Great selection of drinks and a decent selection of cigars. I was the relatively new and occasional cigar smoker when I first went about a year ago. Lemme tell ya if ya need any help in cigars ask my man Kyle. That dude knows cigars I prefer heavy and full bodied cigars and my buddies enjoy a lighter smoke. Needless to say we all left super satisfied and weve even gone back to try other cigars!

I came in with my husband (21) me (20) searched for an hour and a half for some beer he’s been eyeing for a while and at the register we were told they would not sell to us because I had no ID on me. Keep in mind I am not purchasing anything with my money. They mentioned that everyone there needed to be 21+ to even walk in the store. There is no sign outside that states that only signs inside so even if I saw the signs inside they wouldn’t of sold alcohol to my husband because I already walked in with him. So there is no way to know previous to walking in and it’s not obvious because my husband had been there with his dad before turning 21 so we assumed it didn’t matter. I don’t want to sound special but if there would’ve been a sign outside I wouldn’t have gone in. Then we let them know we didn’t see any sign and they said it would take too much space outside the on the door???? For a 5x5 sign ???? A waste of my time.

Great selection. Came in for some wine and whiskey. A little more expensive than what Im used to but the place is nice and well stocked.

Super convenient location and really great selection. This is the only place we can find our favorite vodka and Bloody Mary mix; Absolut Peppar and Bloody Gerry. This combo is a match made in Bloody Heaven! They have the best of everything here and they can really help you find what you didn’t even know you were craving. Which could be dangerous fir you wallet. Lol.

This place is craft beer heaven! They have a MUCH better craft beer selection than any BevMo or liquor store BY FAR. They have beers from a variety local craft breweries, including a favorite of mine from Anaheim, Bottle Logic! I will absolutely be going back.

It has been a while since I shopped at Total Wine & More but had to go check out the prices compared to my usual grocery store buy 4 and get discount prices.To my surprise their prices beat my local grocery story by almost $1.00 on a $20-ish dollar bottle of wine. Not too shabby but you did have to by 6 of any of the wines in the Pic 6 sale.The selection is excellent at Total Wine & More and the staff is always very helpful and gives good advice and recommendations on items similar to what you are looking at. But by the time I got to the checkout line, I got a third have you tried... pitch to try and get me to buy some more. I dont blame them for trying but at that point my basket was already full!They have a great spirits section and I had gone there a while back for some recommendation on bourbons and I certainly got a good lesson in what makes good bourbon and got a great recommendation.When you go here, grab a cart and dont be intimated to ask questions of the staff. They all seem pretty knowledgeable and willing to help you spend your money on some good wine.

I was very happy and satisfied with the customer service. My experience was great in what I was looking for non alcohol beers. Many mixtures to taste for a new beginning. I was also glad that they help you return non used products with error purchases. Totally happy they helped with that misunderstanding purchase issue myself. I would totally recommend this place to others, for many other selections. Cheers!

Total Wine is and always has been a favorite of mine. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and if they can’t help you with what you’re looking for then they find someone who can.My only issue with this particular Store is the parking. It’s a very busy shopping center with a lot of traffic and not a lot of parking spaces. The store itself and staff are great, but parking to get inside keeps it at 4 stars.

Now I remember why I havent been there in over 10 years. You can literally go unnoticed while the dozens of employees walk around in their own little world. When I decided to ask where something was? The sales associate was just as Clueless as me! Ill stick to Costco or even my Local Liquor Store for my Fine Spirits

We love getting our alcohol from here. The employees always give the best recommendations and always know what Iam looking for by giving them a short description of what’s for dinner! Love it! Just make sure everyone in your party has an ID or they won’t sell you alcohol. Happened to me and it can be a hassle but over all love the big variety that they have here.

One of my favorite places to shop for liquor. Its a must see if you havent been there. Blows away the selection of any other liquor store in Southern California. Ive been in similar size stores outside CA, but this is by far the biggest selection Ive seen in SoCal. Prices on alcoholic beverages seem to be the best anywhere although you need to be selective on some of the accessories sometimes those dont have the best pricing. Very well organized and super friendly/helpful employees. Seems like most everyone likes working there, they are always happy to help.

Huge selection and fantastic prices. Great for large packs of a wide variety of beers. Walk in fridge as well with a wide selection of kegs you can take a look at.

The manager would not sell to me even though i had a valid ID and payment. 5/30 8pmI came in to purchase Apple Pie Moonshine, as I havent tried it before. I came across a nice person stocking the shelves, and then went to pick some drinks. Mt friend and I went up to the register to purchase the alcohol, and the manager looked at my ID and refused me. My ID is valid and my friend (age 22 who lost his wallet not by any fault of his own) didnt have his wallet on him. The manager told me he does group ID and needs to see the IDs of everyone in the party. I then sent my friend out and went back in to purchase the drinks, as i still wanted to give them my business. Upon returning alone to purchase the drinks, the manager once again refused to sell to me. Im a Notary Public, trusted by the state of california to verify peoples identifications and even i say the measure this manager took were extreme.Shoutout to the one stocking dude who was friendly.

The staff was amazing and the selection is more than I could have hoped for. I will definitely make this a staple for all my wine needs from now on.

We love this store! Like a toy store for grown ups. So many bottles to look at. It is very clean, both the Brea and Pasadena locations. There was a guy at the Pasadena store that was so knowledgeable, he knew what he was talking about! Working in his element for sure! Yep, well be back!!

Associates are very sweet and willing to help. This was a nice outing for Grandma to get some new wines. Store is kept clean, masks are mandatory, and it is not crowded so social distancing is easy to do. Carts are available, so bring sanitizer for yourself. I do not recall there being wipes or anything, but I carry my own so I dont make a conscious effort to look for it. It very well may be there and I didnt notice.

It was great. I went there initially for beer because our local gas station didnt sell it. I ended up just getting 4 shots of Pink Whitney Amsterdam.

I recommend creating a membership for points and discounts, the only problem is that the staff is not so good at suggesting wines, except for a senior employee that had lived in Italy, if you are lucky to find him, he is always helpful and have acknowledge.

The prices and section here are great. I was on the store and a couple had a dog in their cart. I happened to run into the manager and asked him if he knew that a dog was in the store. Good selection of wine and liquor some of the staff was nice others, not. Asked to see ID from my partner when he was just there to accompany me, and told me they wouldnt sell the wine if he didnt show ID. I have never been asked that at any liquor store Ive been to with him. We said they needed to state that at the door, they said they did but when we checked after leaving they didnt have it stated at the door.

Great selection of wine and tequila, but its missing several things that Binnys in Chicago has and vice-versa..

Curbside pickup was easy and fast. A lot of spaces reserved (vs done other places I have been). From order at 8pm the night before, it did take until 2pm or so the next day for the order to be filled, but that could be a system problem. Havent been inside the store since covid, but this is the store I dropped a bottle at, and to my surprise it bounced. The floor must have been cushioned some how, whew...
