Great prices, selection. I got work gear, electrical supplies, food, etc in 1 trip. All for a nice discount. Clean store, you dont have to buy in bulk either. One downside, next to homeless shelter. Car could get broken into.

I find this place fun and kinda like a mini Walmart, The in and out store when everywhere else is busy, friendly staff as well.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received from K.C. in Bend. By checking first to make sure the store had the deck stain I needed she saved me an unnecessary trip to town. Unfortunately the Redmond store, which is much closer to me, didnt have any in stock. Hmmm... I was motivated to do this project because they showed it on sale in their flyer. It seems like they would have stocked their stores first before advertising.

This is a pretty good store … there sales are awesome… very friendly staff… the guy that check me out was amazing… he is what all employees should be in any retail store.

I wish I could join the buying and planning team for Bi-Mart so that I could ensure that they dont get left in the dust in the 21st century.

Love Bi-Mart! Perfect place to head after a long day of work. It’s in a central enough location, has the items you’d need to pick up on the way home! Need a prescription!? Pick those up here too! They even take prescriptions for your beloved pets!

I was not impressed at all with this place. It was not crowded and only people in there were using the pharmacy. The displays lacked luster and everything seemed overpriced and who wants to pay a membership fee? I wont be going here again.

Great customer service.You need a membership card to enter, about 5bucks. They had what I needed. If I lived in this state I would shop here frequently.

I have been a member for a long time. I have noticed that lately the bend store and its employees have gone down hill not friendly at all .over the years this store has gotten bad . Now they are demanding u show your bimart card at the door . All these years never had to show it and now I have to give theme my personal information at the door to walk in. All of this just adding up rude employees employees In dangers your life by not wearing masks properly or not wearing them at all. I just cant believe how bad this store has gotten. I didnt mind paying a little higher price because it was a friendly store it has gotten.so bad I will no longer shop there.

Bi Mart has all you need for home or the great outdoors. Plus its an Oregon company. Support local.

The more I visit Bi-Mart the more I realize the gem this place really is. I used to visit Bi-mart all the time as a kid to pickup fishing gear, but now that I am an adult, I find myself branching out to other things this store has to offer. You wont be able to beat the prices, and thats what keeps me going back. Great store.

Bi-Mart is just a good store. Youll probably find what you need here. Their electronics section feels like it got left behind. Everything else is good. I was VERY happy to see that they started checking for Cards again. I didnt understand why I paid for one if no one checks.

Bimart doesnt usually have long lines, the prices are good and they have a lot of stuff.

People are the nicest Ive encountered in a retail setting.

Good store bad location. There is a large homeless camp next to it. The city of Bend needs to help out this business and do something about the homeless camp.

Bi-Mart is a local Pacific Northwest staple. It has all the stuff you want with out the fluff. Prices are always excellent. Customer service is friendly and fast. Start your shopping here before the big box stores.

Cynthia @ customer service was able to help me transfer my bimart membership to Bend from Eugene. She was very helpful. All the employees and customers were wearing masks which make the environment feel very safe during these days of uncertainty.Will continue shopping at bimart for years to come!

Im sorry to say its not good news for Bi-Mart! I made comments to the manager. He made excuses. Saying his employees are under pressure due to covid! I should not have to pay the price of her incompetentance.

I love this store.it nice to see an employee owned store. Prices are pretty cheap and they must have recently got a new buyer for their clothes, because they have some really cute dresses and stuff. There are still some of the old style clothes for the more conservative/farming/outdoorsy type of shopper, and they are reasonably priced. Pharmacist is super nice infact the whole pharmacy staff is really nice. They are always happy to help. BiMart definitely has that small town charm.

Bi-Mart is and has always been great! I like going in there because of the friendly staff, good sale items, knowledgeable Sporting Goods Department staff. Its a chain store with a neighborhood feel.

Best pharmacy in town. They are fast, friendly, always have my meds in stock. Greatest part is that you can park right next to their outside walk up window and you dont have to go inside. Kids can stay in the rig, you can see and watch them, while getting your prescription. Perfect for families.

I love that the employees are owners and Im greeted every time I go in. Helpful staff always with a smile.

I was in Bimart in Bend over the weekend and I was totally taken back by the cashiers and other workers in the store not wearing masksWhen I asked one of the cashiers why they were not wear a mask she said because management does not provide masks or gloves. This is crazy as much exposure that this individuals are exposed to!! Yes hel yes they need mask!!! You want them to work provide proper safety equipment. Shame on you Bimart

Always the same...interesting store with normal products and aisles always the same.

Store is easily shopped in. Employees always helpful, particularly in Pharmacy. The fact that store is employee-owned may contribute to pleasant attitudes there. Prices great, and Ive often found items at Bi-Mart I couldnt find elsewhere. Lucky Tuesday gets us there weekly!

If you havent experienced Bi-mart you are missing out. Not know for fashionable designer clothing but you can find most anything else here. A must before a camping, hunting, fishing or other outing!

We forgot to bring chairs to the airshow, so we bought 2 at the store and they were 20 percent off, great.

It is the perfect alternative to the big blue monster. Employees own a stake in this chain. Employees actually help you. Spot on pharmacy. All stores talk to each other so you can fill prescriptions at any store.

I love my Bi-Mart. This is the Pacific Northwests COSTCO- before there was COSTCO. They still have my membership written on a 3x5 card in a metal box on the shelf. I know where everything is and real people work there. You can join today for $5 and that is a for a lifetime. It is described as a retailer like WalMart, but with more depth.

Did not hate the place.Found what I was looking for,no problem.Knew where to find the 50 gal trash bags.

I love Bi Mart. Their prices are equal if not cheaper than Wal Marts and the employees have actual knowledge of where the products are in the store. Every time I cant find something and I ask them where it is, they physically walk me over to the product.
