Great service. Friendly awesome staff. Ms Antanela (sorry I know that spelling isn’t correct lol) helped me with the servicing of my band. She saw the rocks Coming loose right in time and got my ring serviced and looking good as new. Very knowledgeable and kind. Highly Recommend!

I showed up a few days after getting engaged so that the ring could be resized. The extremely loud rude lady (to her co-workers, not me) put 2 people to help me, neither knew what they were doing. I don’t wear rings and I explained to them that I didn’t know my size. They handed me what looked like a janitors key ring and confused me because the girl said she liked her rings too tight and the guy said as long as it doesn’t hurt, well I got the ring back 2 weeks later and it’s way too tight. So now I have to go another 2 weeks without my ring because they don’t teach their staff how to properly size someone’s finger?! Also, my ring has to be messed with ONCE again. The loud lady who was clearly in charge was salivating over a potential new sale but could care less that her less than knowledgeable staff is messing up. She heard me say “I’d just rather go to Wellington” and just kept trying her best to get that new sale (she didn’t get it).I was told we didn’t have the ring attached to my fiancé’s name, which makes no sense and then told that we don’t have the warranty, which we do.As if it couldn’t get any worse, they printed out a receipt with the cost of the ring on it which I did not want to know. Maybe Florida is different but where I’m from that’s just rude.They should really mirror the professional customer service at the Wellington location.

Ordered an item online for an anniversary that showed in stock. A day and a half later I was told it was cancelled because they sold it to someone else. Store made no attempt to rectify this. Speaks to how much they actually care about earning business.

Had a great experience at Kay Jewelers. I had my items repaired for a very reasonable price. They were quick, repairing it withing the estimated time and didnt try to increase the price or offer unnecessary additional repairs. The sales representatives, Cory, Michael, and Paul were very helpful and informative. They answered all my questions and once again I am very pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely come back to the mall for any additional items in the future.

The worst experience!!! I bought a gold link bracelet from them and as soon a so purchased it and wore it is when I found out that 9 links were all separated enough to where it started falling apart. After I paid an additional $90 to get it fixed it again became separated and fell apart yet again on other links. Worst Jewlery and extreme cheap and overpriced. Do not shop at Kay!!!

I cannot express my gratitude to Michael at the Boynton Beach, FL Kay Jewelers. From the first time we met him to assist with a new wedding band for my husband, he was so polite and helpful. When my husband decided to upgrade my engagement and wedding bands as well, he worked tirelessly with us and educated us about the different diamond and metal options, called us back when we had logistical questions about trade ins and online orders, stayed late multiple days to search through countless catalogs all so the ring I received was the ring of my dreams. He was so patient and genuinely invested himself into the process with us, which was so touching. This is not the first great experience we have had here, but Michael took customer service to a whole new level for us and ensured that we will be Kay customers for life.

Michael L. was excellent and provided amazing customer service. I went in for two things: to have my rings inspected but also needed my rings resized along with another ring (not purchased there) and he did amazing job accommodating me & informing me of what the process would be. He was just as amazing as he was the first day that we met when I went back in for pick up. I appreciate his kindness and his professionalism and his patience with me... I loved loved loved the experience and would definitely come again and refer others to the store!

Manager really was amazing, there was an issue with a salesman and incorrect pricing but Camilla went above and beyond to correct it.. truly what management is about .. I will come back and work with her.. great work! Also my engagement rings are stunning

Professional, accurate, knowledgeable shop They absolutely know what they are doing. Took my engagement ring to be repaired at this shop and eventhough it took more time that I expected, it was because they were making sure the job was done right. And they nailed it! My ring looks better than new wow! So well polished and clean its mesmerizing. Definitely going there from now on for all my jewelry needs. Kamini was the girl that was with me along all the process she is so professional and so in touch with the sentimental value of your jewelry, she is amazing.

It was a pleasure to work with the staff at Kay particularly Kamini Sarjoo. She helped my husband with a water resistant watch problem and she was extremely professional and is probably the best retail employee that we have dealt with in a very long time. A week ago I went to a repair of a ring but it is not the first time that people who work serving customers do not serve me well. they are very racist and the same person, I gave the ring to the inspection did not want to treat me because he says he had to take to inspection before the end did not want to meet me RACIST. I had to go to another store in the mall of Wellington and they try very politely if customers

My boyfriend bought me a ring but it was a size 7 and Im a 5 so we went to get it sized, we were greeted very kindly by a young woman behind the counter but when it came to dealing with the man in charge of the sizing it was super awkward, I felt like he was hitting on my boyfriend. I didnt say anything to my boyfriend we paid the $55 to get it resized and he told us it was going to take two weeks I was kinda disappointed two weeks is a long time but we went ahead and payed and left. When we got in the car my boyfriend told me that he felt like the guy was being weird and I started laughing and told him that I had picked up on it but didnt think anything of it.

Paul was great! He helped us figure out our best option and was very nice. Great salesman to deal with!!!!

Thats for the customer service. I asked for a yellow gold earrings and they got nothing.. guy told they are diamond people and dont sell Yellow gold much. Then ...got to ask, why care show them on your website?? He was more interested in why I dont buy stones and what possible reasons I can have.Here are few reasons why people go online and slowly forget the touch, feel and buy experience. As a supply chain expert, I see online channel as good option to lure people to store and vis versa.. This is the point where you sell your customer service and build on your loyalty with customers.

Randomly walked into Kay to get my engagement ring sized. Annah and Michael went beyond. Annah helped me find my fiances ring and when I came to collect thet sizeds rings, I wasw complaining to Michael about finding gifts for the 7 women who made the everything possible and he helped me find the perfect 7 matching earrings for all 7. Beware of the lease program. It charges 100% interest, and they will push it if you dont qualify for the kay card, and not explain how it works. Ordered a ring for my girlfriend from online, in store with the manager. She said it would be two day shipping, because I needed it within a week. I checked it later, and it wasnt arriving for two weeks. Called and explained that the manager had told me it was two day, she wouldnt come to the phone and told the associate to say she never said that. Customer service couldnt fix the shipping, even if I paid extra for it. Customer service associate suggested I get my girlfriend something else for her birthday. LOL. The customer service here is horrible.

I just walked past the store in the mall, didnt stop, didnt even want to stop, and didnt even think about stopping, but with todays technology they make you think that someone stopped by their store to buy something. All I can say is this. Post off, I didnt come into your store.
