Knowledgeable, personable staff, always willing to help. The point system for receiving money off isnt bad either. On top of all that, their quality is awesome.

Nice staff. Helped me find the empty gel caps for my cat. The man clerk even pointed out that it was made from bovine in case my cat was allergic! I love the level of thought he put into helping me. Good people = Good store.

Very good selection of vitamins, supplements, protein powders, etc. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The only draw back is that theyve replaced a number of brands with their own Vitamin Shop. That said, the VS brand appears to be a very good brand.

My husband needed some vitamins..no problems ensued. Alright place I guess. I didnt go in I waited in the car :)

I usually have really good experiences at this location. However, on my last trip one of the associates made it feel very inconvenient to assist me and others with purchasing the right product.

After waiting for the one cashier to do anything besides chit chat, he comes over not able to understand my request. Another girl finally shows up and helps someone else until I was loud enough for her to hear. Surprise... no needed product on hand, plus a bonus argument from the female employee about how they dont make ointment. Thank God for vitacost, but the store failed in meeting this immediate need. Lame.

Clean and well staffed.Always have good sales and extremely knowledgeable staff to make shopping at this store enjoyable.Id rather go here than order from Amazon if I get the choice.

Good selection of supps, etc. But, kinda spendy....if you sign up with your email, you get some (infrequent) coupons in the mail.

This Super Supplements is one of the cleanest and most well kept stores that I have been to in the Seattle Metro area. The prices on some of their items can be a little high but they also have a wide variety of products and brands to choose from.

Was so unhappy with the service I DID NOT receive from Super Supplements. I ordered and paid for an item in September. I went to pick it up and was told that the item was refunded and I couldnt get what I had paid for. Sure enough, my credit card was billed and NOT refunded, but, still I could not get my order. What a way to do business.
