Spoke to Angel, cool guy. He recommended a great cigar for me, a first time cigar smoker. The shop itself was very nice and inviting atmosphere. I Highly recommend it, and will be stopping by there again.

Great selection of fine cigars. Owner is always super nice and is always been right on with cigar recommendations. Prices are especially good on Tuesdays. Even if your not a member you can still light one up by the front of the store and enjoy a great smoke.

Good selection of smokes for those special occasions. The proprietor (or his son, whoever he is) is an interesting cat. Hes always got a snarky comment up his sleeve. Hasnt gave me a cigar suggestion that I agree with yet, and gives out unsolicited business advice. Otherwise the shop is great.

Great customer service. They know their cigars. They have a large inventory of premium cigars. Their prices are fair especially if you take advantage of their box prices. You should attend one of Their cigar events if you really want great prices. Also, you are not going to find a cleaner cigar store anywhere. The customers are all friendly.

I stopped by in a hurry as my friend was in labor and I was headed to the hospital to greet the dad with a few cigars but needed a lighter. I asked for the cheapest lighter they had and the owner at the register gave me a metal lighter from behind the counter. Said they have high end lighters or this one. $10.00 for a lighter. I didnt have time, so I just got it. I looked at the lighter later at the hospital and it had a tag on it that said $4.99. This place will rip you off.

My friends and I stopped at this smoke shop to buy some cigars. Nice place, horrible owner. Owner ended up kicked us out because he wanted to charge us for using a credit and after telling him that it is not allowed in California he became hostile and kicked us out of his shop very upset and angry for no reason. Who know what hes doing in there but I wont give him any of my money ever again

Absolutely terrible customer service. My first time wanting to smoke a cigar and asked the guy a few questions about Romeo Y Julietas that I heard about from a friend. He was very condescending and answered my questions in a youre wrong and im right sort of way. Never giving this place business.
