Clean store, friendly workers, and fast check out. Everyone seem to be smiling and greeted me kindly when I walked past them. Target has fair prices though sometimes they can be a bit more expensive than other places. But thats okay because they have good quality items. And of course theres a Starbucks inside the store which makes it even more better! And the pizza its great.

For the past week I have gone to both College Station and Bryan Targets looking for a specific Item. Im sad to say that both times I went to the college station Target, the customer service was terrible, they had no interest in even trying to help me. But when I went to this store a young lady named Lydia went out of her way to help me. The Item was not on the shelf so she looked at her hand held device and went back to the storage room and found me 6 of the item I had been searching for. Thanks to the exceptional customer service I will drive all the way to the bryan location!!!!!

Love the store. I cheat and use the Starbucks to avoid the one on University before work but it hasnt been open on time twice this week, no big deal though.

Your Cashier i believe his name was Chris. He showed excellent work ethics. I was actually sitting in another line waiting for checkout when I looked over at his line and saw it was moving at a great pace. He was not only fast but he was friendly. I was actually having a bad day and left your store with a smile. He has great persona and looked like he actually enjoyed his job. We need more customers service employees like him in this world. We would have more people smiling. I just wanted to give him a big thank you! He had the perfect attitude! He asked me How was my day, if I found everything I needed, he even told me about some sales of the week when I told him I was on a budget. He also told me about the clearance rack. Boy the next day my daughter and I went back from Seguin, Texas and we sure did find great sweet deals!

I found what I needed and was able to get out as quickly as needed.

I came in looking a CD that has just been released. The target website showed that it was not carried in stores so I had pessimistic attitude going in. I was pleasantly surprised to find this CD. The cd was metalica s&m 2. I would like to see the store carry more music CDs. I have zero desire to special order cds

There was an employee whose sole job was to ask shoppers near checkout how she could help. She checked out my in person items and then went to get my online order items for me without me standing in line.

I love target! Especially drive up... Im a busy mom with 5 kiddos and getting all of them down just to pick up a couple items takes a lot of time away from me. But with drive up it take literally 5 min. If not less. Its perfect for moms.

Got in got what I needed. The lines were long and very busy but it went fast. Never wait in long lines there. If they need to they open new check out stations. Unlike a lot of grocery stores. They should take a lesson from target. It was a nice visit.

I like this Target usually, but today, this Target was underwhelming and very disappointing. The store was busy, as it usually is on December 23rd every year, but not too busy for me to walk around or to not find things that I was looking to buy. The floor staff/team members werent on the sale floor--no, in fact, I only saw one staff member helping other customers after walking around the entire store. When I got to checkout, they barricaded the entire checkout section as well as the self-checkout area, making it so that you HAD to file into a line, even though it was not at all backed up. People in this line couldnt tell which registers were open or closed, which made the process significantly more difficult. Because of this, I walked up to self checkout... only to see it had also been barricaded using a bunch of shopping carts. Annoying as all get out and honestly, a pretty cheap and ratchet look for this Target. Ive been to this Target on black fridays, when such a system is necessary for the store to maintain order. Today was not like black friday. Today was much more peaceful, and Im pretty disappointed that the staff did not help out nor make the process any easier for last-minute shoppers. Dude, I was just trying to buy red velvet chips ahoy cookies and a cold brew can that I had a coupon for. It shouldnt have taken me 15 minutes to check out.

Had to return some items and had no problems at all. Kay and Chelsi were very helpful. The store is nice and clean, lots of staff to help with anything. I highly recommend this Target. They have a Starbucks and pizza hut inside the store as well as a CVS pharmacy.

These folks know their stuff!! My order is always ready within an hour!! And the person meeting me at my car is either very closely behind me or waiting with it when I arrive! They are always incredibly polite and professional!! Thank you Bryan Target!!!

I love this Target. Its usually not too crowded and the Starbucks atmosphere is quaint. Great selection and worth the trip over considering how much the other location in town has declined lately.

The selection of items is great in both fashions and home decor. On-line ordering for pick up was very easy, too.

I do come here often because its close by, which is a plus. However, I noticed its layout is much different from other Target stores Ive been to. It doesnt feel inviting, and theres not a lot of variety in any department. Its more private branded and has a basic selection of goods. If you ask a Target team member where you can find something they usually dont know where it is. Better of looking for it on your own or searching for the aisle location online. The pharmacy is pretty great, and staff is usually happy.

Great service. Line was long but an associate came to help me almost immediately. In and out in less than 5 minutes!

Would have given Target Registry 5 stars but at the beginning the system said someone would come to me after 10 minutes of waiting, I had to go find someone. At the end when I went to turn in the scanner the lady questioned me about items in my basket that I had paid for and I asked her to give me my license she went on about how that wasn’t a policy. Okay I understand that but someone took my DL and I need it back. Then I had to ask her about the free gift and she questioned me again. Was not happy!!

Nice Target, Mom was looking for a project and the staff took her over to the product and contacted someone in the make up Dept to take care of her.

Product seal tap was cut, interior product packaging was torn open, and product was damaged beyond functioning properly. The product was obviously return due to damage by another customer and then sent out the door to complete a online, store pick-up purchase. Honestly, this is a first for me. I’ve never experienced such poor service and judgment from a retailer in my life. And that’s from any retailer. Will be returning tomorrow for a refund and will order through amazon for this purchase and for future purchases. I’m very disappointed in target and you should be too, requardless of the position you hold.

Everything was ok. But the individual we talked to about a phone Verizon phone card. Keep telling us he really did not know about them. While wewere there another customer came and asked about a different cell phone card and he once again told the customer he did not know. Which is good that he was truthful. I think more training would be good for your employees. Other than that everything was good.

I have never been treated so badly by a store mangers before. After spending over a $1,000 the day before. If it wasn’t for Christmas being the next day I would’ve took everything back. I had a complaint about how I was treated and the manger wouldn’t even talk to me about it and she wasn’t busy at all. We almost do a one stop shop here but not anymore. Very bad customer service

Very upset with Target. The Bryan location in particular. I had to exchange my GoPro because it didnt work correctly. After leaving I realized I left my SD card in the camera. I called them and they let me know they would go to the back and look. They called me a little after to let me know they had the card and would leave it for me at customer service. When I go to customer service I have to wait 15 min because nobody can find it. Then a lady tells me that I left it here to long and they put it in the trash! A few days is not to long if you ask me. Plus this card took up about an inch of space! They lady did not care that it was trashed she didnt offer to do anything. She just stared at me and offered no help. Target will no longer get any of my money.

Don’t bother calling ahead to confirm an item is in stock and ordering it online for in store pick up because they will still go head and sell it to someone else

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. Shelves are OFTEN marked differently than an item will ring up at the register when you pay. Otherwise good store, but this happens WAY too much which is why it is all the way down to one star.

Okay people - know the retun policy before you attempt a return! I had a reciept, was asked for my drivers license and told a gift card was all i get. Rude, treated me like a thief returning stolen goods. Really disappointed.Issue was promptly resolved by a real Target employee who overstepped a so calledmanager that treated me like trash. Ended up with return processed kindly and correctly.

Most everyday things you need or want, good prices, store is fairly new and clean.

The staff was friendly and even though they did not reslove our issuse of an item being charged twice once on clearance and once at regular price the cashier did make an atempt to resolve the isssue. She did not understand how she charged the item twice but in the end she refunded us some money but not the total amount. It was late and I did not feel like taking more time to argue.
