The young lady that I would say probably just started was so kind. The little one at checkout with the very very long nails have an attitude problem. The couple times I’ve been there I spent a good amount of money. I rather take a far drive if I have to because she was really impatient. I was actually debating away from the register if I wanted another $150 pack of hair for my sister as well who didn’t respond right away. She started ringing me up right away and let out a high pitch sigh when I asked about the accessories. I really felt like I was bothering her. I’d rather not spend money in places where it bothers people. I suggest the owner to invest in curbside if people isn’t welcome inside.

This place is clean and the staff are the best. They have everything you need. I purchased hair, shower caps, and face shields. The face shield works also as if it is a sun protector too. They have red, purple, blue or black. The manager is a young owner. During this time of COVID, companies need us to make purchases so they can stay in business.

Nothing like going into a store, and asking the associate where are certain item(s) and the response would be while pointing a finger Its over there! My sister and I were the Only people in there. I dont see a good future for store staying in business! Wont be back!!!

The young lady that helped me said she is the owners sister. I had lots of questions about the type of hair I needed. She was oh so pleasant and patient. This is the kind of service that separates the best from the rest!

This is a good hair store great hair products, but they are extremely inconsistent if your trying to get your hair done. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior with one of the girls who worked there and she rescheduled me on two different occassions saying she had a doctors appointment when she actually booked a vacation on the day we agreed for me to come. Separate from that I called the store asking to be referred to someone else that could do my hair, got in touch with someone else and was later ignored.If the girls are not affiliated to the salon you shouldnt promote them as if they are, on your stores Instagram it states in the post that you can do certain hair styles at the shop, and I was told hair could be done in the shop. I got the run around for two weeks and my hair was never done maybe its a misunderstanding but dont promote things you arent available to do because its very unprofessional.
