I have stopped here several times. They have always had what I was shopping for, plumbers tape, bird seed, cleaners, ect. I once stopped looking for shopping bags. They did not have any in stock but gave me 20 of their carryout bags for free. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I am happy to spend my money here.

Great local hardware store. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Handy for picking up those things you forgot at HD or for grabbing the items needed for small home improvement tasks.

Ive had great experiences here with helpful staff each visit. A few days ago, Theo helped me track down a propane heater accessory that I needed. He even called a nearby Ace store to find it for me and saved my day. Ill definitely be back to the Bristol location.

Friendly staff who work at the register and on the floor. Willing to help with small projects and refer people to experts when needed. At the end of the day at a hardware store, theres really not much more you need. If theres nothing more to say, why say more?

They are friendly and helpful enough but on three occasions I have called ahead to see if they had something in stock they assured me they did and when I get there they dont. People drive a long way based on misinformation and this is a totally unacceptable way to run a business.

Friendly staff. Sufficient selection

These guys are awesome. I purchased a Weber grill earlier this year and the grill would not light. I called them and they have been to the house three times to troubleshoot and replace parts. The grill now lights. They were always cordial and friendly. I just cant say enough.

Great local hardware store...I love going here rather than those big box stores. Staff are friendly and helpful (especially Robert) They have such a huge variety of products that are cheaper than most other places.

Still shop here due to proximity. But honestly, I havent gotten a helpful answer from staff here in many trips. Without good advice, its just an overpriced hardware store.

Ace is not the place, everything is overpriced. Not to mention most of the staff are fresh out of high school and couldnt tell you anything to help you for their life. If youre reading this and youre from the Bristol Warren area Im sure you missed going to Bennys. Ace Hardware will never be Benny and also the Ace Hardware in Berrington prices are about three times more on everything than what they should be. I recommend going to Ocean State Job Lot if youre looking for something for a small oddjob.

All the folks who work here are friendly and knowledgeable. Ive ordered things to come to the store a couple of times, and the time estimates are spot on. They probably have it, but if they dont, they can get it for you.
