I started with Max Muscle a few months ago, I signed up with Matt for a nutrition plan and have had such a great experience. He has been able to answer every question I have ever asked him, always pointed me in the right direction even if it meant me spending less money in his store. He has been a great nutrition coach for me and his staff so helpful anytime I have dropped in to pick anything up!!! I would highly recommend anyone struggling with weight to go in and see them, they will put you on the right track!!!

Great place! I first went to Max Muscle for vitamins, but after talking to Matt Showalter I learned that I wasnt getting near enough protein that my body needed. He explained to me the importance of protein and how not getting enough can do a number on your body. Since I have been taking the protein, I have noticed that I have more energy and that I am getting all the nutrition my body needs, especially after a work out. I think I have walked into Max Muscle at least three times in the past couple of weeks to purchase more supplements because I feel so much better. Thank you Matt and the rest of the staff at Max Muscle!

I have been using Max Muscle Bellevue advice, meal plans, and products for several months. When first introduced to Max Muscle Bellevue I was in the worst shape of my life and had lost the confidence I needed to believe I could change my life and my body. I struggled to do basic physical activities needed to get through the day. Jason and Matt have been key in shaping my mental image of health as well as my physical.I always knew nutrition was important but I never understood how key eating (I mean real food full of good carbs, proteins, and fats) in the proper amounts throughout the day matters to your body. These guys have changed my image of food and helped me focus on building a strong healthy body instead of obsessing on numbers from a weight scale. Food is no longer something I crave for comfort but something I use to fuel my body. Instead of focusing on scale readings, I now focus on by body fat percentage, body strength, and daily energy levels. It took some faith to trust these guys when they told me I needed to eat to drop fat and gain strength. I trusted their advice and now reap the benefits of a body down in body fat and still transforming. Feeling physically strong has changed my own confidence in myself.I use several of the Max Muscle products though I have never once felt pressured into buying anything. Both Matt and Jason have even discouraged me from buying products they felt were not appropriate for me at the time or would not help me change my life for the long run. These guys listen to you and customize their advice based on what you tell them about your goals and the factors in your life.I hesitated entering the store for the first time. I was far from what anyone could consider athletic and I worried that this store was only geared to elite athletes. It is not. These guys help a full spectrum of people.
