Went to get new wipers for my car.... The version that my car uses are a pain to install.... The manager sold me a pair, ran out and popped them on to my car. I offered to buy him a soda as a thanks, but he refused. He said its all part of his job, he said it with a huge smile....Ill go back again.

Johnny went out of his way to figure out where to refer me for a battery that this store doesn’t carry - he even called ahead to let them know I might be coming! Johnny provided fabulous service, and was so thoughtful and kind. I will certainly choose to come back here.

Yeah they told me when I bought my brakes they were lifetime free brake pads. But when I went there to get my new brakes recently they didnt even have a record of my shopping there!

His customer service was beyond.. like having a conversation with an old friend. I want to say his name was Joey.. I could be wrong. Just a really nice guy.. I will be back..

Best experience Ive ever had at any chain auto parts store, I went a little out of my way because they had a product I couldnt find anywhere else and the counterman (who I think is also the store manager) was friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be returning.

Ordered a battery online and Johnny was very helpful with testing my old battery to see if it was in fact dead. He tested the battery and the amps were much lower than desired so he replaced the battery. Afterwards, my car started right up and started up after shutting it off later today. Johnny was awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will definitely be returning when I need something for my vehicles!

This place is Clean and organized. They have a very helpful staff. They answer all your questions and the lines are usually short. Easy to shop location you can find most studded on your own.

Their website lets you know which store has the car part you need now (or you can call - old school). With locations in city neighborhoods and suburbs, you can ride your bike there if your ride is out of commission.Clean store, helpful staff, loaner tools, free testing, lots of reasons to visit.

I liked it here a lot the employees will go above in beyond to help u out it wasnt on the shelves they looked it up and found it in the back
