Just purchased a mattress at mattress firm. The staff at mattress firm was courteous and answered all my questions. They were very patient as I tried every bed in the store. I finally found the mattress I wanted, it was delivered on time and promptly. Would recommend mattress firm to anyone looking for equality mattress. Preston did a great job at helping me picking the mattress that was right for me, I finally for the 1st time in years am waking up in the morning without back pain.

My mattress comes soon but my shopping for it was a positive and informative experience. My salesman here in Bradenton, Florida was intelligent and very polite. He had great knowledge on each bed and I would shop here again. Later a couple of days....Salesman still good but manufacturing and receiving a FULL mattress appears to take too long. No problem with queen and king. Delivery was very late into month.

We are very new to the area and We came in about 30 mins before they closed. Our sales guy was patient, informative and really nice! We purchased 3 up 5’s bed frames and one queen mattress. He was with us until way after closing. He never made us feel rushed and he would answer any questions we had even on our way out. I am sure he had a long day and was prob ready to head out but you would never have known. It was great customer service! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I am Juan Carlos Portilla and I purchased two headboards at the Mattress Firm Store on Cortez in Bradenton Florida. My experience was negative. One the headboards took a month to arrive. I called the store manager who was the person who sold me the headboards. His name is Preston. He said that he was going to take care of the issue and promised me a call the day after. He never called me. I waited for a week and he did not call me. I called the store and no person was able to let me know where Preston was. One person who picked my call was Dimitry and he said that he did not know Preston. Dimitry told me that he did not care my situation because he did not sale me the headboards. He began to yell at me and he finished the call. I then needed to call again and my case was transferred to Paul. Paul promised me a resolution but he never provided me with a solution. I had to call him several times. But no answer from him. He went to vacation and my issue was not resolved. I felt like I was begging for the headboards I purchased there. Preston dropped the ball as he wrote down my address incorrectly. They had to provide me with a lower quality headboard after a month. I never got the headboard my wife and I wanted. I do not recommend this place for customers. Preston, Paul and Dimitry have been the worse Matrees Firm I ever met. Matrees Firm does not care about the post sale time for the its customers. Worse place to buy mattress and headboards.

Customer service has all but been forgotten by most companies in this Covid 19 environment but Mattress Firm has not abandoned it.When we arrived at the store we were greeted immediately by Kyle Jenkins who was working with another but took that extra second to recognize us.We just needed box springs which they did not have at this store so he took the time to contact other stores. He then sold us on the value of what he had at the store which has worked out better for us. I bought my 9-year-olds a whole new bedroom set for her room so I was looking for a mattress. After going numerous places I was pretty discouraged about the price and quality of the mattresses. Mind you none of these places that I walked into acknowledged my daughter and I when we first walked in there for at least three to five minutes. As my daughter and I went to open the front door of mattress firm the manager was already there greeting us reaching for the door to open it for us. The 3 workers in the store were very well dressed and very presentable. They were all very nice and got to my order right away. They gave us an amazing deal!! The buying experience was excellent. They deliver the product with no problems. The issue that Im having now is 18 months later the bed that i bought is now slumped in the middle. I went through their warranty process. They came out and looked at the big hole in the middle of my bed and said the warranty is voided because there is a ink stain on the mattress. This has nothing to do with the structure of the bed and that is my issue. I will never buy from this location or this store again. I will never buy from mattress firm again.

What an incredible experience! I had planned on going to a few more places to compare but after receiving the best customer service I’ve ever had with the salesperson, Sharon, there was no reason to shop any further. She was very thorough in her description between various mattresses and I felt that she had my best interest in mind after relating to her information about pain in my shoulders when sleeping. She advised me what would be the best mattress. I wish every experience shopping for major purchases was as easy as it was at Mattress Firm on Cortez Rd West!

We ordered a particular mattress, with very specific model requirements, and a specific model name... but when the invoice arrived to pay, they had substituted a different model, which they had in stock, and had we not noticed, would have gone through, with No Returns.. bait and switch? Cancelled a big sale. Lucky we caught it.
