The sales person was very helpful selecting my mattress and running me through the different options. I was able to try several different types of bed. There was only one sales person, and two customers. A bit of patience was helpful in our parts. The sales person handled the situation well.

Joan is a super star. She helped us find the best deal on our mattress and base and she even spent time with our two young children. Shes very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Theres a reason we came back and have sent people to mattress firm. 10/5 stars. Love this place.

She called someone and it was fixed. When we wanted to pay. Problems also with the system. She found a remedy to email us the bill and we payed thru that. All I wanted was a mattress and I was quickly shown the one I wanted and got a good deal on it. Then I got an overpriced mattress protector shoved down my throat. It retails for $120 she said, but it was on sale for $60. She came down to $43 and basically threatened me with voiding my warranty if I didnt buy theirs then and NOW! And you CANT return it!! You can get them on Amazon for about $20. It was hard sell at its worst and they wont see me in there again because of it.

I visited Mattress Firm at 2115 Cortez Rd West with a family member shopping for a mattress on labor day and Joey was working. He is absolutely the best. He engaged us in conversation and laughter. And yes we definitely purchased a mattress from Joey. He is an excellent salesman. Before stopping here we went to Mattress Outlet prior to where the salesman was with another customer and not one time did he acknowledge our presence and when he was finished with his customer he sat there and engaged in a conversation with her never acknowledging us. Mattress Outlet you wont be in business for long with salesmen like him.

We ended up buying a completely different mattress that turned out to be much better quality! We also purchased new pillows, protector, ect. Wed done some mattress research online before hand and checked out a few stores (Macys and Rooms To Go). Fairly settled on one option we stopped in this location on a whim to see one more alternative and was greeted by Joey who was extremely informative, friendly and patient with our questions and when we left to discuss our options there was no question wed return to him. The checkout process was fast and Joey was awesome. We received our frame the next day and mattress delivery should be as swift Id assume. Will definitely return here to buy another mattress should the need arise. We decided to buy a mattresses specifically from this location because a friend referred us. We hated being there so close to closing time because we might not have enough time to get all of our questions answered. The sales manager appeared to be fine with it and assured us that we could take our time. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question no matter how much we went back and forth choosing from the fantastic selection of mattresses before us. I liked the friendly, helpful demeanor and there was no pushy-ness towards any particular products. He was very patient with us and our two children and when it came to financing, he was very apparent about the cost and even ignored calls from his personal phone to give us his full attention. We couldnt have been happier with our experience while in the store. The delivery came two days later. The delivery crew of two showed up 20 minutes late after receiving a phone call (40 min earlier) telling me they would arrive in 20 minutes. The crew appeared disheveled and I noticed one was wearing his booties from a previous job, which I saw as they exited the truck. The other put on new ones at the door prior to entering. The delivery took about 15 minutes and they asked for bottled water and had me sign for the delivery. It felt like they were stalling for us to find them tip money. No tip was given.

After shopping a few different stores in the area, from the very second I walked into the store this was all together the best experience Ive had. Salesperson (Michael) was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and got me exactly what I wanted. He did whatever he could to make my situation work. I will shop here from now on.
