Love this store and staff! They go above and beyond to get you what you need. They learn their customer’s names and preferred products. It’s nice when a corporate company gives small town community service.

I believe her name was Audrey? Light short curly haired old lady with glasses was rude to my mom and shoved the receipt at her. My mom was only trying to explain that her address had changed. She knows how the license and the cosmoprof card works as far as the address and such. Absolutely unacceptable!

Not open to the public, only cosmetologists. Has more of the professional better brand stuff than Sallys. Good prices and service

Wanted in to find hair products for my biracial daughter. Walked in and was asked if I had a license. I responded no and was quickly told I could not shop in the store. Didnt know you had to have a license to buy shampoo or other hair products. Even if I decide to get a license, I will never shop in this store and I do alot of hair! Never again! Sallys will always have you beat because they know friendly customer service!

Great place to buy products from.. nice staff in Kingsport and JC store.. stay away from the Bristol store the staff is snobby and rude
