Anytime my Acura needs service it’s a no brainer to bring it to Gary Force. It’s easy to schedule an appointment online and you can even select if you need a loaner (which I usually do if it’s anything more than just an oil change), shuttle ride or if you’ll wait. If you need a loaner they have it waiting for you when you drop your car off. It’s a seamless process from start to finish. The complimentary car wash always has my car looking great when I pick it up as well. Prices for service are fair and I don’t feel like they’re ever trying to jerk me around or sell me unnecessary service which is a breath of fresh air.First class experience all around at Gary Force. You won’t be disappointed!

Firstly, I’m a huge car fanatic. I study the car market every day in my free time and am always looking at the latest deals. I had to buy a new car in a three day period before moving across the country. I had contacted three other dealers in the southeast and Gary Force Acura gave me the best deal by far within first contact. They blew the competition out of the water and there were no gimmicks. Gary Force Acura is quick, efficient, and transparent. They don’t play games, which is rare these days. I arrived at the dealership where Todd Murray was there to greet me and give me a run down of the car. He also had it detailed before my arrival and introduced me to the service department. Overall, the dealership is a super professional and family oriented business. If I’m in the market for another Acura, hands down going to these guys first. I cannot recommend them enough. I brought my car in after a complete failure while driving on the highway and was told by Tim that there was nothing wrong with it because it was currently running and that it was probably just because “of the way I drive”, being a female driver. A month later it did it again and they found that the transmission control needed to be replaced. When I picked it up, my car was driving very rough. I have been driving Acura and Honda for decades and had never experienced this kind of rough driving. I called and told them to which they replied “give it time and it’s probably just the way you’re driving it”. I made an appointment anyway to bring it back the following week to be looked at. A few days later Tim at the dealership called, cancelled my appointment saying there was nothing wrong with the car, give it time, it was just the way I was driving it. A week later it wouldn’t start again. I brought it back in and they said there was clearly an electrical issue with the car but they (the dealership) had no way to diagnose it and that I should seek an electrical diagnostic specialist. I did that and the electrical specialist found the issue in 2 hours. I brought the car back to the dealership with the diagnostic information at which time the service director, Joel Trail, said he didn’t believe it, there was nothing wrong with the car, and they wouldn’t look at it and had no way of diagnosing it or fixing it, after HE is the one who asked me to bring it in again. He then brought me back to his office as entertainment for his staff to watch as he told me he didn’t believe there was an issue, despite me having proof from the electrical specialist. I am now in the process of selling my Acura so I never have to deal with Gary Force Acura again. I have also filed a complaint with corporate and look forward to hearing back about a resolution.

I always appreciate the staff at Gary Force Acura. This time I worked with Samantha. She was friendly and professional. She kept me updated, which is very important to me. The reason for my 4 star review is that I dropped my car off with the expectation of getting my vehicle back later that day but my vehicle was not ready until mid-morning the next day. I intentionally scheduled the service for my day off since this is a 45 minute drive one way and having to pick up my vehicle in the middle of my work day was very inconvenient.

Great personal service and professionalism. Our MDX recently had to be towed and left after closing on a Saturday night. We thought it was an electrical problem because of flashing instrument panel lights and car wouldn’t start (nor could it be jumped). First thing Monday I called and Tim already had the car in the queue to be diagnosed. He called a few hours later and said it just needed a new battery. This was our first visit as we recently moved into the area. We are very impressed with Tim and his integrity. Wouldn’t think of taking our Acura anywhere else in the future.

I had an excellent shopping and purchasing experience at Gary Force Acura. I worked with Mark Thompson and he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. At no point did I feel pressure to buy, which was appreciated as a woman shopping solo for such a large purchase. I was looking for a specific model and color and he helped me determine the best way to get it and kept me informed as I waited for the vehicle to arrive. It arrived a few weeks earlier than expected, and the actual purchase process was made easy and efficient by Mark and CJ in the business office. Mark spent about an hour with me in the new vehicle showing me all the features, setting up CarPlay, etc. I am extremely satisfied with how the whole shopping experience played out from start to finish. We bought a new RDX and our sales rep, Sam Lavendar, did a great job. He was extremely knowledgeable and he strived to meet our needs. He showed us a few different RDX including new and used.When the color and package we wanted came in it was supposed to be a loaner. Sam was able to get it for us the next day. It had two miles on it when we test drove it. We drove it home that day.Sam did a great job following up after the sale as well. He scheduled the installation of our accessories for us and arranged a loaner to drive while our RDX was being serviced.

Yesterday was the first time Ive had less than 5-Star service. I noticed my car sitting in the finished area for about 20 minutes and expected someone to tell me it was ready during that time. I finally went and stood at the cashier window. She was on the phone, but the tech noticed me standing there and came to say hed misplaced my paperwork. I had been seated in the waiting area the entire visit watching the paperwork come and go on the end counter, which is exactly where he retrieved it. So, I fell through the cracks. Things happen. I paid and went out to leave, finding my car locked. Had to go back inside, wait on the customer in front of me to retrieve my keys. After a small scramble, the cashier found them somewhere in her area. I just remarked they all seemed a bit unorganized, which is very unusual. I still give 4 stars.

After I had test driven the TLX in black with tan interior but noticed another TLX in black with black interior that I was interested in on Gary Force’s website, Eric made sure that vehicle was available for me to test drive immediately. After taking it to them 4 times I had enough and Gary Force ( The dealership I bought my certified used vehicle from.) insured me they would take care of me. The loaner was clean and full of gas and was very nice to drive. Samatha called me exactly at what time she said my car would be ready. Easiest car buying experience in 25+ years of car buying. I did all of my research and knew what a fair price would be to lease a TLX. I emailed them and asked for a price. Their price was better than I was expecting. Its the first time that I didnt have to go back and forth. I got a better than fair deal on email #1. No hidden games. No tricks. No dealer add ons. I put a deposit down and drove 250 miles the next day to pick up the car. Meeting the people in person was just as good as over the phone. No glitches. No problems. I would not recommend or trust this dealership or a salesmen name Lenny, he is a liar. I caught him off guard. I called him up today early this morning and inquired about buying a Tahoe truck today, he said his General Manager was driving it and would be at the dealership shortly. so I waited hours latter and went up there and looked around for the Tahoe, another salesman name Trey, comes out and informed me that it wasnt there, and that his General Mngr, was driving it. but salesman Lenny, text me and said it was there and he had the exact mileage for my buyers order, that he never sent to me. very un-professional people and if cars are listed for sale, then they should be there at all times for customers like me to buy and not general managers driving them. dont trust this dealership or their cars. I will be reaching out to the owner ad business registered agent for this issue and may pursue other action as well for their deceitfulness code of conduct. see the enclosed salesman text message he sent me.

Trey Butter, at Gary force Acura in Franklin, Tennessee, was our salesman and was wonderful as we decided to and purchased my new Acura RDX. As promised, he notified me as soon as the vehicle that I wanted was delivered to the dealership, checked out and available to purchase. I was out of town and could not get into the dealership to buy this vehicle. He suggested that I put down a small deposit, so that he could put a SOLD sign on it, which I did. This 2021 SUV was much in demand, so I was so pleased that he reserved it for me. Trey is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained all the amazing features of my new RDX and how to utilize them to my husband and me. He did everything possible to ready my vehicle for purchase and further facilitated our buying process. It was very easy. He continues to offer us great customer service. I had forgotten the title to the Mercedes that I was trading in, and he spent several hours of his time driving to our home in Nashville to pick it up. Trey has also already helped us several times! Excellent service!!! Did not pressure me into buying anything! I was there for a long time due to not knowing which color and options I wanted on my wife’s new MDX, he didn’t rush me!!! After looking at 5 of them lol, I found the right one!!! This is my second Acura I bought from them, and it want be my last!! Go see Eric!

All of the staff at Acura are super friendly and knowledgeable. Robert helped my husband and I find the perfect RDX A Spec. It is an absolute dream! Highly recommend this location! Especially with all of the things going on right now with COVID-19, everyone wore masks and made sure everything was sanitized. If we wanted to test drive a car, Robert just handed us the keys and let us drive. The whole process of finding the right crossover was such a breeze.

This would have been an Excellent experience but one of the reason for my Visit was finding a replacement Light Cover for the interior driver side door. They completely forgot to address that and focused on the more costly services. The Dealership is far from me so one wants to maximize every visit. When I called about the missed issue the rep I spoke to was very passive about It. He offered for me to purchase item and ship it at a cost to me. Considering they had noted this in their Notes and admitted forgetting about it they could have found a better solution for a Customer. None the less all of my other issues got resolved professionally and I wouldn’t mind coming here for service in the future.
