 stars.

Love coffee bean. This is my preferred choice over Starbucks. Lots of fun new flavors and cheaper to beat.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Place is open late. Restrooms are clean. Good coffee. Liquid sugar is a big plus for cold drinks ; )

The latte was good, but the almond croissant was a bit stale. Tha barista forgot she was heating it for me, so I had to remind them to give it to me. The bathroom was out of TP. And their solution was paper towels - not impressed, and they blamed it on their service and took zero responsibility. All-in-all, not an impressive experience.

Omg- I had the BEST dessert here. Try the Espresso cheesecake brownie. Then to drink, I got the white chocolate hot latte. All of it has such a rich delicious flavor, a strong perk of energy you need while out running errands. Everything you want a coffee to be. And I’m surprised how low the prices are, compared to the quality!! And the baristas are all very nice!!

I order on the app and i just walk in and grab my drink. Ez breezy... The parking situation sucks thats why i gave 4 not 5 stars

Ive been a fan of this place for WELL over 15 years. I HIGHLY recommend!! All you need is a cup of coffee and at least 4 other people to have a good loud conversation with on the patio. Even strangers feel open to jump into the conversation here. This is a Burbank classic spot.

Thank you for the excellent bean choices for the Java-to-go! Everyone loves it!!!!Ordered two boxes of Java-to-go for meeting, one light roast and one dark roast. I think its Mexican Organic and Bright future (perfect for our meeting!! Haha). Called ahead and they are ready when arrive (called before 7 for a pick up at 9:30). The barista helps me carry them to my car.I would definitely look for these two beans (yes its that good!). :)

Baristas never follow my instructions for drinks. They just skip over my requests. I frequently have to ask to re do my drinks.

Great place to relax to end your day or night. Very quaint place with good seating. Orders come out on time and not too noisy.

Best managed out of all the 4 franchises ive been to in the NoHo, Burbank area. Also cleanest. In fact I saw the GM himself out in from washing the windows and front door.! Dedication and Perseverance!

The Mango tea was to die for. It was not just good but also cheap. If you need a place to work (good wifi and clean bathroom), I highly recommend it. I had some time to kill and time just flew at this place.

How does a chai tea latte have mocha flavoring? I guess when you order it at this location. Very disappointed. I dont drink coffee for a reason. I dont like it. So now I have a hot drink I cant drink. Ill complain to corporate.

Went to this store for years and never had a bad experience. Its a nice alternative if starbucks down the street is too packed. Staff has been friendly and helpful.

It is a cool spot to chill and enjoy yoir beverage. It has power outlets so it is also good place to work on your laptop. It has about 6 or 7 tables so it is not easy to grab one.

Chai Tea Latte is made here with love. you can never taste a better chai latte somewhere else. I love this place

My Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is the best. I go everyday for my favorite Cherry Blossom green tea & a delicious muffin. The baristas are friendly and always make my visit a pleasure

This location is convenient in Burbank they do have good coffee here but they do need to train their employees with better customer service I’ve noticed a lot of coffee beans I’ve been to customer service is not that well they do need to train them and bring them up to date how to treat their customers

Right around the corner from the AMC Theater, there’s a nice little coffee joint called the Coffee Bean. I like it cause the service is fast mostly friendly (though not always) and affordable for what you get. Which is to say, delicious coffee/tea and other drinks. I got myself a White Chocolate Frap and my gf got an Arizona Sunrise tea. They were both delicious and refreshing drinks on a perfectly sunny day.

We often come here when we are in LA because the hotel we (used to) stay at is nearby. I was not happy at our most recent visit, because they forgot to make the coffee I ordered and then when I brought this to their attention they had to confer with each other to decide whether or not I was trying to scam them, or if I had actually paid for something I didnt receive.

I like their hot chocolate.. better than Starbucks.. doesn’t taste so watery.

I love coffee bean. Only one where I live so not as convenient as when youre in the valley. This particular spot in Burbank the girl was RUDE. The other was nice but if I come in with a smile and leave aggravated thats not a pleasant experience. Step up your customer service game.

While small & sunny in the afternoons, this location has the study essentials: square or rectangular tables, some upholstered chairs, outlets, not too bright for LCD screens, and its quiet. Its also clean, has a patio area, and has great service.

Im here every morning before work, everyone who works here is very friendly and personable! Its a good location to hang out at.

Ive tried many beverages, and have yet to find something I like. The tea lattes are way too watered down. The coffee beverages are too strong and bitter.

Asked for double espresso n got it w zero crema so the guy did it 2 more times w same results obviously they have no clue of making espresso do not come here if you want to drink good coffee

Coffee and tea are average. However, I love the free WiFi, clean bathrooms, and generally a nice, quiet environment for conversations.
