These guys are A+ throughout the entire process. Funny thing is I was referred to them by another body shop around the corner due to needing a better price. Turns out Southern not only gave me a much better deal but they also have a better reputation and now I know why. They are very honest and stick to their word. I will use them for any future paint or body work and will also refer friends and family members. Btw I had 2 cars repaired by them so it was 2 great experiences within a week.

Great job on my car this time and in the past! I have used Southern Collision in the past and after being hit in a parking lot brought my 2019 Honda Fit in for repairs. Steve Ross, the manager, was very helpful, efficient and courteous. He even called Enterprise rental for me to have them pick me up. Steve knew how to work with my insurance company and worked very hard to expedite the repairs. Whenever I called to see when my car would be ready, he was courteous and helped me understand the impact of Covide-19. Getting parts is difficult, with factories closed; and Covid-19 is hitting workers everywhere. Steve called yesterday to tell me my car was ready. He waited for me to drop off the rental car, and get to Southern Collision. The shop had closed, but he waited for me to arrive. The car looks like nothing happened to it! That was the same a couple of years ago when someone hit me. In both cases, the price was very fair. I drove two (2) hours from Central Florida to have this body shop perform repairs on my 2008 Chevrolet. I drove in and stayed locally while Steve Ross(Manager) coordinated my body work and repairs . I was treated like royalty . Some people might think that driving almost 2 hours to a body shop was foolish, however, going anywhere else would have been a mistake. Steve Ross and Southern collision center is a five-star facility and I bring all of my vehicles there when repairs are needed.

If i could give 6 stars I would!!While on vacation visiting relatives in Florida my 2018 Lexus was side swiped in a parking lot. A friend who had recently had his vehicle repaired by Southern and was very happy with the work took me there to have my car looked at. Long story short, Steve the manager took care of everything, including getting me a rental for the next 2 weeks Id be there. He wasnt sure if the car could be completed in 10 working days but he assured me he would try his best. Well 2 weeks and 2 days later my car was finished!! The job was perfect, and 1 day after that I drove back to NY in a shiny almost like new car. As some of us have learned the hard way, its not easy to find good body shops in South FL. Now that I found Southern Collision Centers, that has all changed. During the repairs he kept me informed of what was going on including what parts had been ordered. I forgot to mention that my van is a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica so not all the parts were available. Once my van was completed and I picked it up I was amazed at how good it looked. Better than when I first took it off the dealers lot. My friends thought I had bought a new van. When I take my wife to work the security guards think I bought a new van and everyone that had seen the damage thought I had a new van. Thank you Steve and crew.
