This shop is professional and courteous. They repaired my 2016 Tacoma very well after I was rear ended. Then somebody scraped up against me on the same bumper they had repaired; and they gave me a very fair price to paint it over again. It looks great! I highly recommend them for Collison repair and painting. Terrie, Miguel and Noy I dealt with and they were all great; nice to have professionals to deal with your Toyota.They are an excellent resource for Toyota collison repairs in the Bay Area.

My experience was great. The staff was friendly and I felt very comfortable. The service they provided was excellent. They did body work and painting on my car. It looks beautiful now. I have to say for a 49er fan Paul is a really nice guy. And my shuttle service to and from home was very enjoyable. My driver was a Raider Fan. Perfect!🏉😊

Big thanks to Paul, Neto, and the staffs here that I could drive a safe trip back to LA! I honestly really appreciate their help! I was on a road trip back to LA after travelled the Bay area. On my way back, my car AC didnt work and there was a weird noise so we hurried and randomly find a car repair shop and ended up here. But as soon as we parked, the car went dead. Even after they bumped the battery, it didnt work. I was so worried and nervous about how to arrange the travel plan and how to go back to LA if we need to have a big operation on the car. Turned out my car alternator belt was too old and all ripped off. It needed to be replaced which usually take some time. However, they are very helpful. They tried to order the belt right away, have it delivered in less than an hour and replaced it for me right away. I was so moved! And the price was literally 3 times cheaper than my expectation (Compared to the quotes I received from other shops in LA). Totally recommend this place! Thanks to their help or I might really be selling my car off and take a flight back to LA instead...

Paint on the roof and hood of my vehicle stated fading and then peeling while under warranty. Toyota refused to paint the car saying I somehow ruined the paint. Two independent paint shops said this was typical Toyota paint failure and even proved it with a paint testing machine they had.Toyota of Berkeley felt bad, and give me a substantial discount on the cost of the paint job. They knew Toyota should have paid for it. The paint job they did was great. On other parts of the car, the original Toyota paint is failing. Berkeley Toyota is quoting $5,200 to fix.I wont by another Toyota. But the guys at the dealership were great.

My car is gorgeous! Thank you, Paul and crew for putting my car (2016 Prius) back to its (almost) new condition . . . And doing it so quickly. Paul did everything he could to make the process as easy and painless as possible.

I highly suspect they replaced my car battery with some old battery when repairing only cosmetic problems. I can feel that it’s slow to start my engine when I picked up my car but they said they didn’t do anything with it. After a few days, I took my car to another body shop, they said it’s obvious my battery is dying... but it was alright before I repaired my car. Another clue is that I found my LED time display was incorrect. Several hours late. You got the answer... My battery was definitely removed/disconnected for a while. :)

This is the worst body shop...This shop spent 6 weeks for my minor damages and hold my car due to the insurance claim issue...Also one employee treats me like a trash based on the discrimination.......I am preparing the law suit....Pls visit this stote if you want to feel same like me... and talk to Terry...Thx
