My experience in the last three to four years dealing with bader and son our local John Deere dealership I have been met with many very nice kind pleasant outgoing outstanding people from the service department to sales parts and the greeting lady or person at the door as you enter they always greet me when I enter by my first name I always acknowledge them but usually without using their name because Im not good at remembering names laugh out loud and I am a John Deere person through and through

Not very helpful with stihl chainsaws. Staff doesnt know what products stihl even makes and wouldnt order anything for me. Then they gave me the wrong parts twice. If you dont know your stuff when it comes to chainsaws, I would not go there for that.

Well run and a lot of selections. We bought a zero turn tractor for a great price.

Bought my first Stihl weed whacker here, the second one I bought on sale elsewhere, but when it needed a repair, I was able to get it in for service at Baders much quicker than at the place of purchase. Next time I will give my business to Baders in the first place...in appreciation. Very friendly people, and the service technician showed me just what was wrong and explained in detail how it would be fixed. Thank you!!

While servicing my x300, I made a mistake. Scott(?) called me, explained what I did wrong and told me how to fix. Did what he said and it worked perfectly. Now THATS SERVICE!! I didnt buy this tractor from them, but I sure will be a customer in the future!!

Very Disappointed, my husband died and I went 2 wks later and asked what to do since I owe on the tractor. I was told, just keep making payments and theres no problem. Its been 1 year now. I have to harness the last 4 months if I dont refinance it into my name they will come over to take it. Letters and phone calls. I was in the hospital for 3 weeks and then Re-Hab for another 3 weeks. Continue to be harassed while I was hospitalized. I was even 1 Payment ahead what I own. After I got them settled, here comes John Deere started all this over. I Dont understand Why, if I financed it thru Bader % Sons. I started to received letters from John Deere, same thing, same paper work.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, UNLESS YOU LIKE HARASSMENT AND THREATENING PHONE CALLS. PAY CASH.But the men who works for John Deere- each one is very nice and helpful.

The price was what I expected after looking at different sites. I was very surprised that John Deere does not support our military or retired military by offering a military discount like Home Depot or Lowes. Perhaps they support the other....?! David gave us a good and thorough briefing on each one we asked about. No high pressure sales. As Memorial was approaching, he elected to wait until the following Tuesday to arrange delivery. I had to call him to a date and time for delivery. We elected for today, May 29 and he said around 2:00pm. Well its almost 3:00pm and no David. So my rating is 3 star ( a military discount would have bought a 4) and delivery and product support a 2. Sorry, if there is anotherJohn Deere dealer near Big Rapids I recommend talking with them.

Warranty work not worth a penny as I was told charged a belt that was to tight there shop bagger has a hole worn in it from the three point done by them and rims already starting to rust and was told nothing can be done.

I never feel cheated when I go. I always deal with Dave and he has never steered me wrong. He never has tried to upsell me. You cant ask for anything more from a business. Honest people, honest prices.

Ive always dealt with Voelkers for their 5 star service and people. Now that they have been bought out by baders they dont seem to care anymore. I requested a quote June 22 and still havent gotten any response. I guess my money isnt good enough for you so you wont be seeing any of it.Owner - Nothing was in my spam folder from you. The quote request was done on the JD website. I got a confirmation from Deere that it had been submitted to you. Somehow i fell through the cracks.

Wonderful people good service and helpfull, just bought a used sst18 at a remarkable deal and have had no issues so far mowing 3 yards of over 3 acres plus a couple others for neibors, thanks and for the steihl trimmer also.
