Excellent staff here. An employee named Alex was very helpful and had something that was out of stock shipped right to our house. Service was truly Beyond.

We were shopping flatware at Lynnwood branch and were lucky enough to found Gene. He checked all 60 items barcodes to check they are identical. He was very kind, informative, and at the same time professional and effective. He telephoned two other branches to help us find one more identical fork. His manner, attitude and devotion towards us and BBB was admirable. We wrote this review only to appreciate dear Gene who made our day. Thank you so much.

Large and well-stocked with good customer service located inside Crossroads Mall in Bellevue. They have just about everything you could want.

Most of the time, they carry good quality and design products. My go-to place.

It is located in crossroads shopping center and has easy access. As an entrance from outside the mall and one inside the mall. Clean, with friendly and courteous staff, and is well stocked with bedding, bathroom and kitchen wear. Also misc items. I rate it as average yet really like shopping there when in a hurry.

Expensive but clean and organized

Im mostly happy with them today because they enforced the mask rule. They immediately escorted a couple out that didnt even have masks with them.They are a clean and well organized store with good prices. Thanks for doing your part! ♥️

Good place to buy quality things, little overpriced for some tho. Best kitchen (poultry) scizzors, just kitchen scizzors also. They last and are sharp for long time. Good selection just pricey!

The store takes 20% off retail for returning an unopened item if you bring it back 2 hours later. This is why brick and mortar stores are failing. Go in and look at things, but buy online where return policies are more customer focused.

It is a great place for home goods. You can find some creative ideas for space saving and organizing gatget you need for bathroom and kitchen. And to save for budget they usually offer coupon discount.

Its a bit of a mess in here, which isnt too surprising given the company is nearing bankruptcy. The staff werent particularly friendly in my experience, either. That said, Bed Bath & Beyond has great prices and inventory compared to most competitors, so I can appreciate that.

I really like that place especially during the holidays they got some interesting little gifts and ideas. Its well-organized brightly-lit and fun to make a circuit good place to go.

This place has everything youd ever need for your kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, or other parts of your house. I love walking the aisles and seeing everything they have to offer. Ive purchased quite a few bedding items here. My only problem is the cost. You can easily find the same things online for cheaper. But, if they have sales or coupons available, I highly recommend using those which makes the prices comparable to online stores.

It used to be my favorite. Store manager Scott is rude, won’t go there any longer till he is there.

Always can find something here that fits the bill. Their prices are not as good as online, but I prefer touching and seeing. They are constantly offering 20% coupons and have a membership for 20% on all items. The staff is a little scarce, but they will always call someone for you from the front desk, and the sales people are very helpful.

They have deals that I cant pass up they have great customer service. And its open to the public, plenty of parking in handicap accessible

This store is the perfect place to look for home-goods. They have a large variety of linen, pillows, towels, some (block-out/blackout) curtains, placemats, table cloths, draw liners, shower caddies and some beautiful shower-curtains, etc. Youll also find many kitchen goods, like measuring cups, utensils, blenders, water-filter jugs, etc.They have some: new-age Alarm clocks and other electronic devices, mini-steps for reaching high places, mats & rugs, and most things you might need for around the house.

One of the best Bed Bath and Beyond stores in Seattle area. Good choice of different fancy stuff for your home. Many of those things useless, but beautiful! Probably a good place to shop for a present - you can buy here something original, something that people dont usually buy for themselves but want to own.

Great selection of blankets that I could actually feel and touch to see if it would be something that I would be happy sleeping with every night. This is a tactile experience that you can only get when shopping for an item and not just taking the easy approach, ordering it online and just hoping for the best.

Random assortment of household goods

Staff was very helpful, we were purchasing for a distant friend. All the staff asked for interests of the person and they picked some items that just seems to fit. Price wise it was a little more than we thought, but the individual really appreciated the items chosen.

Love this store - lots of kitchen gadgets in addition to pots and pans, etc. Plus, they always have things you dont expect: sports team themed products, walk hangings, etc. I guess thats the beyond part of their name, huh?! Lol Staff are always helpful, and they have a great return policy - pretty much just want you to be satisfied.

I love Crossroads Mall Bed Bath& Beyond location. It very convenient to have store like this under one roof of big mall. I always buying christmas home decor there. Good service.

The cashier/store assistant was a rude woman and looked at me and said if you wanted to use the coupon, it will get complicated!. I was like.. where is the customer service there??!! I had a coupon and a BBY member for a long time, and I want to use it! Yes, it might get a bit complicated, but it is doable and not rocket science! She didnt even try, and called someone else, and it was basically that she had to reverse the transactions, and put them back in! Its not THAT complicated. I bought over $100, and no customer service at all, and gave me lots of attitude! If I had to give a zero rating, I would! The prices of the merchandises are already pricey, and the reason why I go there is because I needed some stuff urgently! Stay away from BBY especially this store, and Amazon shopping experience is still the best!

Very helpful staff. Even if they didnt have what I was looking for they were more than ready to jump in and help. If they couldnt find it they jumped o the computer and ordered it.

This place is so jam-packed with stuff, its not a pleasant shipping experience. Went for sheets, all the good (not scratchy) ones are very expensive. Hard to find a deal. Not a lot of staff on the floor to answer questions or check prices. Pretty much a place to be avoided unless you actually have to touch the product, like sheets.

I always have missed experiences with Bed Bath and Beyond. They have almost any home goods that you can want and they put it all on display. However, its because of that then the store looks a little cluttered and tight in certain spaces. Otherwise, they should have what you want and if not then check their online store. Ample parking nearby.

This is a large bb&b but doesnt have the extended area with body care items like the one in tukwilla does. The service was okay, the lines were short but if you are wandering around the store there was only one or two associates out keeping busy so you have to go to the front for service

I purchased a king-size fiber bed from the as is section. I came home and measured it and found out it was actually a full and or queen-size. I returned it and told them that it was not the size advertised and that they should re-label it correctly. I was walking out and saw them put it back on the sale section. No one bothered to relabel or look at it or measure it. They knew full well that a future customer was not going to get what they paid for. I dont recommend coming here if dishonest people make up the work force.

Wow. Towels calore as well as bedware and beyond lift you to domestic bliss. If you dont have a bed you will want one after perusing through the different styles of linens and pillows and comforting comforters.
