Pete came into my office and was handing out flyers for a great deal on oil change heading to North Florida for the holiday I had set an appointment for an oil change ( love love love that they come and pick up your car and return it same day and NO EXTRA COST) . I also knew I would need brakes but got busted when they checked them out. Anyway, I feel I received a great deal and great service. The only problem there is no financing available as of right now (but they are working on it) Orlando was very helpful too... But Pete seems to know what is going on and works with you on trying to solve the issues

By far the best customer service I have experienced in any auto-shop! Came in to replace my cracked oil-pan and all of the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A little bit of unknown debris was found in my cracked oil pan and I was immediately contacted by Jay to come in and take a look! Highly recommended as I came in for the first time, and I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle back here in the future

We called to be able to solve the problem of the transmission of our car, a ford explorer 2002. They told us that it would charge $ 600.00 dollars to open the transmission putting the pieces on the table, and then it would give us the price of the repair. And we said they would not put the same parts back. So we run the risk of paying $ 600.00, not having the car to use without the transmission. What is the advantage and convenience for the customer?

I was very pleased to discover National Transmission. The service manager quickly discovered that I did not need to replace my transmission and recommended a servicing of that part instead. It has worked great ever since. They also offer other repairs and tuneups. National Transmission will be getting all of my Florida business.

Im hear visiting my family for the holiday and my engine light came on my Hyundai. I called and the Manager Pete asked me to come in for a free diagnostic. Turned out I just need a tune up and the price was very fair. Pete was very pleasant to deal with and made the experience very easy. I highly recommend this shop. Great bunch of guys. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here either for service or major repair. They go out of their way to keep your cost down. I have found them to be very honest. Jason and Orlando are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I take all vehicles there for service and repair.

Great service. Pete was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the service in a way I could understand. He also told me that the clunk in my steering wheel was still under warranty at the dealership. I dread going to the dealer. I think Im going to just let Pete fix it and do the reimbursement from Kia. I was afraid that being a woman I would be taken advantage of and that couldnt be any farther from the truth. I highly recommend this shop.

They stole my money (OVER 4K) refused to fix my car. Left me with a huge credit card debt. ORLANDO the owner promised to correct the issue only when a family lawyer told him he had to. He lead me on for almost a year. Its over a year he still has my car and money. Will be seeing him in court. stay away from this company and Orlando the owner.

The automotive industry is always a scary gamble when taking something as important as Our cars are to be repaired. I use my daily for business and average about 100 miles a day. This place was quick clean and with quality work. The guy at the front counter was curteous for a change and really knew his stuff. I will def be a repeat customer.

Had a minor job to be done.Within 5 minutes I wad in and out of the shop. WITH NO CHARGE.Amazing friendly customer service. When taking a glance at my car the minor damage looked as if it had worsened but sure enough the honest and friendly people at national transmission took care of me. NOT EASY FINDING A GOOD HONEST MECHANIC. MAKE SURE TO COME HERE. I KNOW I WILL BE BACK !

The team at National Transmission are awesome. Recently my wife had her tires worked on at another chain. Unfortunately, that was where we were towed to. They did the work, but a few days later, my wife was driving and heard a serious grinding noise coming from her wheel well. We had it towed to National Transmission and found the problem. They charged us a nominal fee (which we recovered from the other place) and sent us on our way with proof of what the other guys did wrong. We have since brought both our cars in for oil changes, brake work, etc. I would highly recommend using National Transmissions & Complete Auto Care if you care about your car and care about getting honest answers to your car troubles.

Most honest and accurate shop ive ever used in south florida. These guys really know what they are doing. i would give them six stars if i could!!

$3800 in March 2018 for a complete rebuild of transmission in 2010 Dodge Caravan, supposed to have a 3 year 50,000 mile warranty. Transmission quit in September. Woolbright location which did the work closed. 45th street location claims van low on engine coolant so warranty voided. Van never ran hot, transmission cooling line does not run through radiator, and no inspection of transmission done. Just checked under the hood and refused to honor warranty. Manager of 45th st location very rude and condescending, said since he didnt originally do the rebuild it wasnt his problem.

Just moved here and my neighbor recommended these guys very fast turn around couldnt be happier.

Fixed my car, ran for 6m, been in & out of this shop since then. Looking for a new car. Honesty isnt at this place nor is quality. Wouldnt recommend.

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!!!!UNPROFESSIONAL!!Took my car there Monday I was told It would be ready Thursday, come to find out they were short on mechanics and the car wasnt ready...Its Friday and I still dont know when the car repair will be completed. I wish they were upfront and said they could not handle another job and I would have gladly gone somewhere else! instead of wasting my time. The Owner Orlando is too busy to take care of client complaints, very disappointing way to run a business! This Business is NOT BBB Accredited, it is rated D-. I learned my lesson next time I will do my research

Had noise in my car. Checked area.Found national transmission and complete auto care . got an estimate on work to be done. The estimate was 2 and 1/2 times the price it should have been.When we said no.. We will get a second opinion they tried to convince us to tow the car. I looked over the car before leaving only to discover they had broken the timing chain cover. The parts were not even installed correctly. National transmission and complete auto care had even poured transmission In With my antifreeze just being hateful they did not get the job. These people are sketchy! So Itook it across town to a real Mechanic the price I was quoted was exactly what the enternet said it was to be. And they found the transmission fluid in the Antifreeze and the broken timing chain cover. ( fresh cracked plastic) NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!What a lesson I got today.

Just wanted to share how happy I was with my service at this location. Glen and Jacque were very proffesional and accomodating. My vehicle broke down while on vacation for the Holidays visiting family. They took me in right away gave me a ride to my familys home and called me after with a accurate and reasonable estimate. I agreed to have the repairs performed and they completed the job even before the promised time and delivered my car back to me. I have never had such good service and iI will reccomend them to anyone for any service or repair. Thanks Glen & Jacque.

I want to let everyone know that Orlando Brito is AMAZING! MyDaughters truck broke down last week. I called Orlando,for the first time and he stopped what he was doing to go, in Rush hour traffic,in downtown BocaRaton, to asses my daughters vehicles status. Then he stayed around to make sure she got in touch with the AAA to tow her car to his auto shop. First thing on Good Friday morning his company called me and my daughter to explain the needed repairs. Then after repairing the car in 3 hours actually drove the vehicle back to my daughter in Deerfield beach to return it to her. This does not happen anywhere else. Call him and see for yourself...HE ROCKS! If I could rate him with 10 stars I would!

Paid 2200 to have transmission rebuilt. Was given a 24 month, 25,000 mile warranty. I brought car in 3 times complaining about poor shifting quality. Was told there was nothing wrong each time. Everyone who drove my car noticed it shifted poorly between 1st and 2nd with a long delay, sometimes even slipping. At 20 months transmission died. I called shop on a Friday to see about my warranty, manager said he was unable to tell me at that time as paperwork was locked up in office (why he didnt have the key?). He told me he would call me first thing sat morning. No call Sat. I called Monday, told I would get a call back with information that day. No call. I called again Tuesday afternoon, finally told I was over mileage and there was no more coverage. Made me wait 4 days to tell me that. The place does horrible work, charges high prices (I am not getting transmission rebuilt by an Honda specialist for 1400) and customer service is horrible. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!

Orlando really stands for the definition of customer services. He has even got out of his way to picked my car and take care of it. Thank you for being a life saver!
