My wife and I had a great experience selecting our Cambria countertops at this Home Depot! Their kitchen design staff (Jim S) was particularly knowledgeable and helped us create a really wonderful space within our home! Thanks a bunch!

The Home Depot is a great DIY or home needs store. I needed a few things while I was in town to help my daughter and son-in-law move into their new home. The Home Depot, maintaining their standard layout regardless of which state or town you are in, had exactly what I needed. Thankfully, they had more of the same as I required more than I thought I needed.Need wood, holiday decor, hardware, screws, tools, or appliances? I love that The Home Depot always has employees around to help you find whatever it is you need. This one was no exception.

I rented a trailer from them today. The rental center closes at 8 and gps was putting me there to be at 804. I called to see if I could drop it off still. I was unable to do so because of paperwork. The gentleman I spoke to, Kent, said to still come on by. He would stay the extra 5 min. I was so grateful for this, as it would have put my workday tomorrow morning 45 minutes earlier and out of the way. Very helpful and cooperative

Was able to find what I was kinda looking for. Didnt really know what I needed but I checked home depot and yep found what I thought I was looking for. Great employees also.

Me and my roommate just bought a fixer upper and as 2 ladies with little to no experience in home improvements we decided to seek some assistance at home depot. I have to say Stephanie and her colleague in flooring (Im sorry I cant remember her name too) jumped right in to fully assist us in some very sound advice and also helped me secure a store credit line and set up to get us a contractor out to have a look at our situation. I am so impressed with how much these ladies knew!you were outstanding 👏 and we will be back

Consistent with all home depots. They pretty much always have what you expect but you need to be quite assertive/ patient if you want assistance.

Couldnt find anyone to ask help. I spent half an hour trying to find someone to ask about some lights and couldnt find anyone.

Went to HD Blaine on 9/23/21. Almost all employees were standing by the self checkout in a clump. No check lanes open with an employee. No help to get directions to products I was looking for throughout the store. Checked out and went to leave. Said to an employee that it was by the exit is this the reason it cost so much for weed whipper line? He said go somewhere else then. Guaranteed... I will. Customers dont matter there.

I do love home Depot. I would love to see more stuff made in America. I dont like low quality tools or other stuff. I realize its cheap but cheaper doesnt mean better.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars renovating my home at Home Depot. Typically, I have gone to the Maplewood location, but tried Blaine instead due to lack of customer service. I ordered my flooring through Blaine location and have gotten 3 different arrival dates over the course of almost 3 months. I was never sent anything saying the shipment was delayed. If I was given accurate updates I wouldn’t have ripped out my flooring preparing to install a new one. When I spoke to a manager I was told to be patient because of a shortage going on around the world. My problem isn’t with the shortage; it’s with lack of customer service costing me more for my renovations because of “miss communication”. I’m now seeing that it may be a company issue rather than location. I’m disappointed with putting my money into this company and will probably look at going through with the rest of my renovations at Meanards or Lowe’s.

Employees arent helpful. I have asked for help numerous times in this location as Im pregnant and have weight restrictions, so I literally need help. On top of needing expert advise on certain things but never got the info I needed so I left. Also played the table game last week, and won a e gift card and never received it, so I stopped in again the other day, needed some supplies anyways, and spoke totbhe same girl who was running the table last week, she remembered who I was and said she was sorry that I didnt get it yet, and thst Id have it by the end of the day, yeah okay still havent gotten it it its been 3 days now. Why even promote stuff if you wont give it to your customers who win? Glad to see Ive spent over 4 k at this location the last few months the most recent being 130 0 for carpet, and you cant even send a 25.00 gift card Come on now. Guess Ill just have to finish buying the other pieces j need to finish my remodel at another location.

Went looking for items to buy for a donation for door prizes, specifically a bluetooth speaker/ radio. Not sure exactly which brand I wanted. Staff member that helped my was more than patient and helpful! Got what was the best fit for the money and left satisfied.

It would be nice if they had signs for the truck entrance.

Great selection and helpful staff. Most of the crew have some construction/renovation experience, which is helpful when you run into strange setbacks. Only complaint is that the corporate website is lacking. Online inventory doesnt always match whats in the store, and as it can be a hassle to try and get someone from a specific department on the phone. Great in person though

Always has what you need, and then some! Great location. I like that all Home Depots are laid out similar. Great garden center. I have bought kitchens and carpets and have always found good quality and customer service.

Had the item I wanted and it was on sale. Most of the time I shop on the app to find out if the items I am looking for are in stock. I have not used curb side to go yet. I guess I just like to look around while I am there also.

Went at about 8pm on a Thursday night. Store was really quiet. Entrance at the garden center was closed already so unfortunately I couldnt shop most of the garden center plants. Home Depot lost out on a big sale.

They have good inventory but the employees are not helpful. There used to be knowledgeable people, but now its mostly people who stand around chatting with each other and if you can get there attention to help you they just look things up on their phone. Never any cash registers open only self check out which is a pain.

Was looking for a lawn mower and Mark J. came by to help out! He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. My new go to home and garden store!

Awesome customer service the assistant manager she is a sweet heart so whoever was the assistant manager on Fri Dec. 6th 2019 around 1:30pm she more then deff. Needs a raise she made a wonderful wonderful experience would recommend this home Depot to anyone in need of a remodel store with a lively and friendly atmosphere!!!! I ordered a chest freezer and paid for “express delivery.” The freezer did not arrive when expected. I called the store and manager Blake straightened it all out and gave me a generous refund that I was not expecting. She was so nice over the phone both times I spoke with her, and even called to make sure delivery went well and the freezer was running ok. Blake went above and beyond!

Went in to buy some house plants for the basement. All of the plants were in really good quality and are well maintained.I spoke to an employee named Emily that was very helpful and offered me a ton of information and suggestions as to which plants I should get for my needs and how to best take care of them. She was very friendly and made the visit exceptional which made me feel good about wanting to return to this location.The plants she helped me choose were perfect and have noticeably improved the air quality downstairs, not to mention livening up the place and making it feel more homey.Thanks, Emily!

I did one of the free water tests this Home Depot has advertised at the entrance to the store. I figured it was too good to be true but said eh, lets give it a go. I submitted my sample for testing but the only thing tested was the hardness. I was told someone would need to visit my house to do more tests and analysis. I figured they may try to sell me something, but I did not expect the full on harassing sales pitch that came next. Specifically, they sent a salesperson from Rain Soft who did do some water tests but then tried to sell us a Rain Soft system. He was at my house for over 2 hours and was very pushy in his sales tactics. My lesson here: DO NOT SUBMIT THE FREE WATER TEST unless you want a salesperson at your house for what will probably be hours to do the tests and to try to sell you equipment and tell you that you may be endangering your family with your water unless you buy the equipment. It was a horrible experience.

Just had a WOW shopping experience at Home Depot! My wife and i were standing in plumbing when an associate walked up to me to ask if I needed help? Yes. I replied. He and another associate took care of me! We then went to look at decking material and a building pro associate walked up behind us and also asled if I needed any assistance? Yes, I replied and asked several questions. He quickly came back with several manufacturer handouts and was also very pleasant. We were then was standing in front of the check out area talking with my wife when an associate asked if we were ready to check out or if he could help us with anything? We were amazed as this was a new and refreshing experience at this store! Impressive and were WOWED!

Ordered a pellet stove online and it arrived at the store the next day. Super fast! Weeks before their competitors could have it in stock PLUS they were $50 cheaper than Amazon. Impressed.

3 stars is Max. This is not an awesome store. Often I cant find what Im looking for and I leave empty-handed. I can almost never find helpI dont understand why people think Home Depot is so great. Menards is way better

Bought a washer. Salesgirl was excellent. Did more research the next day. We paid $300 too much. Got a better and cheaper dryer from Warners Stellian with no delivery, recycling fees and no upsell on the power cord or exhaust vent and got it a day earlier. Home Depot is a corporate big box store. Overpriced.

Went to buy impact wrench and ask for help. The person got down from ladder and found it for me. Great service.

I just ordered the backyard storage shed very heavy this supposed to be in drop it in the backyard and required a signature they just drop it on the street they just left, when I just walk out outside the drop off on street the left I’ve called Home Depot Blaine store customer service I just speak to a supervisor manager they told me we cannot do anything The delivery crew is not our employee we cannot do anything this how they treat the customer service if you want to order something for delivery I don’t recommend the Home Depot in Blaine.

Julie and Jeff from the garden center helped me load a couple hundred heavy patio pavers into my truck and were so friendly and upbeat the entire time, asking about my project and what else I had in store for my new home renovations! Usually, I go to forest lake Home Depot but Ill be using Blaine exclusively now for the great service! Thanks Julie and Jeff! The fire-pit patio turned out amazing!

Few employes are lazy and not helpful. They are just here to get pay and too comfy on their chair. They are really not showing enthusiasm to help customers. Worst homedepot, lots of free money eater.

Not the right stuff in stock. Just wanted nylon tubing. They had 3 sizes of twenty. They only want to sell contract carpeting or plumbing. They don’t actually stock useful things

Decent Home Depot - but when it comes to curbside - their ‘text’ and other orders don’t work consistently. Plus the added bonus of giving damaged items explaining ‘can U take it ??’ At curbside - is NOT the best customer service when u r doing CURBSIDE as in we don’t have time to come in... in shop service is not bad.

Everybody has different things and they go by different rules the managers say one thing and another manager says another and they dont have nothing together worst experience ever will not go back to this Home Depot

We needed some electrical supplies for a ceiling fan we were installing, it wasnt the normal run of the mill ceiling fan installation and LARRY from electrical got us all set with what we needed. Its nice to be helped by someone who really knows what theyre talking about and the fact that he was an older gentleman made me feel like I was in the right hands. So Thank you LARRY in the electrical dept at Lino Home Depot!

Extrememly helpful staff in the electrical, plumbing, cashier, and building supplies areas at my last visit. Those were the only departments i shopped in, im sure the service would have been good in the other departments as well.

This Home Depot is great!! I have always been treated with kindness and support when trying to do DIY projects on my own! Easter Sunday of this year I rented my truck from Penske at this site to move - those guys were awesome too - and today Grace was super helpful at the self checkout when one of my items scanned at the regular price instead of the clearance price!😁😁😁. So, I hate going to places like The Home Depot, Lowes and Menards. But I needed to go to Home Depot to get a specific screw so that I could fix my closet door. I normally have to walk the aisles to find someone that can help me. This time was different. Miranda K. was walking by me and I asked her she could please help me. I think she was heading somewhere but she took the time, and not only helped me but showed me how to find the right screw for my closet door. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. While she was helping me, a few other guys tried to ask her questions. When I left, I gave her an elbow bump and told her thanks a million for making my trip not so stressful. These types of stores need to hire more people like Miranda. Thank you so much!

If I could give a negative rating, I would. This whole experience with Home Depot in Blaine has been anything but ideal. We ordered all appliances- an entire kitchen set and washer and dryer. First things first, the kitchen set was suppose to be delivered the following week and never showed up, we called and apparently Home Depot had it showing as being delivered, but Samsung had it as pending, never got an explanation how that happened and when we called we were transferred to multiple people multiple times trying to even find out order (very professional if you ask me). Then we get our washer and dryer and pay for installation, but they left them at the top of the stairs (thanks again guys!) Then to top it off, according to the measurements of our fridge provided by Home Depot we used to make the spot for our fridge fit our new fridge and apparently it’s STILL too small. This experience has been literally the most agonizing, frustrating, and most terrible service I have ever gotten in my life. Extremely disappointed.

Store is ok, often struggle to find employees for help, but are friendly when I do. Also they dont seem to have as much as the other stores, have had multiple times Ive had to run to the other home depot in Blaine because this one is either out or doesnt carry it.

Once again, disappointed. As a consumer, I can’t know the cause of the problem.Two days in a row at two locations (Blaine and Maplewood MN), stores have little or no primed pine inventory for 1x3, 1x4 and project panels.Causes could be- available material but lazy or inadequate staffing (store mgmt problem)- lack of material (inadequate supply chain).So I’m off to Menards or Lowe’s.

No workers here will ever ask you if you need help with anything. You have to litterally find them. I was able to find help with a locked item once. 2nd time I tried to ask a worker for a price on an item the worker said he did not have a moment and was busy. This location is one of the worst homedepot department.

Online shopping went well. I picked item up in locker. No hassle. Prices can be higher. They may price match.

Walked in the other day to gets some perlite. Then I get asked by an associate in the gardening dept, how old my water heater was? I said mines new and he kept talking how old and if he could set up an appointment to look at it for a cleaning or a replacement. Mmm. I said no thanks and left without buying anything. Found what I needed at a local garden shop. Mother Earth Gardens. Wow they have the plants, garden vegetables, outside plants and indoor plants, USA made pots for those plants. Will definitely run here next time I need garden ideas.

Last minute shopping for a grill for the 4th of July. Called the store to see if they had the grill in stock and they pulled it out and put it on hold for us to pickup. Miranda and Guled helped ring us up and loaded the heavy grill into our car. Phenomenal customer service that helped save our holiday! Thank you!

Went to home depot for curbside service. After 45 minutes I finally got my item. When I called back to see what was taking so long. The rude employee said my item wasnt a essential item. I was picking up a storm door and what difference does that make. I guess its my fault for choosing curb side service thinking it would be more convenient.

What has happened to customer service and the cashiers here?? I came here today to purchase all items for a bath remodel. There was ONE actual cashier, Otherwise self checkout was the only option..UM NO!I did NOT come here to spend money AND check myself out! I am NOT here to work, I am here to be a customer (and spend money) So make it easier to do exactly that.That is why you hire cashiers....literally all 30 customers were clearly annoyed as well.

Got items that I needed good experience

Super friendly staff, I was able to find what I needed right away and quickly. Clean store thats dog friendly! They love my pup and since he had surgery were always looking for for a warm place to walk. Plumbing department was excellent! They were willing and able to cut my PVC pipe and had a selection of smaller pieces precut but I needed it smaller still. Overall my favorite hardware store.

Unbelievable negative experience. Monday morning I walk in to get a fence quote. Now they have all of these fencing financing and specials signs everywhere. I just bought a home down the road. Ive already had two negative customer service experiences here since ive been here mind you. So with all of the signs up all over I come in to 3 people (contracing desk experts) in the contractor service section. None with customers. I ask for a quote and i was quickly told sorry sir it wouldnt be good to do that because fencing is 3 to 4 months on backorder. Now they have NO CLUE to what fencing I want. Everything I said after the initial resistance to try to get help I was met with resistance. I will NEVER COME BACK to this store. They let me walk out without even trying. None of them stepped in to help. If Home Depot really is a business that cares, how can anyone explain the staff sitting in chairs laughing and having fun instead of helping a customer. I guess to them it didnt matter. OH.. I walked into Lowes and had a quote in 35 minutes. Pretty strange how the fencing I want can be delivered next week by Lowes and Home Depot Contractor Experts cant seem to even get it for their customers... (OH! thats right quoting me would have cut into the morning gossip!) Goodbye Home Depot. I know you dont care. I just hope this deters someone else from their business.
