Dont go to this cvs, they are the absolute worst. Every time I try to pick up my prescription they take an hour and thats no lie or exaggeration. Every pharmacy employee appears to be incompetent. There always seems to be some emergency occurring behind the counter and theres always 5 or 6 people waiting patiently. Its insane, I dont understand how a pharmacy can get this bad. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere. The worst pharmacy in Binghamton hands down. Do not go here.

The workers very nice & helpful. I enjoy shopping there & they have good sales. The staff are so polite and its great to shop there.

Service is good, neighborhood is not an issue. Overall it’s a pretty nice CVS

Pharmacy is very rude n uncalled for

Was there with my brother (who as severe anxiety )for a prescription after we had renewed his insurance. The pharmacy tech was nice and explained it might take a little while to try and update it all. Which is fine not a problem. Maybe 5 minutes go by and the pharmacist comes over (older Indian woman to clarify which pharmacist) she explains to me that my brother must not have insurance and that any documentation we have are invalid. I attempted to explain that no we just spoke with excellus. Her response was”no I have tried everything it does not work, now just go” Her lack of customer service skills are inexcusable. I was very respectful as I myself work customer service so I was floored when I was told to just go as if I was some bum begging for change. Only reason I gave three stars was because the pharmacist the next night was very nice and accommodating to the issue. Be aware it’s a lick of the draw whether or not you’ll be treated with respect at this pharmacy.

Its ok good sales all the time

Not a fan of this location as Ive caught a few people hanging out by my car the few times Ive come to this location. Definitely not the safest location given the neighboring neighborhood.

Hate the phramcy rude

Probably shouldn’t be able to schedule a Covid test for a date and time where the pharmacy is closed. Absolutely pathetic.
