Besides a bit of miscommunication in the beginning making the repair appointment I cannot say enough good things about them. Enterprise being available at the shop made this so easy. Not needing to bother anyone for a ride or miss extra time from work. They repaired my car to brand new in 4 days. Looks amazing. Everyone was very nice & communicated well with me throughout. Someone hit my car, and my insurance company Geico had me bring my car here. Although they fixed the dent...when I got my car back theres a HUGE stain in my back seat. Mind you this stain wasnt there before I brought my car here. When I brought car back to Paul the mechanic who worked on it he said try using soap and water to get it out. My thing is how did you guys spill oil on my back seat? Ive brought my car to get shampooed twice and they said oil is hard to get out. Im so upset because this isnt my fault and now im paying for it. Its been months...they should have offered to clean it for me.

Brought my 2019 Escalade in for repair to my driver side back door. My experience was so fast, easy, and the quality is excellent that I wanted to share a review. I was shocked that my car was repaired in less than one week. We were able to work with our insurance directly with Master Auto Body and pick up our rental car right there. They went the extra mile to make sure my car was repaired properly and didnt cut any corners on the job. My car was clean and smelled excellent (an extra bonus!!) when it was returned to me! Master Auto Body did an excellent job repairing the left side of my car in May, 2019. Recently, the driver side door began suddenly unlocking and beeping while driving. I returned to Master Auto Body under their lifetime warranty. Paul completed the minor adjustment in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. Their lifetime warranty is for real!!!

What an easy experience. As a GEICO member, I dropped off my car with an appointment and received an Enterprise rental on the spot. The company calls you and keeps you updated. When finished, drop off and receiving finished vehicle was a few minutes. Master Auto Body workmanship was superior and the service and overall experience superb! Kudos to GEICO and Enterprise as well!

I would not recommend this shop. When I first went to the shop and got a quote it seemed good so I setup an appointment to drop off my car. I showed up when I scheduled to drop off my car and was told I was not in their system. I showed her the call to their office and explained to them the lady took my claim number and information at the time of the call and then lady went to a back office and came back a few minutes later saying I dont know why they would have scheduled you because we dont work on Audis or aluminum. (even though their appraiser looked at my car the first time I went to the shop and said they can do the work, turns out the area where the damage was was not aluminum) The lady then said you have to go to another shop, she tried recommending a shop but at this point I wouldnt go anywhere they recommended.

I had to bring my car in after a parking lot accident left the side of the car pretty messed up. I was referred by Geico and thank goodness I was. This was hands down the best experience with a body shop I have had. I was literally in and out in less than 20 minutes with my rental car. The rental car was onsite! About 4 days later the car was done. I go to pick it up and again in and out in less than 20 minutes. I dropped my rental key off at the desk, they handed me the paperwork, they pulled the car around and it looked like new. The staff is very friendly, fast, efficient and the body work was very well done. Thank you all for your help!

Masters Auto Body has to be the best there is. A new bumper painted and installed in two days! They knew that I was bringing my car in and that I needed a rental car. So after I did a bit of paperwork I was directed to the rental agent in the next room, who also was expecting me. Masters is fabulous!

I had a paint scuff on my right front bumper...gray paint but no dents or scratches. I had a recommendation to an Auto Body place near my home. Went over to have them look at it and let me know what they could do. I thought it might be able to just be buffed out. They informed me NO it had to be taken off and painted. Several days and $350. I was shocked but I figured I didnt have much choice as it was unsightly and my car is only 1 year old. So I went over to master Auto Body which isnt as close to me but I wanted a second opinion. Angela was at the desk and said she wanted to take a look at it. The next thing I knew she had a rag and two bottles and was heading out to my car. In 2 minutes all the paint was gone and the bumper was likeBrand New. No charge and she was sending me on my way. I cannot Thank Her enough!! Who does that you ask. People who care about their customers, and want the best for them. I just called my insurance agent to let him know about my experience with Master. He will be recommending them. I am beyond happy with my experience at Master Auto Body. I had a nightmare of an experience trying to get repairs done without going through insurance, which ultimately ended in me filing a claim and having GEICO refer me to this shop. Such an easy and pleasant experience. Everyone from the front desk, to the auto inspection team, and the repairs was attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. The Enterprise affiliate set me up with a wonderful rental car to use while I waited for the work to be done on my vehicle. He was also very handsome, so if he sees this HMU. Will recommend to anyone who needs car repairs.

This place has problems. Good thing insurance places recommend this place or they wouldn’t have any business! I guess cheap is good for bottom dollar though! Geico pitched this place as a convenient repair, just drop it off and they’ll give you a loaner... that was a lie. Even though I’ve been with Geico 3 years owning the same vehicle. I’ve went in there 2 times now and they turned me away because I didn’t bring the physical registration from when I purchased the vehicle. Even though Geico has verified it for them! I’ve also been married since so the name on the registration is my maiden name. Therefore, they were unable to assist me with auto body repairs! Geico was shocked that they turned away their customers, and that they will reevaluate this relationship with this company. Hopefully Geico will have better options in the future for their customers.

They did amazing work on my 2016 GMC Arcaida. My whole driver side corner was damaged and now looks brand new. Awesome flawless paint job as well.

In the past Master Auto Body has done great work. This time it took a month to get our car back and when we did there was a strange road noise which seems to have been corrected once it was pointed out to the shop. The noise went away and the shop claims it was nothing. Funny, comes out of the shop with noise, goes back in the shop and comes out without noise, But it was nothing. Also, the paint is off gassing. The little I know of off gassing is it consists of fumes from acetone and tulenol(sp.?), both are carcinogens. One week later the off gassing continues. The shop reccomendation was to leave the car windows open. The windows were retinted and are not suppoed to be moved. A totally unexceptable answer to an ongoing problem. Hopefully, the shop will get its act together and return to its superior service sooner than later.

Robin test drove my vehicle, looked me in the eye and said he doesnt feel the vibration. The mirrors were fuzzy, thats how much it shook. Thats AFTER they had it in for 7 weeks. Car still pulls to the right and they never adressed the smaller concerns. Liar! Never again! But to be honest, they did decent job on the paint.

The lady at the front counter was very professional; However, in terms of my vehicle all I can say is ATTENTION TO DETAIL is needed badly. Brought my SUV in for minor repair personnel indicated they were to call me every other day based upon my preference to give me an update... they never did I had to call them... “OH, I forgot” he said. Repair folk laid my back seats down I guess to place my back tire on while they worked on the rear body,, never put my seats back up and articles in the back seat was never put back but strewn everywhere. However, the saddest part for me was the repair was not good and I nicely mentioned it to the repair person but he just shrugged it off as if I didn’t know what I was talking, but like most drivers u know your car, and I know mine and it was not the same.Also, once I got to the premise, after I called them and they shared with me the car wS ready, I had to wait 40 mins more, and when I asked the service personnel why it was taking so long, he just said becuz we were cleaning it!When I got the car, there was no improvement.I will never take my vehicle there again as the service was very bad!!!!! I took my truck in to have some work done on the left rear quarter panel and front bumper which they had the truck for about 2 weeks.When I first received it back it had spoty dimples in the repaired area, they stopped the paint at the plastic bed trim instead of the seam on top like they should have. The front bumper trim was falling out when i got home so i had to fix that. The grill was missing bolts, the grill had a large chip taken out of the top due to them being careless, they painted over the wheel well bolts that were suppose to be black, they scratched the cab between the bed and cab area, they didnt finish the paint on the bed between the bed and cab area after they sanded it, the front seat and rear seat area had hand prints all over.When I contacted Robin Turner we reviewed everything when I took the truck back to them. He took pictures and marked the areas. Scheduled to be dropped off again.When I picked it up the second time after them now having it for a week, the clear coat was too heavy causing poly urethane wave in the qurter panel and the paint looked like a different color because of the heavy clear coat application,overspray all over the back window, bolts still missing in the grill, the top of rear quarter still not finished on top, the front box area still not clear coated but painted, the rear quarter at the tailgate area not finished, severly bad swirls all through the truck from them buffing the truck. This truck never had a buffer on it always hand washed.When i discussed it with Robin he started retalliating and stated we are not going to fight about this in a nasty tone with my wife standing right there.I left because my blood pressure skyrocketed at that point.I contacted Paul Boutelle the manager the next day and discussed everything with him, he said everything would be taken care of so dropped truck off again for about another week.This time when picked up swirls marks still in truck all over, now the front grill has overspray all over and the hood has a sloppy patch job because they chipped the hood.Paul tried to say the chip was there, if that was the case why was it not there when the truck was dropped off the several times it was dropped off? I assure you they marked any scratches or chips when dropped off and never marked that one down and I went over the truck before dropping it off because i know the truck like the back of my hand, it was not there.He also instructed to use a compound to remove the overspray.Very horrible experience.Family has been taking their vehicles to them for years.I promise never again.Most horrible experience I have ever had in my life.I should have taken the truck to the dealership in the first place i never would have had these issues.Very discusted and will never reccomemd anyone to them again and will always give bad reviews when i can.

Brought my Infiniti in for paint and interior repair. My cigarette lighter no longer works and they slopped glue all over the interior. The must have spilled acetone on some of the trim because the coating started to peel. I had to bring it back several times as it wasnt put back together correctly. They even put the Infiniti symbol on lopsided on the trunk lid. This is amateur hour folks. You have been warned.

Never coming here again. It seems like they have no idea what theyre doing because everytime they tell me my car is going to be done they call and say theres another problem or mistake. Theyve pushed it back multiple weeks now. I didnt even have a lot of damage and this is taking a month. Unhappy with their lack of urgency in fixing my car.

Terrible Service. Our car was struck by a driver with Safco Insurance.The insurance company took responsibility for the accident, and refered me to Master Body in Boynton for their repair appraisal. Their appraiser Don Daniels examined the bumper damage, then called Safco for an hour to document his estimate. When he returned with his completed estimate, he told me that the insurance company had to approve it.I called Safco.Safco told me that Mr. Daniels noted that prior damage existed on the bumper, and the accident repair would not be covered by Safco.Mr. Daniels had noted in his report that prior damage had existed on the bumper, and the repair would not be covered by Safco Insurance.This was absolutely not true.In prior discussions with Mr. Daniels, he never mentioned this.When I called him to discuss, he hung up the phone.

Hey guys.i regreted to have my car done here on 4/20/2014. I was recommended by GEICO insurance company. They fixed my car just ok. It was 2 days job but it took 6 days to get it back to me. When i fianally get the car back. I founded out my pairs of $300 Ray Ban was missing. Is was hidding in the sun glass compartment. I forgot to take it with me. I just bought a week before the accident happened. i called and complained the receptionist. She told me the onwer will call me back. He never did called and comfort me a word. They also go thru entired car to searching for thing i had forget. becareful which this place guys. I lived in USA 25 years. Had fixed car so many places in many states. But no one stealing a thing from me. As speacially business like this. It was a shocked. Custumer service also bad. Girl in front desk doesnt not seem to care about clients. Attitude also. I never coming back to this place. Neithers recommend to any one.

Every week they gave me a different date, the leather of the gear lever was broken and they had to change it, my car was left with an unpleasant smell that after more than two months I have not been able to eliminate
