I came to this location since I opened my account at this place and just wanted to tell everyone how great they treated me at this location. I came here in a very bad mood and I was determined to express my feelings at this location and be rude. But even though I got there in a crappie mode they treated me like there number one customer. However trained those girls did a superb job 👏 and kudos to the manager.

Associate Marisela gave me good service and was helpful with everything.

I was assisting a friend in reactivating his phone number. A female customer service rep informed him hed have to pony up $45 for his $30 plan. When he asked if that was an activation fee, she immediately hung up on him. I guess some people are just not equipped to answer questions that require a minimal amount of critical thinking.

This place is ridiculous. My daughter in law bought me a phone on Christmas eve. It had no sound we went back and it took 2 weeks of harrassment before manager agreed to have it repaired. They havent called me yet about my phone. I had to harrass them. The manger is never in. The response time sucks. Ill never use this location again.

I have been a metro pcs customer for over 2years now,I have purchased only 2 phonesfrom Metro PCS in that time my last purchasewas a smartphone which I purchased for areasonable price.I even love the service theyhave through T-Mobile I never have any problems and the staff is very knowledgeableand courteous.

Employees are very helpful and polite, prices are unbeatable and the service is GREAT!

I go there because MetroPCS is a franchise, so they want u to stay w the store u purchased ur phones at. I used to have metro before, before T-Mobile purchased it, then I lost reception where I had lived ... Now I came back ...My phone #ZTEmaxPro was defective, it took a month for one to come in .. and that one was defective, brought it back the next day, it took over a month for the next one to come in. And then 2 days before I got it back, the screen cracked and they refused to replace it when it came back.Then my sons phone was defective, I called the next week for is replacement, and they said it wasnt in. I walked in the next week and here it had never been ordered. Then it came in the 3rd week, and it too wasnt working right, we took it in the next day, and they said they have yet to send back the one we returned and they cant order another one til this was was returned.Oh my 😫My phone problems was with the old management, my sons phone problems are with the new management. They are part of 4 different locations owned by the same franchise owners. (You can tell I have been in the store too many times)Im just very disappointed.The best help I ever have gotten was with the MetroPCS Facebook fan page. Layfette,has always been a great help for me. He helped me when he first come to work for them, and then again after I came back. 😇

Not @ all satisfied with this store i bought 2 cell phones & there highest rated internet and GB speeds plans 1 week befor christmas. My wife dropped her cell by accident cracked screen. I took the her cell back to the store. The girl said in a rudley manner theres nothing she can do for me & said i would have to buy another cell phone i asked to speak to a manger i was told she is not hear at the momment but the manager will tellme the same thing she just said to me i told her i wanted the manager to call me. She took my # down 2 days later manager never called i stopped by the store again & was told i need to by another phone by the manager other than that she can not help me... After spending 170.00on phones. Not happy

I went because I was eligible for an upgrade. When we entered the store it smelled of marijuana. We chose two phones and they charged us the regular price .... I called the central offices and now they have to reimburse me for that money that they should never have charged because it was an upgrade. I seriously wonder how many clients have done the same thing and dont complain, dont ask. That is not have little friends !!!

I went for a guarantee and girls are my helpful helped me move my stuffm very happy and will more frequent Metro This is my favorite.
