Our sales person was very thorough in determining what we needed versus not. The price was lower than comparable models of other makes. Upon delivery our sales representative spent as much time as needed explaining all aspects of our tractor purchase. He said he would come back out later if I had forgotten anything. We bought a subcompact tractor. Time will tell if it does what is necessary. All the controls are convenient, accessible and straightforward to use.

Lobby was not air conditioned and it was hot. Salesperson didnt really want to help us. Did not feel welcomed as a customer.

Called back left a message on Todds voice mail guess what NO CALL BACK!!! Guess I will take my money to someone who wants my business, these people only want to talk to you if your buying a tractor or combine not the little guy
