Poor service by Tom at the front desk. I gave him all my details and he wasnt able to get a hold of you. Who is not capable of writing an email.I would not do business with these guys. Claiming you did receive an email address is incorrect and untrue. The guy just didnt bother to write it down.

A & A Auto Recycling it is great! Professional counter help that is always knowledgeable and courteous. Their website now allows one to search inventory, which will show what row the vehicle is in. If using mobile device, youll have to click on the vehicle to see the row number; on a desktop it just shows it. Also, their prices seem to have gotten better and better and are as good or better than the other U-Pull it yards. Plus they dont charge a two or three dollar fee like the other U-Pull-It yards. Always a great experience; I highly recommend A&A!

Yesterday I got to know 437 I called and they said they close at 5:00 but they really close that 4:30 he turned me down and told me I cannot come in really disappointing

Would anyone pay 30$ just to know if engine thats for sale is in good running condition?Called to check for availability of certain engine and was told to give credit card info to get in line. Why should we pay for that?This yard wont pay for labor cost if it bad engine but wants to collect money for nothing? Like Im so busy that pay me for lifting a finger? Dont waste your time at the local u-pull it yard if you want great service at a very fair price go to A.A. where you can choose to pull your own part or they will pull it for you...if they dont already have it on the shelf .these guys are by far the best yard in town

Clean (for a junk yard), organized, staff very helpful and was able to find a lot of good parts. I called ahead and the part I needed that was online was actually the part showed in the picture. James was very informative.

Im not usually one to write reviews but I couldnt let this one slide. Unfortunately my experience with A&A Auto was one of the worst Ive ever had. Aside from an employee named James who was very patient and helpful, I can only say the opposite about the manager Sean, and the owner.Im restoring a car and after looking for weeks, I found out they had a gas tank I had been looking for. It was going to take me 20+hrs round trip to get it since you cant mail a used gas tank and wanted some more information before making the drive.Sean made it crystal clear with his fumbling uneducated answer, that he had no idea what he was talking about and was not going to work with me because it was too much of an inconvenience. The owner wouldnt even speak to me. And this was after dealing with them for almost 3 weeks just waiting on them to locate the car. Most frustrating waste of time ever.Doubt this review will do anything, but maybe it will save someone else out there some time and disappointment.

Free entry which is great. Good inventory but its really tight to work in there. Not sure if Id rather have the selection of vehicles or a bit more space to work but great place for parts either way.

This place is great to pick your own parts. Better than the others in town that charge you just to enter there lot. Pick and pay. Simple!

Always was able to find correct recycled auto components for my vehicles in the past.

I called them on a bumper I needed and they had pictures to me within a few minutes. Having dealt with other yards, Id say that their customer service and turn around time on questions is superb! Ill definitely be calling back in the future when I need other parts.

A&A Auto Recycling isnt a big yard but they have a lot of cars to choose parts from. They dont charge a entrance fee and a very reasonable on their parts that you pull off of the vehicles. They also carry used tires, rims, and batteries. They also have some new parts available and can order new parts oem or after market.

Come here for the best prices on used auto parts. The service is pretty good also.

This is by far the best salvage yard in both counties, theyre fair on prices never nickel/dime ya like how they never charge entry fee the vehicles are well organized not spending hours searching for vehicle thats suppose to be on lot then find out its not, every employee is friendly, courteous and glad to help, its not a place for children to dangerous as with any salvage yard its worth not having to give my money to dealers or buying same part 3 times from not so advanced auto, thats just my 2 cents

They always have a huge array of cars and have always had every part Ive needed. They also will do all the work at getting the parts you need off from the vehicles in their yard and will call you when they are ready to be picked up.

These people are super busy. They are nice but they arent your personal google. I personally have had no issue with them but i see reviews with people whining. Dont call in and talk to them for 10 minutes about your story. Im sure they dont mean to be mean to you but they are always busy. Their prices are worth it so get over it or order it online if you need someone to hear your life story for a part.

*** VERY RUDE ***I went in to buy just a regular used steel rim for my daughters car and they price it 15 dollars. Then I try to pay and the guy says that will be $45 total. Confused and told him he said 20 dollars just a minute ago, he says no way I would never sell a rim for 20 dollars, its 45 take it or leave it. I decided to leave and on my way out the guy made a comment Go on, I dont even need your business. I will never step in that place ever again

Terrible experience.....rude employees...Called to check for part at 10:30, they said yes they have alot of them and i would need to pay on bank card in advance, then they will pull the part and call me. At 12:30 i called back to check because face it...i would like to get my car running today....the person rudely said yeah...we will pull it after lunch and someone will call you and hung up.....at 3:30 i go there because if i need to go somewherw else you dont need my bank card number, i was told well yeah we have about 25 tickets and it probably wont happen today...i said oh its happening today...maybe not here but its happening so dont run that card, i will go elsewhere. A phone call would have been courteous....ya think......Ken B.

Pretty good instructions only made one wrong turn

I would not use this location. I bought a tailgate for a truck and it would not work for me and they would not take it back. I never installed it. They said I would have needed to buy insurance which was $8 more. I was never offered that option when I bought the tailgate.

I like saving money so Ill keep going back but OMg does the service suck. And the guys have no idea what the hell theyre doing half of the time. Got a dud vattery, had to exchange it, and the battery they gave me to replace doesnt fit my car. Gahhhh
