I would like to thank Michael P. He did a money order fast and what took 20min at a different store in Washington, took him 5min. I helping a friend pay some bills and it was fantastic how he made a difficult thing simple. Also there was a lady who was less than organized and making a loud scene at the customer service counter for a return to the point she was making people waiting in line behind her leave from her antics. However, Michael helped resolve matters. I wanted to thank Michael for helping me after driving all day and how he took the time to fix an issue he was not responsible for, so great place for dynamic and helpful customer service.

Not the biggest fan of this Fred Meyer, but grateful it is there.Pros: employees are usually great, location, open bathroom and art supplies I cant find at the other Fred Meyers.Cons: layout is not the best and the bathrooms are usually a mess.Suggestion to the management: please have at least 2 people dedicated to cleaning the bathrooms and the store. This Fred Meyer has gained a reputation, as from reading other reviews, for having dirty bathrooms. I used to clean bathrooms myself, and it makes a big difference to everyone.

BUYER BEWARE! their Deli Salad is marked $6.99 lb but when they print the price sticker they are charging $7.99 lb. THEY DO NOT CHARGE THE CORRECT PRICE UNLESS YOU ASK THEM TO, if you dont notice it, you pay $7.99 lb. not the lower posted price of $6.99. They have been over charging unaware deli customers since I noticed it a few months ago. Instead of correcting the pricing I get excuses that its the way the system is programed so they just continue to over charge their customers, unless of course you notice and ask them to correct the price.

Usually it’s decent but lately their produce has looked horrible. There are flies swarming the onions (which are covered in black spots) and I just had multiple tomato’s get moldy literally the next day after buying from here. It hasn’t always been this bad so I’m not sure what’s up.

This is a huge Fred Meyer. I thought I had been to some large stores in the past. This place has a clothing department as big as an average size FM. The only down side to this place is walking everywhere. You will hit your step count goal here. I has able to find all the things I needed. Assistance from the helpful staff made it easy to navigate the large store.

This evening I picked up my friend, in her seventies, to take her grocery shopping. Ive been working since early morning, so this is the soonest I could take her.At 9PM in the evening, when most people are out of work and free to go grocery shopping, at this huge FM supercenter, they have only one person working a register, with a long line. We opted for the self checkout. Ive dealt with some ornery machines... But this one had an unresolvable issue with every item I brought to the scanner. There were only 2 bags left, and a line of 20 customers behind me with scowls on their faces looking at us like *we were the problem. We pressed the button asking for employee assistance as the scanner literally wouldnt scan any of the items--and yes, I know the groceries have to stay on the weight detector. No one came. We grabbed all the groceries and went to the end of the line with the sole cashier. We waited for at least twenty five minutes then were told that this line was closed and had to get in another one. The ice cream we had was completely melted. The container was sagging and soggy. The cold drinks were warm. I see a man in a wheelchair having to bag his own groceries. When we finally get done, the door we came in was locked. We had to go all the way around in the giant store. I finally left my friend and went to get the car, (she was starting to look ill) and have to double park to get close enough for her. I usually never shop here because the prices are so unconscionable, the ads and marketing are so cringeworthy and the service is irredeemable... . Glad my friend finally agrees with me.

We bought a bike. Nobody offered to assist us but the box was on the shelf so no biggie really. The cashier helped us with finding the coupon I knew about in the ad so we got a $170 bike for like $75. Happy kiddo!

Overall the buying experience is good. The store is organized and clean. They keep the area mostly free of Marketers and transients. The store had reasonable prices. Employees generally friendly.However, their customer service in the middle of the store is in much need of process improvement. Way too slow and cannot respond to a long line. They don’t call people in fast enough to support a lot of people waiting. Every time we need to return something we end up spending over 20 minutes in line. We often eat the cost and generally wished we had shopped elsewhere.

Very busy huge store. I do 90% of my grocery shopping here.The meat selection is pretty good and has a large section for veggies. Theres a huge go green vegan section, have not checked it out but its several isles worth.Ive not bought clothes here yet but there seems to be quite a selection and open clear area.

Convenient location, overall it’s a fair shopping experience. If you have coupons you have to have staff scan their badge to input them for you, which is annoying. The “call attendant” button feature in the self check-out lines doesn’t get you a fast response. I rarely get asked if I am finding everything alright by the staff, even though I know what I’m shopping for. All the interactions I’ve had with the staff have been positive.

Came to get a key 🔑 made. I asked an employee who had just came out of the store if they still made keys 🔑 here and were they made in the same general area I had been before but years prior. He said yes. I told him thank you as I knew he must be starting his break. He said it was alright. As myself and my Service Dog 🐕‍🦺 went to the keys machine, of course, no one was there. As I stood there thinking 🤔 now I get to go find someone, when all of a sudden, the employee who was going on break showed up and said that he knew that no one was back here. He said that his break could wait and he knew how to make the keys. But what I couldnt believe was what he said. Review of Order Pickup: It seems that regardless of what Freddies you go to in the Metro area, you’re going to have a poor experience. We’ve ordered pickup here a handful of times, and every time we have had problems. These range from the actual products picked to the waiting times. Some “highlights”: giving us cilantro as a substitute for parsley, 2 pieces of naan bread for 5 pieces of pita breads (thanks, my family of 4 were thrilled), getting broken eggs in two separate orders, being charged extra for a substitute salami at twice the price (when the substitution sheet clearly says the price will be matched), 20-minute waits after calling or using the app to check in, and never receiving texts to check over available substitutions. I’d say go elsewhere but, honestly, all area Freddie’s have lost me on the pick-up system. Can’t wait for the pandemic to be over so I can actually get what I need.

The pharmacy technician Rojin has a HORRIBLE customer service attitude. I went to pick up meds for my dad and was taken aback by her rudeness and tone. I had to help her add the pleases at one time. I am thankful that I do not have to deal with this on a regular basis. The pharmacist was so much better to deal with.

After placing a pickup order at 10 a.m. and scheduling a pick up at 4 p.m. My order was not ready. They asked after waiting for a have hour if I could return at 5 p.m. Upon returning at that time my order was still not ready. After calling the store manager they still didnt have my order ready. Fred Meyer is a great place to go for one stop shopping and has all the departments you may need for everything in your house. Produce and meat products are excellent as well as their bakery and deli. They also offer curbside pickup of your online orders which is quick and easy. Earning fuel points is a great thing which also helps with the household budget.

Better watch out! No social distancing, employees with no masks, narrow walk ways. Its a breading ground for virus. I went shopping last night for food and at least 30 people came way too close half were employees. No one was washing carts, no wiping of any kind even at registers.

Although State of Oregon is now requiring the wearing of masks inside all businesses, Fred Meyer/Kroger is not enforcing the policy because they dont want to lose their almighty dollar. I will never return to any of their stores. I was also disappointed in the overall condition of the Beaverton store. I was in there in years past and thought it was a great store, but no longer. There were only two cashiers checking people out even though there were long lines.

The pharmacy at Beaverton Town Square is awesome. The pharmacists (2 gentlemen) today were so helpful getting substitutes for prescriptions that were not covered by my insurance. They made calls for me, looked up alternatives, and were so patient. I highly recommend this pharmacy. The entire staff was helpful. Other pharmacies would make me pay or go elsewhere but they made things happen for me here. They’re great.

One of the bigger Fred Meyers in the area. Excellent selection and all the departments. If youre not familiar with Fred Meyer, be aware that not all locations are the same size, carry the same products, or even have the same departments so call the store in advance if youre looking for something very specific. Also, this Fred Meyer location is often confused with another one just down the street (they are both on SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy), so be aware there are two stores within a few miles of each other.

The staff was very helpful toward me the three times I have visited in the last two weeks. They helped me process two returns without a hitch. They assisted me in getting a fitting room in a timely fashion. The bathrooms and the water fountain were kept clean. I was at this location Saturday, 4/13/19 around 12:30/1pm. There was a man unpacking produce and he was extremely helpful to not just me but all the other customers I saw him interact with. I find your customer service absolutely horrible. You say you are doing what is right for the customer but you are falling far short of that goal. I bought 2 pair of jeans on May 2 and because of vivid I coukd not try them on the clerk said if the did not fit bringvthem back . I brought them back the next day still folded as I bought them and was told they can not refund me because of Covid. Just hold on to the receipt and I will get a refund when they start acceptingvthem. Well I called again today June 6th and was told that unless I bought them in the last 15 days I could not get a refunds this time. That makes no sense. As a company you have no reason not to accept a refund. Now I am still out 100 dollars that I just paid on my visa bill and still have no jeans . this is a bunch of bull . I talked to the beaverton store manager his name is Rob. I asked for the reasoning and he said I dont really know,but that is our policy. Not real sure where the customer service is here. He could not give me any answers and said he will get back to me possibly Monday . what a joke of a company they have really gone downhill in the last 3 years.

Great staff. Highly customer service oriented. Too bad they took out the ice machine however in the Deli. Thats disappointing. Great crew at the customer service counter but they never have enough help, quite often there is one person there, then they get into a complicated Western Union transaction and the bottom falls out and the line is twenty deep, while red vests wander around and shoot the breeze. How much does Kroger make on western union per transaction, its way too time consuming

I shop here at least three times a week. I like the selection and have never had any issues with the products. I often leave my son, who is 3 and a half in the play room with Ms. Sally or Ms. Brandi. Both of whom are very good with all the kiddos. Its a great thing to be able to just drop him in there and wander for a bit having a moment to myself. I go to other Fred Meyers in he area, but this is my favorite.

The service here is what really stands out. The employees from management down to entry level strive to make your visit a great one. You could ask someone stocking produce if a certain video game is available and they would do anything from pointing you to electronics to picking up a phone or radio to find out directly.Selection here is well above average and items are rarely out of stock. Produce and meats are fresh and of good quality. Also this location just recently finished a remodel which has dramatically expanded their Natural food section.Personally, I hear people tell me they dont shop here because its too expensive, yet whenever Ive compared it to their choice, Ive come out on top. Maybe people pre-judge or go solely by word of mouth and simply go to what theyre used to already. Im certain my family is in the poorest section of the local population and this is our choice for everyday shopping and grocery needs.If youve never tried Fred Meyer or its been awhile, just go once and see what you think. Id give them even more stars if I could!

This Beaverton Town Center Fred Meyer store is the best in our area.Tom, the terrific store manager and his 2 assistant managers create a customer friendly approach that radiates throughout this store; from Dusk the superb expert Wine & Beer Manager to Dave the superb Produce manager, whose well-trained crew keeps the produce fresh and the area sparkling, to Maggie & Kim at Customer Service, they all reflect the original Fred Meyers credo: keep repeat customers loyal and happy!As you enter this Fred Meyer Beaverton Town Square store, the produce section at the front looks so fresh and enticing that it beckons you in; you spend most of your time there dazzled by the sparkling array of seasonal fruits and vegetables; you have to buy at least two or three before you leave to do the rest of your shopping. @Susan Saxton: I find your review rather hard to swallow. I was also at Fred Meyer tonight, as was my neighbor, we also went to the garden center. I was also helped by Isaac. (Not the other person mentioned) I found him to be very helpful and polite. He was slammed with customers and going out of his way to help everyone.I have been shopping at this Fred Meyer for 9 years and have rarely experienced a lack of customer service. Even when there has been an issue, its not even close to the dramatic encounter you described. Have you considered that maybe the management is the issue?Seriously, calling out employees by name to get them in trouble because they were slow? Damn.Perhaps your majesty should go to Safeway. (Just not the one I go to please) Maybe they will roll out the red carpet and kiss your feet. The store itself is Ok with reasonable prices and a great variety of organic foods. However, I dont recommend using the pharmacy there. The stuff are nice but good luck getting your medicine on time even if you tried to get it via the auto system ahead of time.I moved the whole family to another pharmacy, such a hassle getting a simple refill.

Your sales on Tillamook ice cream ($3) and packages of Klondike bars ($2.50) was too good to pass up. Thats what brought us into your store. I think I spent over $50 on those items alone!I downgraded you because you didnt have sufficient staff to handle the holiday crowds. I couldnt find help on the floor. And the lines at checkout were too long. However, the gal who checked us out was the fastest, nicest, and most efficient worker wed ever experienced. I mean that literally. Always find what you need. They do very occasionally have clothing that is labeled wrong (tag said small after purchase and wearing, Ive realized Im wearing a large) I have had staff be rude to me, but they change so much it isnt a problem. Their jewelry department is nice, and attentive. Located by a Starbucks, if you like that, but with a Petes inside why bother going to another store. They have a full deli with seating. The roasted chickens are a quick delicious dinner option. Still do the can returns and plenty of parking.

At first I thought it was a fluke that the last three trips here they ran out of paper bags. Now two months with them running out of paper bags at the end of the day, I know that they simply don’t know how to order. I am the mother of Joe and is using my sons e-mail with a customer complaint. Two days ago my husband and I were at the check out stand at the Beaverton Fred Meyer with a request of purchasing a 50lb. bag of soil. My husband has a bad back and told him he is disabled and cannot lift it. The boy checking us out said he cant find it in the book of his skews and cant ring it up if we dont get it ourselves. Offered no help for us. So in turn my husband said you have just lost a sale. What has happened to customer service and sending out help for people who need it! I am not sure I will be shopping there again or recommending going there. Also this checker did not pack all of our groceries in the cart when we left. We did not come home with our eggs and honey we purchased.
