The staff is very friendly and helpful every time I go there. The kiosks are 98% of the time working versus other Kohls I have been to in Houston. Overall the store is organized well and cleanliness is high and staff is great!

My online order was missing an item so I went into the store just a few minutes ago to get it replaced. There were two hospitable ladies at the front who greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Then the lady at Customer Service was very nice and directed me where I could go look for the replacement AND sent someone to help me look. The lady who came to help showed up seconds later to help me look and even went and looked in a different part of the store. When we found the item I needed, she even offered to help me find anything else I needed.This was the BEST customer service I have experienced in years. Way to impress, Kohls College Station!! Thanks for the great service!!

Tried calling Saturday night 7:30 PM. Called twice let it ring each time about five minutes nobody answered the phone. Their website states they stay open until 10 PM. Very poor service and/or I’m assuming and what I’ve seen going in there before they have employees that just don’t care

Its a Kohls. And it is as good as a Kohls can get. Wife hit the jackpot with 6 pairs of shoes today. After discounts and a coupon $102. But nothing I needed. Maybe next time.

There was a clearance happening but its not cheap. I seen the same jacket in Ross for 9.99 to 35.99 in Kohls. So its up to you on the clothing and finding a great deals. When you go on that day. 😊👍

5-Stars Customers service. I was in rush to get my daughter a superhero T-shirt for her school. The manager and one of the assistants helped me closely to get what I need in a few minutes.

Amazing deals! I definitely recommend checking out the mens clearance section..I went today and stuff that was originally $80 was discounted to $16!!!!! If you want to actually buy really nice mens formal Wear though, I dont recommend it because the options are somewhat limited. The bathroom is also really nice and clean. The employees are nice.Accessibility: I would say its fairly easy for wheelchair users to get around.

Amazon exchange system is super easy. Have a desk in the back ready to go. Lady in front of me was a first timer. She had printed it all. Showed her how to do it all on her phone next time. Ended with a 25% off coupon. Found a LG/T flannel shirt on clearance. With coupon spent $3.12 on a shirt that started out at $49.99!

Waiting for the Tommy Hilfiger selection and the Calvin Klein to come in to this store and the Sephora.

There was a nice selection of clothes and housewares. I found what I wanted for my granddaughter, and the prices were reasonable.

Zero stars. I am deeply disturbed by the staff here. Went here to find a coat for my military man and we found a fantastic one. We went to one of the staff to ask for a price check and before we could ask him he interrupted us and just said expensive. He repeated only expensive to us multiple times before he actually checked the price for us. When he finally gave us the price, it was followed with, see? Expensive and sent us away. The two ladies behind him basically just laughed us away also. We got the coat because it was a great deal and left but we did not expect to be so belittled and mocked especially from a place now offering a veterans day discount/military appreciation. I am truly disgusted by this place.

Employees were very nice but their childrens clothing section was very messy

Today was not a good experience. I needed help locating a particular item, but there was no one in sight in that whole quadrant of the store to ask. I kept searching. When I found what I think was the item I had found on-line, the sign on that clothing display was labeled something different, even than the clothing labels, and the sale price did not match the advertised price. I chose not to buy it. Before leaving the store, I decided to look in another department (ladies accessories), to see if I saw any other gift idea. On the back aisle of that department, there were two employees, working slowly while they talked with each other at length (not about work). Neither of them acknowledged my presence or asked if they could help me find anything.

No one to help you find product, pushed assistance button didnt work in the appliances dept. Guy from shoes came to help me. He was fantastic! Forgot his name, young guy! Found what we needed quickly.

The staff here is friendly, from the associates walking around to the cashiers. They didnt have the sizes I needed in some clothing, Im sure I could have ordered from the kiosk. Considering its back to school, its understandable. Ill just go back when in a few weeks.

Been looking for socks for my son. Went to another store twice and they were out. My son saw online that Kohls had them. They were in stock and he found a cool shirt too. He has decided he wants to shop at Kohls more often. I was also able to order a shirt in a different size that was not in stock and it will ship free to my house.

I enjoy shopping online at kohls, but picking up in person is a long wait. Needs to be better prioritized for pickups. Seem to always have a long line of returns, probably people taking advantage of minimum purchases in certain sales and then returning items they didnt really want to begin with.

Amazon drop is quick and easy. My only issue with Kohls is that they are always understaffed at the registers and that long wait to checkout always kind of ruins an otherwise good experience.

Most of the staff was helpful the other portion avoided us like the plague. We were looking for a particular Christmas item and everyones canned answer was that they hadnt come in yet. Low and behold we found part of what we were looking for when one of the more helpful ladies showed us another little section of Christmas goodies. On a more positive note, the bathrooms were very nice and clean.

I was really unhappy with their high prices and lack of merchandise and choices. This was in store. Went home and ordered online from their site. Still was unable to use the gift card and I didnt find anything that I liked in the store.

Each time I’ve been here it’s been a good experience. Everyone has been helpful and friendly, but one person, Amberlyn has been absolutely a fantastic representative for Kohl’s. She is consistently welcoming and helpful. Kohl’s College Station is blessed to have her there. I encourage you to look for Amberlyn next time you’re in Kohl’s, she’ll make your day!

I love kohls!! Its a great place to go shopping. Decent prices, they sell clothes, shoes, jewelry, candy, etc. Great place to find kids shoes for good prices that will last a while. Theyre clothing is beautiful.

Shop mostly for things on sale. But there prices are comparable to similar stores. It is always neat and clean.

Very messy store. There were workers around but none seemed to worry about the state of their merchandise. I do like the clothes they carry and offer good specials but Im finding it difficult to find stuff in there due to the disarray. When they first opened they really made the effort but I guess management just gave up on it now. Too bad.

This was a very nicely organized store. Even the restroom (womens) was very clean. The cashier (tall bearded gentleman) even was extremely nice and had a great sense of humor.

They have great Customer Service & will go out of their way to help you find what youre looking for. Wonderful,helpful,friendly staff!!! Working is retail is a hard job as it is. Staff work the holidays away from their children and families. They deal with various customers on a day to day basis. Some customers friendly and some not so friendly from my experience. If a great store is what you arent looking for then find another place to shop!!!! Because Kohls is wonderful.

The store was clean and organized even with back to school shopping in full swing. They have some clearance items mixed in with their regular priced stuff so be sure to look around before deciding! The staff was friendly but never saw anyone around the store so not sure who you would ask if you need help.

Most trouble anywhere to make a return whether you are in store and have the receipt where you bought it online and have to receipt. I recently bought a pair of PS4 Turtle Beach Stealth 700 headphones. I went to return them on Friday and I was told that because they are electronics there’s a 30 day return policy!! So now I’m out of $129.85 and stuck with a headset that don’t work!! I even called Coorprate and they told me the same thing!! Needless to say I won’t be shopping there again.

I am HORRIFIED at how customers are treated at this location. Yolanda scolded me, my sister and mother (all adults) like children for messing up her racks of clothes. We had just arrived in the section and hadn’t even pulled clothes to look at. When we responded to her nasty comments, she continued to talk back like a catty teenager as other employees commented with “oooh girl!” in the background. SO MUCH NASTY ATTITUDE. I asked to speak to the manager to report the incident. Karla, the manager, came to the front and made it VERY clear that she didn’t care about what had just happened. We’ve been shopping here for years and have never been treated so rudely and in such an unprofessional/disrespectful manner. I won’t be back. Don’t go here if you expect to be treated like a human being and not accused of things you didn’t do. I understand the store management doesn’t care... hopefully corporate does. The customer service line Karla gave us never has an answer. We’ll be going up the chain and reporting everywhere until we’re satisfied.

There are new policies at Kohls, but instead of explaining them respectfully, they treated me as though I am stupid and those policies had always been in place. I must admit that I lost my cool and responded in kind. I should have just called corporate. I have since done that, and they apologized profusely.

Kohls is one of the cheaper options for clothes, they have random sales year round and a nice collection. Definitely worth to check it out.

I spent 15 minutes trying to find medium brief underware. The display was in total disarray and no help in sight.

Had some gifts ordered online. Went in to exchange a couple in the College Station store and it was extremely difficult. The employees lack of knowledge on a new system update complicated matters even worse. Do not order online and expect a simple exchange. Unless for some strange reason you want to exchange for the exact same item it most likely wont end well. It must be same brand and price to exchange even. If it was bought at clearance those prices must match up as well. Also some brands online are not even found in store, but you wont find out until you search the entire store yourself. Dont ask for help because youll be told different things by different employees and the final answer will come when the new system doesnt work with what you try to exchange for. Much easier to exchange at almost everywhere else including Walmart!
