I bought a BMW 340i GT From Todd with the most loaded options in the USA back at January 2020. I decide to come back to write this review to admire this wonderful experience.Todd is a very quickly responded and patient guy. The whole experience is butter smooth with no pressure at all. The price negotiation was easy and reasonable.THE most impressive point of why this dealership stands out from others is their taste of cars. If you had a chance to take a look of their inventory, you will find out most of their cars are either fully loaded or with rare color combination. Which makes the cars it sells often gain high customer satisfaction due to the amazing build. They also got a YouTube channel to introduce the car in their inventory, so I can get to know the car I like before I even physically come in the shop.I highly recommended West Coast Auto Enthusiasts as the hidden gem in used car industry. If I ever car browser again, this place is going to be my first stop for sure.

Todd and staff at WCAE were exceptionally accommodating throughout the process of purchasing my dream car. I had been opportunistically looking to buy a rare-ish car when I was in Oregon visiting family and found a specimen at WCAE early in July. Over the next three weeks I visited with Todd several times, drove the car, Todd organized a PPI at a local dealership, and fixed several cosmetic details. Ultimately I purchased the car with the intention of having it delivered to a different state. Again, Todd handled everything and held the car for several weeks after I left. He called me during that time to inform me that he was fixing a potentially faulty sensor before shipping it out - I found this to be especially honest. He managed the shipment of the car and communicated with me regularly, clarifying any questions I had as I had them. The car actually arrived several days early, and the transfer was seamless - All the paperwork I needed was sent and received with clear instruction on licensing and registration. I had never done anything like this before and in retrospect it is clear that Todds aim was to see the process through end-to-end, to the extent I feel confident he will be responsive in a years time should I need further assistance. Buying a twelve year old car and shipping it across the country seems daunting: objectively I dont think WCAE could have made it any easier. Thank you, Todd et al.

Todd at West Coast Auto Enthusiasts was amazing. He is so honest and upfront. No pressure or hassles. The first car he sold had some issues after the first week. He paid for the repairs and was great.We are in the process of buying two more cars from him. He finds what you want and gives a fair price. Buying cars was never so easy. I told all our friends to use him.

Tood and Sydney were fantastic to work with. It was a very low pressure environment and Todd let me do extended test drives as well as letting me take the car to my mechanic prior to purchase without any issues. I would absolutely recommend working with them as they have a full show room with a large variety of used cars that look like they are in near new condition. Todd even helped out with some costs of a minor issue that came up after purchase. I will surely be looking at their inventory when my wife is ready for her next vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about dealing with WCAE. Todds description of my 1992 Dodge 4wd D250 Prospector was completely accurate. I flew in from Florida and drove it home. I have NEVER bought anything sight unseen before and was extremely tense about this purchase. It went off without a hitch. Todd and family have a room at our house if they ever visit Florida!!!

They just sold my Lightning pickup in about a months time. Everything went fine and I was treated fairly. They advertised the vehicle in several websites so it got great exposure. I am happy with the entire experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

My experience: Not bad not great either, but somewhere in the middle. Todd is polite on the phone but I think he needs to work on his email etiquette. Kristin (the general manager)was great to deal with and was extremely helpful. If it wasnt for her I dont think I wouldve purchased the car from them.Just be sure to get a FULL inspection if you are serious.Would I recommend them? probably, maybe.

The whole staff here was very friendly, flexible, and all around easy to work with. I drove up from Salem to check out a Land Cruiser and they stayed around late to let me see it. The Cruiser was in pristine condition and their inventory looked very nice overall! Definitely recommend looking here for your next car; I could not be more pleased.

We bought a vehicle from here a few weeks ago, they were friendly enough to work with, but wouldnt negotiate really on price. The real reason I am giving them 1 star is because they told me since we were from Washington State they would send us a check directly and we would go to our local licensing office to pay for the taxes, etc. They explained that if the check amount is off by .01 the licensing dept. wont accept it, so they send us the check. They want you to believe that they cover the cost of all of it. Turns out the check is short $149.75, which we are of course responsible to cover, according to them. I have bought many cars and I have never had this happen. Make sure that you negotiate the licensing and plates, etc. They will charge you a 150.00 document fee, which is basically for nothing and you will end up still paying extra for your licensing. Make sure you negotiate with them on this, as they will say it is part of the deal and thats how it works. Another sleazy car dealership that I will never deal with again.

Todd is a car guy first and foremost, no question. I have traded a few high end cars through him and he is always cool. Zero pressure. If you want something special he will either have it or he will find it.

Awesome Place!

Todd and his team were excellent. I came to him with a few vehicles we were considering. Todd identified my needs and brought us a vehicle that I hadnt looked at. The car he found was in amazing shape and fit our needs better than anything I had thought of. I consider my a car guy but Todds knowledge of the used vehicle market impressed me. He has vehicles at his shop but if youre looking for something specific he can find it you. Highly recommend West Coast.

We have purchased two cars from this place - an Audi Q7 and a BMW 750 LI. Both have had major issues within months of purchasing them. The Audi had a major water leak from the roof, which cost thousands. Todd was gracious enough to help pay for some of it, but it was still a couple thousand out-of-pocket for us. About a year later I purchased the BMW and within a couple Months it started blowing blue smoke and failed DEQ. I took it to my mechanic and he said he would have to disassemble the entire engine to fix it, which would cost more than the value of the car and I would be better off taking it to the dealer to see if they could give me anything for it. These cars on the lot look beautiful, but don’t really hold up very well. I’m giving a two star instead of a one star because of the help with the Audi.

Absolutely the greatest experience Ive ever had when purchasing my new BMW 335D. I decided to just walk in without calling and at first I was a bit nervous coming all the way down from Seattle but all those concerns went away the moment I walked through West Coast Auto Enthusiasts doors. The place just has an honest and home like vibe about it. Their showroom is impressive and everything seems to kept up in nice condition. They even have binders containing records for each car, at least the ones in my view anyway. Todd kristen, and Sydney are extremely great to work with and it was a very good pleasure in meeting with them. This is not your typical car dealership, its bounds and bounds more than that, and thats what most every other car dealership needs to learn from them. WCAE sets the bar. They know how to treat people and I hope I get to do business with this family operated, honest, and respectful establishment again in the future.

I was reluctant to sell my classic Porsche 928S4 but felt it should go to a new stewart who would truly appreciate owning and driving such a wonderful automobile. I was worried that it may be difficult to find a buyer because I wanted top dollar and the color was quite rare and not the typical - and popular - red, silver or black. Todd convinced me that he could find just the right buyer; someone with an appreciation of the rare color of Cassis Red and of the car itself. Todd also educated me about the value of it being in such original condition, advised me to find the original wheels and radio that came with the car and he helped me clean up areas on the car that I didnt even notice needed cleaning. I didnt even know that the whole set of shop manuals I had collected over the years had any value, but Todd Staver assured me they did.I explained to Todd what I thought the car was worth, he guarenteed me a minimum sale price and we signed the paperwork. Less than 60 days later Todd handed me a check for several thousand dollars more than what we had agreed upon - which was a very pleasant surprise because he had the contractual right to keep the extra profit generated in the sale.Todds an honest man. Todd is more concerned with long term relationships than quick sales and a fast buck. I look forward to buying vehicles from Todd in the future and having Todd also sell my vehicles, too!
