DONT GO unless you want to PAY MORE. Never want to leave negative review unless the service is extremely bad. Was told MSRP no mark up price on the phone with a sales associate and spend almost an hour to get there, then saw the price marked up $5000. Spoke to the manager and said will NOT sale a penny less than the mark up price AND with an attitude. NEVER RECOMMENDED. Ended up buying in Walnut Creek Ford, good support from the GM, no mark up but still the wait time could be better tho

I went in to buy a car, I had the money, I bought the car, I waited a day to finalize buying the car (its faster if you have better credit, I didnt) and the dealership makes sure that the car is like new, to say the least. It runs great and the dealership feels trust worthy, Id return for a next one. I would say from my observations this dealership is more picky about which cars they take in so thats a good thing.

Two weeks ago I bought a beautiful car from this dealership. My salesmenwas David Padilla. He contacted me when the dealership had the car I was looking for. Both he and the manager Kyle were great, they were very friendly, straight forward and not at all pushy. Buying a car for me was a big deal, but my experience dealing with this dealership was a very positive one. They were looking out for me and made sure I got the coverage for the car that I needed. The quality of the oil change was ok. Took about an hour even with an appointment. It took me 10 days to get an oil change appointment at the so called Quick Lane. The website says you can drop in at the quick lane but I tried that last time and they at first told me that the couldn’t possibly do it that day. It was 3:30. Seemed pretty early to not be able to do an oil change. They are always shocked when I say I’m going to wait for my car. I think they would prefer that I leave it all day so they can service it at their leisure.

10 days days ago my car was left to repair the transmission which is still guaranteed by the factory warranty. My car is only 68,000 miles and it has had the same problem 2 times. The first time with just 51,000 miles they exchanged some components and said the transmission was new. Now 6 months later I am having the same problem and they refuse to put a new transmission on my vehicle. Are you waiting to complete the expiration of the factory warranty so I can pay for the repair out of my own pocket? Plus I paid over $3,000 for an extended warranty. They gave me a rental car for 5 days and its been 5 days since Ive been paying rent for a car out of my pocket because they still havent fixed my car. No one has called me in the last 10 to give me a forecast or delivery time for my car. After riding in my car the mechanics said your transmission isnt too bad, you can wait a little longer. Its right?

My wife and I read the great reviews of the dealership and traveled an hour to go look at some vehicles. It was the worst experience at a car dealership I have ever had. Only thing I got out of going here is a lower credit score and the worst customer service. It felt like we were pushed out because we did not get an approval right away and lame lie of we will follow up tomorrow. That was 2 days ago and no feedback or follow-up. So go here if you want a lower credit score for the next 2 years with nothing to show for it and total disregard for its customers.

Purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade on September 1, and it was delivered on the 3rd. I called Greg (sales person) and told him about the missing cargo items and manuals. He told me that he got approval to send the cargo items directly to me and would check the office Tuesday for the missing owner manuals. Chat messages with Sarah on the 9th, 13th, and 16th. Sent Greg an e-mail on the 18th. Called Bobby (sales manager) on the 24th. Bobby said he would get the missing items to me. I sent him an e-mail to confirm our conversation. It is now October 15, and I have not received or heard anything. Is this the type of customer service you get from Bill Brandt Ford when you spend $39,000?

Alejandro was very helpful in the entire process, and I managed to save over $9000 dollars compared to the prices that were quoted to me in Sunnyvale for trucks that were two years older than the 2020 that I purchased. Avoid this dealership at all costs! Went in today to try and sell my vehicle after getting a quote from Kelly Bluebook, there was nobody that greeted me as I first walked in. The customers that were all there looked so stressed out like none of them looked satisfied with their service.I also overheard a dealer say to a customer Well thats the best we can do sorry! Literally like anything you would see from a TV show! I saw the manager and another salesperson come tell me that they would checkout/test drive my car and asked for keys, did not even offer me to have a seat or even a water bottle while I waited for about 15 minutes. Salesperson walks back and forth to talk to 2 different people and says this is what they can offer me, I was not satisfied and just walked out. I found a way better offer at another location. Overall just dont waste your time here!

SERVICE SAGANon FictionPrologue: After my previous years of dealing with Pierce Toyota in Milpitas, it would be an uphill hike to meet my high expectations. I looked forward to driving straight into the service bay with no maneuvering through the parking lot. An attendant met me very quickly, appointment or not. I was ushered inside to a lovely waiting area inside the classy showroom. Checked in where my information was immediately available and settled in with fresh (free) coffee and donuts and bottled water. There was a play area for children with a tv and desk type padded chairs for us. Any needed repairs were discussed with me (by phone if I chose to leave via free transport). And the work could be performed right then.. They told me what service I might expect soon so I could be financially prepared. (Old car almost 300,000 miles.)Experience at Bill Brandt.9:30 am. Started a phone quest for an appointment. Dreadful phone tree, they were not able to quickly find my previous service records. Wait. Wait. Wait. β€œI’ll connect you with someone to help you.” Got disconnected. Three times. Had to give my information over and over.10;30 am. Went online. Same scenario. Finally did a β€œchat” and was told someone would call me. Started looking for another dealer but first phone call had same results as Bill Brandt.2:30 pm. Someone finally called me and I was able to get an appointment three days later.Appointment DayFortunately I arrived a bit early. Unfortunately, after seeing the big SERVICE sign at the curb I navigated in through the parking lot, (quite a task) and arrived in the portico. Went inside and was told that my appointment was across the street. No one was available to greet and direct me outside.Navigated through another parking lot, having crossed the busy street, and waited for cars to shuffle so that I could get in the line. Waited in line. Finally got out and went in. Checked in at desk. Was told they couldn’t upgrade my GPS but I could get another appointment and get it done across the street. The waiting room consisted of a couple comfortable chairs and some vending machines.Epilogue: Decided to go for lunch at a nice little pub and grill around the corner. The routine service was done done quickly and efficiently and the service person advised me that my warranty would expire and I could schedule ad thorough service before that date. I put it on my calendar. The service person was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. He is the reason for the three stars.

They lied a year ago about parts I needed and I caught them. Was in a jam so I went back this week and caught them in another lie. Quoted me $500 for a washer fluid motor because it was clogged. I flushed with water and 30 minutes later all was fine. Probably the waiter dealership service dept I’ve ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would!

I’ve been to Bill Brandt 3 times, once for service when I was charged to repair a leaking transfer case which was still leaking when I picked up the truck, second time was to purchase new batteries for another truck and third was today to have the 2 year old batteries replaced under warranty as they both had a bad cell. I called in the morning to find the warranty process, which i was referred to the parts department for. The gentlemen in the parts department told me to remove the batteries from the truck, bring them down to the quick lane and they will do a quick test, if they come back bad they would be replaced at no cost under warranty. Fast forward a few hours, I pull the batteries out and go down to the quick lane where I am informed that it would take 3-4 hours to test them and they did not have time today! Would of been nice to be informed that it would take half a day so I could of brought them down in the morning. Needless to say now I’ve spent $700 on new batteries for the truck in the last two years…both employees in the quick lane were very rude and had no interest in helping solve my issue. I bought new batteries elsewhere, I will not be using Bill Brandt for any fleet truck purchases, services or parts. The extra 30 minutes spent driving to all star or tracy Ford are well worth the exceptional customer service the two dealers offer over Bill Brandt. Stay far away from this place if you enjoy work that pay for being done right the first time abs good customer service.

Traveling from New Mexico ran into an issue with our moon roof deciding to kill itself in Zion Natl. Park. This is a brand new truck with 16000 miles. A dealer in Utah said a week to fix. I brought my Ford F-150 in due to the vehicle shaking severely when braking. It was determined the rotors on the rear were heavily warped and the the front were also partially warped. I was told to replace the rear rotors and resurface the fronts would be $330.00.The issue arose when I advised your service department I have a prepaid service plan and the brakes had just been done at 57,000 miles. My vehicle is now at 66,000. I was told since they had already done the brakes, Ford would not pay your dealership for the repairs again. So from what I understand is the work was not done correctly and the rotors should have been replaced the first time. Then I get charged for the poor workmanship because your service department does not guarantee and stand by their work. This was extremely poor customer service and not only will I not bring my vehicle back there for service, I also will never buy another Ford vehicle if that is the way the company does business.

I Brought my van in and they told me i needed all new tires. 650$$ And a new battery 200$I took my vehicle to a tire specilty shop, they said i do NOT need the tires i ordered .. they are fine. The battery was also fine with a simple charge.I called to complain about these costly errors and the manager did not see why i had a problem with the service, and said the best he could do was counsel to the crew.I have lost all trust in them as a safty catch and profesional advisor and will not be back with any of our 4 vehicles.

I noticed a crack in my windshield before purchasing the car, we asked to have a price reduction OR have it fixed. They said they would β€œFill in the crack on the windshield.” Well! Upon delivery of my vehicle today, there’s now ANOTHER CRACK in my windshield with the 1st crack still there. Looks like they tried to have it filled in, but messed up and cracked the windshield some more. Experience:With the pandemic in full effect, I spent a year doing virtual window shopping for cars since I had the luxury of working from home.I initially found my 2019 Ford fusion online. I reached out to see if I could get a test drive and got connected with their internet sales consultant, David Padilla. That morning was pretty smooth. I showed up and the car was right by the driveway ready to go for the test drive -- definitely schedule an appointment a few days ahead of time.The test drive was solo. I took my time feeling the car out. I am 61 and have a football player build. With that being said, It was very easy to slip in and out of the car. When I got back, the process was like an assembly line, very smooth and no real hold-ups. When everything was ready to go, David offered to deliver my car to my home since I came to the dealership solo. He was super helpful and attentive. Total process took about 3 hours from I arrived to when I got home with the new car.Financing:Based off of my credit Report and what my options were, I told them I did not want to pay over a certain amount with the added features and services. They were more than accommodating and I did not feel any remorse over my purchase.Overall:It has been about a month and I am very happy with my car. I remember telling Mr. Padilla, Im aiming for the path of least resistance meaning I didnt want to overcomplicate things. Not sure if that meant much, but my experience was very smooth. If I was ever in the need for a pick up or an SUV, Id definitely come back.Pros :No pandering.Process was smooth.Home Delivery was super helpful.Cons:Physical location - dealership is on both sides of the main road in town. Even though my car was Used car, it was in the New car side of the dealership. Not a big deal except the road was a 4 lane Boulevard and the crossing intersections were not close by.Id still recommend these awesome people 5 stars!

2014 Raptor blown motor. After 4 long awaited months Bill Brandt has successfully transplanted a new motor into this beast!They had dealt with faulty engines coming from the Ford plant and kept pushing through, one after the next. The headaches were frustrating but they managed to make it happen! Im so happy with the communication and service from the team here! I will definitely be returning in the future for any/all Ford related needs; whether it be purchasing a new vehicle to getting mine repaired. Thank you all for a job well done!!

I wanted to share my experience with Bill Brant Ford in Brentwood and let it be a lesson to those contemplating in doing business with them; do your due diligence and don’t believe everything you see or hear!! I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Ford Mustang Eco Boost from the dealer back in May. At first, I was extremely thrilled and excited to have found this dealership because they had the best price for this specific model. I went to look and test drive the car, it looked fairly clean (aside from a few minor scratches) and drove great. Since I really liked the car I decided to pull the trigger. At the time when we were working through the paperwork, I was told the car was a previous rental and the CARFAX Report was clean, no accidents whatsoever! All sounded great and I proceeded with the purchase.Fast forward a month later, I had a minor parking lot accident when someone bumped into my car and scratched the paint on the door. The owner of the other car took full responsibility of the damage and I managed to take my car into a body shop for a repair. Needless to say, although it was a minor scratch on the door, the door and the side quarter panel had to be removed and the whole side of the car had to be repainted. I was bummed, but knowing the car would get a fresh coat of paint, I was eager to get my car back.A week later, I received an email from the body shop telling me the car was ready! But here is the kicker: they noticed the quarter panel had been repaired before; the bumper didn’t fit right in the front on the right side!! And because of that repair, the bumper gap is now a little off. I was completely shocked and puzzled!! How could there be a previous repair when clearly, no one at the dealership or CARFAX documented such repair was ever done?I called the dealership and spoke to the salesperson, he adamantly refused knowing there was a previous repair job on the car and asked what exactly I wanted from this…. since he couldn’t come up with any helpful solution he said he would have the general manager called me in a day or two to discuss. A week has passed, and guess what? No phone call whatsoever! I guess Bill Brant Ford is happy they got one sale from me, and doesn’t really care about any future repeated business (from me or anyone I know)!I am going to report this to the Ford headquarter and the Better Business Bureau! It is such a pity!! I REALLY, REALLY enjoy my car…. it’s a shame because of unethical behaviors of some dealerships I will not be buying any more Ford vehicles in the future.

I bought a car on 9/01/20 it was a hyundai elantra 2019 se car works fine and looks great but theres a few problems they sold me a car knowing one of the tires had a problem it had a little hole in it so when they sold it to me it was fine but as soon as I drove off the lot it had the tire pressure light. I also was told the car I bought had two keys but I only got one of the keys and after 2 months of asking them about it they ignored. I also have text message proof that they said they had my key and that they were going to send it and after a month of them not sending it I then talk to someone in their front office i think his name is Rick and they said they would go half and half with me to get a second key made and he had me send my address for nothing because I never got a check. This company is not the best and I dont recommend buying a car here because its clear they dont care. I have had to fix my tires on this car when it was almost brand new a engine light has gone on all bad. Company is all bad. Ill give them a 2 star since the car is running.

I had already done most of my research on the particular truck I wanted, an F150 STX and Marc helped me with sourcing exactly what I wanted and getting the truck transported. He was transparent on all legal literature I was signing and was knowledgeable on the questions that I asked. I was in the market for a commuter car and found a Fusion SE Hybrid for a great price. Nate answered all my questions over the phone. When I came to see the car, he was there to greet me, but I never felt pressured to make a decision. As the car was getting prepped for sale, Nate gave me updates on the status.When I came back for a second look, the car was ready to go. I took it out for a spin and was ready to purchase. Out the door pricing was fair and (mostly) honest. They added some VIN etching to the body parts without the option to decline or remove it. Overall, could have been worse.Kenny from finance made the paperwork and transaction process painless and easy to understand.Got the car I needed with a fantastic warranty (10yr /125K) baked in. So, I purchased a certified used truck, drove from 30 miles away to see it, and test drive it. It was completely torn apart and the salesman couldn’t find it. Came back, few days later, bought the truck, purchased the warranty that I was told was good at any Ford dealership, boy I got taken to the cleaners on that one. It’s a F-150 platinum so the extra few thousand bucks seemed like a smart purchase to be able to take it to any dealer. Had a light come on, take it to the dealer nearest me, they tell me no such warranty is on it. I call, I call and nothing. I highly suggest stay away from here.

Bill Brandt Ford is the only place I will get service done on my 2014 Ford Escape. I know my car is in the best hands. For an amazing price too! They recently saved me hundreds of dollars on my last visit. Just days before my warranty was due to expire they caught a leak in my water pump. They do everything they can to take exceptional care of every car! Every member of the staff is friendly and informative and I never leave without a smile!

Great experience. Our car blew an engine and my husband is handicapped so buying experience was important . Bill Brandt and sales agent Franklin Martin was exceptional. Franklin took the time to bring out several different cars so my husband could test if he could get in and out comfortably. All of my questions were answered with knowledge of the ford products. This is a fantastic dealership and we had a great buying experience. Everyone we worked with was direct, kind, and knowledgeable. The two we worked most closely with - Marc the sales guy and Carlo the finance guy - both said well take good care of you and they meant it. We got the deal we wanted, drove home, and thought this could not have gone better. I actually decided to consider this dealership a few months back, when the dealership hosted our Mustang clubs car show. They could not have been more hospitable and literally opened the doors to the dealership - on a Saturday, no less - for our event. Well what I liked most about the dealership is I was greeted right away. Also, when I test drove the car the sales rep trusted me to do a test drive without him. They gave me a great warranty! Very slow service, over two weeks to do warrenty work. I understand that the COVID is making things harder to do, but two weeks is a very ok g time especially when the truck was brought in multiple times in the last year for rear end issues and was always given a clean bill of health UNTIL the rear differential went out. It never should have taken this long for the repairs to be made. Would not recommend the service department at all!

A truly painless truck buying experience. I live in an extremely remote area, 6 hours from the dealership. I am fairly picky and was hesitant at first with buying a new vehicle sight unseen. But the salesman, Alejandro and finance officer Leon were fantastic to deal with over the phone and email. My experience in this place was effortless, I met a wonderful gentleman by the name of Rick on Saturday 02/20 he set down with me, honestly and openly admitted that he was new to Ford, but was a car salesman for years with a different dealership, I was there for three hours test drove the Explorer without the sales person but with my family . I explained what I wanted accomplished with my trade in vehicle, they offered me a fair amount after the appraisal. overall wasnt pressured to make a decision went back the next day and purchased my ford explorer .my only suggestion is to try to test drive the car with the sales man so he or she can educate the buyer about the car especially due to the fact that I was new to Ford as well .

If you like to be disrespected by sales staff, this is the dealership for you...I bought a use car from them, which they offered to deliver to my house after they had completed a service on them. Their driver delivered the car, tossed me the key and left before I could inspect. When I started the car a warning light came up warning be about a low tire pressure. I checked the pressure and all the tires were at the wrong pressure. Had to add back air to all of them. Some days later, light came back on. One of the tire was leaking air. Contacted the dealership again which sent me in this multi-day chase to get someone to help me with this.Eventually talked to Frank, my salesperson, who texted me no one here can believe that you expect such a thing over a tire with a slow leak... wow.Very unhelpful, unprofessional. Dont bother buying from them.

I scheduled an appointment with Bill Brandt Ford to have my clutch assembly repaired and replaced in my 1999 Ford F350 Supercab, as well as repairing the rear door latch. When making the appointment I was told that it would take one day to0 complete the repairs, which led me to believe that the replacement parts were in stock. I delivered the truck to the dealership at 8:55am. After completing the work order, I was told that they would call me in the late afternoon, presumably to inform me the truck was ready to reclaim. I was called at 4:30pm only to be informed that the rear door needed a complete latch replacement. The clutch had not been started at this time, and no parts had been ordered. The work was not completed until the following Wednesday late afternoon. Upon reclaiming the truck the following morning, the truck was delivered to me covered in dust, grease smeared over the driver side floor mat, and grease smeared around the boot of the stick shift. The batteries were so low on charge that I had to get a jump start to get the engine started. After leaving the parking lot for home, the engine noise was so load that it sounded like it was in the cab. Apparently the sound attenuation padding was not replaced. Upon inspection when I got home, there was a new scratch down to the primer on the drivers side back door, more grease on the headliner at the back door latch, and wind noise at the right rear door due to a loose (replaced) door latch. This truck was in immaculate condition when I took it in, and destroyed when I picked it up.

Not happy with the customer service. Very inconsiderate. They cared more about the diagnostic fee then finding out what was wrong with the vehicle. My car wouldnt start on several occasions. Doing my own research I narrowed it down to 2 potential causes, and one was the starter. Within a couple days of getting the car back from Bill Brandt, with no resolution, the car again wouldnt start. So I had to have it towed back to Bill Brandt and wouldnt you know it was the starter needing replaced

The service department employees are very dsiconcerned with with giving good customer service. You have to really struggle to get your questions answered, its like pulling teeth. They are not overly helpful nor giving up information without you have to really press and press with questions in order to get an answer. They are not very welcoming or polite when you enter their service department. They kind of look past you and appear busy with whatever is on their desk in front of them or the fact that you are a live human that just walked in. Super disappointing.

Bought a used 2019 Ford Ranger at Bill Brandt. I really appreciated their no-pressure approach to sales. We were given the keys to test drive the truck without the sales person, allowing my wife and I to poke around and discuss the vehicle privately before making any decisions. Was not let down at all, just felt welcomed and had all my questions answered and had everything explained clearly from start to finish.
