Great prices, good selection and very knowledgeable. A little pushy to purchase, seems like they need a quota either daily, weekly or monthly. Sales person was very nice, I think Mattress Firm should make policy changes so that you can buy at your own pace.

We had a great time shopping for mattresses today with Ty. He was super helpful and had a very concise way of breaking down the information. It made for an experience that was not overwhelming at all.

I forgot who helped me (it was the girl with blue hair and her tall boyfriend) but we got a super comfy mattress from here, with the help of the sales guy. We found a memory foam hybrid that was really comfy, that even I, a super lightweight woman, could sink into and get comfy in. I was never interested in a mattress base before, but after being shown the standard model, I realized how awesome it would be for gaming in bed! I love my new setup and use it all the time. The best part is that he didnt pressure us into buying anything, just gave us his advice and knowledge and let us decide naturally.

I paid $200 just to get a delivery slot. One of the mattresses was delivered damaged. They will send me a replacement mattress in 5 days and seem to think I would appreciate the fact that they won’t charge me another delivery fee for the replacement mattress. Never again !!!

I was in a pinch, and needed a topper for my pull out couch when guests were coming over, wanted to get a memory foam replacement. Kevin informed me that while they couldnt help me there, he did help me in suggesting where I could get one. 2 weeks later, I am closing on buying a new home, and am getting my new king size tempurpedic mattress from them!! He didnt try and sell me in the most expensive model, he insisted I try several in different price ranges, and ultimately he helped me make a decision I am sure about. I have tried more than 200 mattresses because I was travelling for work and staying at hotels all the time. But I love this mattress the most that I got from Kevin at this place. Kevin is the best! He gave me a very nice deal and two free pillows.

The experience overall was fantastic.Weve been sleeping on our new bed for a week now and couldnt be happier. We ended up going with a split king (two twin xls) on an adjustable L&P base. They tried to deliver a defective mattress, the memory foam would not lay flat. And the mattress was covered in dirt and stains due to not being bagged properly. The delivery guys had me come downstairs to look at the mattress before they brought it upstairs because it was that trashed. Now we are told we have to wait another week to get another mattress delivered? We were not even offered any apology or compensation. Now I have to take off another day of work. Not the type of service I expect for the amount of money we spent here.

The manager, Erik, took care to make sure my husband and I were both happy with the mattress we were selecting for our guest bedroom. We never felt pressured to make a decision quickly, and we were given lots of time to compare our options. We were able to purchase a great mattress at a great price, and Erik went above and beyond to make sure the mattress was delivered in time for our guests arrival. I wouldnt heistate to shop there again for another mattress in the future!
