We had a great experience with Beaverton Hyundai, specially with our sales associate Joel and a team manager Travis. With Summit a online price, we got the online price within one hour and two other dealerships that we sent, one of the dealerships asked us to come in and to get the price which is that’s a very old school. So we ended up to lease a vehicle from Beaverton Hyundai. All the process was very smooth and respectful. I would definitely recommend Joel to any of my friends who are interested in Hyundai products. Again thank you so much Joel and Travis.

I arrived at Beaverton Hyundai for an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection on Friday, 10/22/21.I was not greeted immediately but a cashier finally noticed that I needed some help so she checked me in for my service.I was told my service would take from 1 hour to an hour and a half.My Service Advisor, Scott DeGraff came to the waiting room and told me my car was ready. You have a great service advisor in Scott. He was genuine and explained everything that went on with my service and suggested when I should return to have my brakes serviced and what the cost would be. Scott is a great communicator and he answered all of my questions with confidence. He has exceptional people skills so if youre looking for a knowledgeable Service Advisor at Beaverton Hyundai, ask for Scott DeGraff....thanks for all of your help Scott!!

I used to have nothing but wonderful things to say about Beaverton Hyundai but I feel like the service has been less than exemplary the past couple of times I have been there. They are no longer changing my oil sticker, you have to rotate your tires with an oil change now costing twice as much. I was told it would take an hour, I was there for 2 hours with no update the whole time I waited. The parking was non-existent and the service lanes were full. They were literally playing musical cars for about 15-20 minutes before I was even able to be assisted even though I had a set appointment.

I loved Hyundai Kearney Mesa in San Diego. I went there for my two Hyundais for over 10 years. Excellent repair service & customer service. The Hyundai in Beaverton is terrible. Rude people, awful customer service. Prices and repair are not trustworthy. Something not right about this dealership. The mechanic told us he couldnt remove a part because the screw or bolt was stuck. So in order to do the repair it was going to cost extra 100s to remove it on top of original repair. We took it to a different maintenance shop & they removed the part no problem & fixed the original issue. Then I had an issue with the steering column. When I called to get a quote they refused & said I had to pay $150 to get a quote. The guy was new so he put me on hold and a woman got on the phone told me I had a recall regarding the engine light. Then she said so you are having engine issues? She didnt even listen to what I needed. I told her I wanted a quote on a repair for my steering & she told me it would be at least $3000. I got a quote from the place that helped me after the last issue w Hyundai repair & the same repair was $600. This dealership is corrupt. Unless your Hyundai is under warranty I would NOT get any repairs done here. If this was my only experience w Hyundai I would never buy a Hyundai again.

Came here this afternoon on 8/29 to check out the Tucson and hopefully have someone to walk us through what made the car stand out. As soon as we arrived, some younger guy with a black mask comes out and looks at us as if we were bothering him. No hello or how can I help you?. We played along and he said, go look at the red one in the showroom. Not a great start but clearly could not be bothered. We started looking around and a nice guy with an arm in a sling asked if he had been helped and we pointed to the first guy who reluctantly came over and he immediately could not be bothered. I asked him about the trim levels and he just rattled off a list of features without context and ends with ..and yeah, I dont know. So I ask him, wait - you dont know? which is followed by a well, I just told you. At this point, I was wondering if this is how they conduct their sales and if this is their idea of customer service. I talked to an Asian salesman and told him my experience with the other guy and hes somewhat more helpful but when asked to help me identify the first guy, he was defensive and acted like he did not know who else was working that day. The whole experience was really off-putting and overall poor service from everyone. Surprised they get any sales if this is how they operate.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place and then team here! Travis, Mladen, and Robert were incredible, and did everything they could to help me walk out with my dream car. They fight for their customers and truly provide 10/10 service. I almost bought from Vancouver Hyundai, and the drive over into Portland was more then worth it, to have the experience I did. I will never refer friends to any other Hyundai, other then Beaverton. Thank you gentlemen, for everything!

Beaverton Hyundai treats everyone like family. We were treated so very well. Our sales person Hamid Jafarian did an exceptional job and made sure we were well taken care of. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made my experience one ill never forget. Simply amazing. The sales Manager was so nice, very honest and i appreciate that so very much. The finance guy was absolutely amazing. He was very honest, and has an excellent way with people. So easy going and made us feel right at home. This is for service department, I never had this much bad experience. They kept my car for 3 months and I start a claim. They keep telling me they are waiting approval from main Hyundai then I talked with Hyundai they said they get my claim. The guy name Andrew he charged me $900 for parking my car there and they didn’t check my car and charged me $150 for diagnosed and they didn’t even move my car where I dropped it. These guys are for ripping you up. It’s all trapped and lied every time you go there. Before you dropped your car pls make sure everything is clear, otherwise they charged you later. 😡😡

Im frustrated I have to write a review for a car I didnt event purchase, but I hope this helps people decide if they buy used with Beaverton Hyundai.This was my first experience attempting to buy used from a dealership, Ive bought from private sellers in the past. While initially kind and helpful in letting me test drive the car two separate days before I made a decision, when I said I was interested in moving forward they proceeded to give me the typical run around for an hour while they checked my credit. Clearly, credit checks dont take an hour and my family and I were waiting in their new cars sale room watching the new car sales clients receive the utmost care and free refreshments from sales people. Clearly there is a difference between the haves and have nots. Finally, after running the credit check and asking how many years we would want to finance with a contract offer, we politely submitted a generous counter cash offer and were told by the sales person that its is my job to listen to counter offers even if I cant change the price of the vehicle. Basically that translates to the listed price is non-negotiable. We asked that he at least take it to his manager and he proceeded to walk back to the manager office for 30 seconds then turn around and tell us no once again and asked that we dont blow up at him. Im not sure if dealerships no longer negotiate with customers but this was a used vehicle with almost 100k miles that was marked up with dealership prices. Its hybrid battery was at the end of warranty and would have cost 3600 to fix in the event I needed to replace it. There was no way I was paying their listed price compared with competitive pricing sites like Kelly blue book. We walked and I have no regrets. Terrible service.

I want to say a big thank you to Katelyn and whoever else there that helped my mom on her 17 hour drive. My mom had recently had her breaks changed (at a different place) and the guy forgot to tighten her lugnuts! My mom had drove from so cal to Oregon and she just wanted to make sure she was safe to keep going not knowing what the sound was she was hearing. I dropped my Mazda off to get the transmission fix. They called 2 days later and said there was nothing wrong with it, so I asked them to do a transmission flush and what is the cost, they said it was under warranty. Went to go pick up my car and had to pay $350.00 for a transmission flush! Mom of 3 kids and no loaner vehicle and then I had to pay to get my car back after they told me it was covered in the warrenty! I dropped it off on Tuesday and didnt get it back till Saturday morning! My kids missed school and soccer practice! I feel they didnt go out of there way to help me at all and take money from us! Rip off and I will never go back or refur them to anyone!

The only reason they are getting two stars is because we love the car. The buying experience was literally the worst buying experience we have ever had....ever!We drove two hours to the dealership with a pre-approved loan from our credit union at 3.2% to buy my wife a new car. This was made very clear once we decided to buy the car. My wife filled the initial paperwork and the finance officer disappeared into the back to start the process.After what seemed like forever he reappeared with a stack of papers for her to sign regarding finance options. In reviewing the papers we noticed the loan was not through our credit union. When asked about it we were told that our credit union was a private loan agency, not in the system, and they could not get financing through them.....but they secured financing through On Point and although the interest rate was 2.7% higher, they were able to lengthen the term of the loan to meet our payment parameters....about $40 higher than our stated limit. They told us this after our loan office at the credit union closed and we couldnt find out if what they were saying was true.At this point we were faced with a choice, take their option or get back in our trade in, drive the two hours back home and consider that entire afternoon a colossal waste of time and resources. After a discussion, my wife opts to take their offer. She fills out the papers, gets handed her keys, and after nearly 4 hours, we drive home in her new car.Nine days later at 5:30 P.M. on a Friday of a three day federal holiday weekend, their finance officer calls me and says they were not able to secure financing through On Point but could do it through Hyundai finance at 7.2%. We protested and said we would like to see about our credit union. They said fine but they had to have our answer by close of business on Monday so we could button this up by Tuesday morning....knowing it was too late for us to do anything until Tuesday..After some discussion, we decide to take their option and just refi through our CU later...after having the car for nine days my wife REALLY loved her new car. We called back and told them we would take the option in protest, the knocked some off their mark-up for our trouble, and told us to drive back up on Tuesday to sign the new paperwork. We told them no, this is their issue, they need to bring the paperwork to us. They complied and sent a hearing impared representative to our house with packet, communication was not easy, and we filled it out.We then contacted our credit union. They said they are in the loan system, they finance cars all the time. They logged into the system and verified that our previously approved loan was there with a loan number etc....they said Breaverton Hyundai was either incompetent or lying to us. Once the title was secured by Hyundai finance, we refinanced trough our credit union. Because of all the credit hits from them seeking financing through other creditors without our permission and because we were refinancing, our rate ended up at 4.5.....but way better than 7.2.In short, they allowed a brand new car drive off without financing secured and after nine days, coerced us into a loan at over twice the rate we could have got from the beginning. We love our 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid.........we wouldnt buy a frisbee from Beaverton Hyundai.

I wouldnt recommend this dealer... They started to mark up their vehicles by $4k just because they can.. chip shortage is not causing sale prices to increase that much. On top of that if you have a trade in dont expect to get much out of it. Tried to trade in a 2021 vehicle and they offer $6k less than KBB value.

I made an appointment for a recall on my Hyundai Veloster. When I arrived they had my paperwork ready and with just a quick signature and key hand off I was safely out the door. I got a follow up text and a call later to pick it up. When I got back to the service center I waited a few minutes for them to pull my car out and a quick payment for a oil change and signing the recall paperwork I was safely on my way.Over all it was a safe and professional experience.Michael Curran

Hmm....I had been a faithful Beaverton Hyundai customer having purchased 4 vehicles in past 10 years. So why the bad rating? Well, my 2020 Kona EV stopped operating and the reponse from BH was extraordinarily apathetic:-When my car was on the tow truck they said they couldnt except the car because of lack of technician and recommended I call around to find another shop. No offer to assist.-When I delivered the car to the deealership when 3 other dealers said it would be at least a month before an opening tried to work with BH on mutually beneficial options: 1.) Loaner car...No can do 2.) Take car as trade-in for a purchase of a different Hyundai.....No we cant because of 3 existing recalls (I knew of 1!)but will make some calls and give you an update about that. 10 days later. No calls.-Contacted Hyundai customer care services to discuss lease termination and was met with the same level of apathy. After speaking with 3 different reps and having each one turfing my call to a different area I was finally connected with lease termination and was placed On hold ......and then after waiting an hour my call was terminated. This was a customer avoidance manuever!-Filed written complaint and received a notice that I would be contacted within 10 business days. Got call day 11; two days after I found a VW dealer who was willing to take my disabled car in trade for a new car purchase and they would pick up my disabled car afterwords!!!!! This was excellent can do customer service!!!!!!!If Hyundai would have done this up front I would not be saying this-I will never purchase a Hyundai vehicle again and would hope this serves as a word of caution to others considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Hyundai, in this instance, demonstrated we dont care customer service at every level!

My vehicle has been at this dealerships service for over 55 days. Not only do they NEVER give me a call to provide a status update, they also continue to avoid any form of responsibility. The lead mech who is in charge of my vehicle, Andrew, was doing a great job at first. However, after the month mark, I learned that he was just pushing chess pieces across, just to stall time. I was able to eventually reach out to his manager Paul and he made things sound promising. I asked him if I could please get a status update that following Friday (would have been 8/13[call was on 8/9]). Received nothing from the company, fourth time in a row.This business is a joke.I will soon be seeking legal action at this time as they have not once provided me with a rental vehicle (The warranty company gave me 7 days but that was after I send my initial upset email) and 2 months of Ubers/taxis/bus tickets- doesnt even include what theyre about to charge me.RIDICULOUS! I came here looking to buy a car and I left utterly confused. We walked into a nearly empty showroom and a salesman walked directly passed us. When I made it clear I was looking for help, he turned around and “greeted” us by immediately asking me if I wanted used or new. I said I was in the market for either and he right away told me to go across the street to look at the used cars. Essentially, he wanted nothing to do with us. We walked to the used car section and spoke very briefly to another salesman who advised us to walk around the lot and look up the prices ourselves online. Although not overly helpful, he was at least more polite than the first person we spoke with. I’ve always assumed that car salesmen are almost too eager to help you, but that was certainly not the case today. You’d swear they didn’t want to sell us a car at all. I typically don’t even write reviews for businesses; however, this experience seemed worthy of sharing.

From my initial contact to driving away in a new car, the process was easy and comfortable. I test drove several cars and someone was always available to answer my questions. Keegan was professional and fielded multiple texts from me even though he wasnt my salesperson. Joel was patient with my indecision about color. Travis was patient with my lease questions. Poor Experience. We went in with a recommendation for a veloster n from costco while they did notify us that they had no Veloster Ns and asked about what other cars we wanted. So we made an appointment and showed up early. Test drove the car we wanted and was told that the Car was 40k while msrp was 32k. (same vehicle on the SEIU auto program was 35k ) So i told them the numbers dont add up Nor did they ever show us the Costco Pricing.) There was a line on the window sticker that the dealer added 6k in added features... ( they didnt add anything to it) They just want to pad their wallets more. They undervalued my trade in. And I was even told that you cant get any hybrids anywhere for MSRP. Went to a different dealership and got the car i wanted for MSRP. And you can even get a Ford Maveric for msrp and the base is a hybrid. While they were pleasent to talk to they are not pleasent to work with.

Service department sucks- I talked to a guy on the phone two weeks ago and scheduled an apt for today at this location, showed up today and was told there was no appointment for me and that they couldn’t get me in for another month. Very smooth process, Dan was very friendly, thorough and not pushy in the slightest! I recently purchased a used vehicle at this dealership. Im very happy with the truck but the experience was, sigh, disappointing. I was initially hopeful I would escape the gauntlet of hard sales pitches, bait and switch techniques, etc. but alas, I did not make it out unscathed. After catching a higher interest rate than what I was quoted on the financing, I discovered (after signing) a $400 theft insurance policy they added which I would never had agreed to if it had been explained to me. They (of course), claim, they did, but I disagree. After calling them they refused to remove it. These guys arent the worst (a low bar for car dealerships), but Ill never buy from them again...

Ive been taking my car to the service center since purchasing it almost 7 years ago. Ive mostly had a positive experience. This last visit, however, was pretty shameful. I asked them to change my oil, rotate my tires, and replace a turn signal bulb. They changed the oil, didnt rotate my tires, and didnt even look at the bulb. The worst part was that they then lied to me about the bulb, saying the guy checked it and it was working fine. It would have only taken turning the signal on to notice it clearly wasnt functioning properly; its very dim and blinking rapidly. The lying is what bothers me the most. If you forgot to look or didnt have time or whatever, fine. They didnt do 2/3 of what I asked, and then tried to talk me into doing $1K of other stuff. I dont know if theyre under financial pressure because of the pandemic or what, but Im rethinking any future business with them.

We tried to buy a car 2 years ago from them. They jacked up the price just because the car was popular. We ended up buying for far, far less from a dealer in California and even with shipping up here, it was still far less than these folks. Then just today, we had purchased a car from our local Salem dealership, they had called Beaverton Hyundai to reserve the car (they had the one with the color/options we wanted) and just to screw us, they sold the car out from under us even after we had signed everything, gotten insurance under that VIN and everything. To top it off, when we tried to buy the other car in person two years ago, the manager spouted racial and political stuff and we were totally offended. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Went with cash in hand 2 times to purchase a vehicle. 1st attempt wasnt terrible young man was relatively helpful in showing car but had no interest in showing any cars. 2nd time I went few days later went with having made offer on car and going to test drive and purchase. Gentleman I had made apt with wasnt there and salesman who was there was beyond awful, unhelpful and clearly was not interested in selling me a used car as he usually works on the new car lot. Very unfortunate for them. Lost my business not only today but also in the future. I own a very well run business always in search of same vehicles for fleet.

Great place! Honest and professional. We drove over 2 hours to go to a different dealership only to be told they didnt have the car we wanted. We stopped into BH just to stroll through their used cars before our drive back. We were not interested in seeing another salesperson at this point and we were ready to get bombarded as soon as we stepped out of the vehicle and we were prepared to let them know we didnt want any help. But it was completely different than what we were expecting. The salesperson (Ahmed) came out and greeted us very professionally (not aggressively) let us look around and we didnt have the feeling of we were being stalked. It gave us the freedom to check out their inventory, which everything had all the info including prices. We decided to do a test drive since we felt so comfortable. When your engine goes out its never a fun experience. Especially when youre a little over 12,000 miles past the warranty coverage. I went into this situation thinking the worst and did not have much hope for my 2011 Hyundai sonata. But I had the best experience working with Stephen Kim! He went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed in a timely manner, but also had great customer service. He was just a general pleasure to work with. He was even able to help me see about it getting covered under warranty even with it being past the miles. I was seriously impressed by him and he will forever be my go-to guy for anything I need done with my car! I had the worst experience here. BUYER BEWARE. My wife and I are currently in the market for an Elantra or Sonata, so we decided to come in to this dealership and look at their options. We were planning on purchasing a new car, but the customer service was atrocious. We came in and were greeted right away, and told Bryan what we were in the market for. We test drove two cars. An Elantra and a Sonata. After this, we decided to look at other options as the Elantra and Sonata didnt meet our expectations for what we desired in a car. We found a car that we fell in-love with but the sales rep, Bryan said, Youve already driven two and Ive shown you six, do you even plan on buying? While this comment was a bit rude, we told him that yes, we were interested in buying a car. It made sense; we did test-drive and look at various cars, but none of them had the features we needed for our family. He led us inside to talk numbers even though he declined to show us more. He really pushed us to talk about monthly payment when we were more interested in the price. My wife and I were extremely confused at this point since we were talking numbers on a car that we havent decided on yet. Then, Bryan proceeded to talk-loudly (one reminiscent of an outside tone) and say Fine! Can you afford a $800 payment for 32 months? to which we said Yes if we were able to meet on a specific price. After this, he brought us a Purchase Agreement that listed $800 for 32 months ON A CAR THAT WE HAVENT CHOSEN YET. We were wildly confused and asked him what car it was, to which he told us it was a Red Limited Sonata, the most expensive vehicle we looked at. Baffled, we told him no and finally agreed to what car we were looking for, and to drop the statement of $800 for 32 months since we didnt have a purchase price of the car confirmed nor in writing. He went into his office to lookup to see availability of the car we wanted. After about 15 minutes, we started to wonder if he was ever going to come back. We searched for him and went into his office only to find him with his feet on the table with food in his hand. Extremely annoyed, we instantly left. As we were leaving, Bryan and (presumed) manager came out and said You came all this way to waste Bryans time? We just drove off and didnt say a word to them. From boasting about best customer service and price in Oregon upon arrival to leaving us feel bullied and abused for not buying a car on their terms seems like the opposite of best. I will not ever buy a car from this dealership again, and I hope our story will help others in the market make the best decision for their car.

The add says certified stress free and its true! I spent a couple days test driving several contenders with no luck. I just happen to drive by Beaverton and had seen adds on TV, so thought I would check it out. My sales person was Miguel, who was extremely helpful and patient, and led me right to the car that was perfect for me. Of course its all about the color! I was able to take the car on a overnight test drive so my husband could check it out and he loved it too. We got a fair amount for our trade in, and financing worked with me to get my car payment where I wanted. Over all the experience was one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had and I would highly recommend it. As far as their service department, well Ill have to get back to you on that, wont need anything for at least 6000 miles.

I have brought my vehicles here for servicing for the last 13 years and have always been pleased with the quality of their service, their prices, their timeliness, and their professionalism. But today they went over the top. My cell phone got lodged in the gap between the passenger seat and the console and I could not retrieve it so I brought my vehicle to the dealership. Although they were very busy, three employees left their desks and came out to my car to search for my phone. After much effort, one employee handed me my phone, with scratches all over her arm from reaching under the seat. They would not take payment. Professionalism such as this is rare these days. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had 90,000 service done. It took less time than thought it would. I stayed in the waiting room and felt safe as only a few people were there. They completed all the service and told me about some items I need to have looked at in the future. The car was returned as clean as when I brought it in. The only issue is that I made my appointment on line and it offered transportation. Luckily I called the day before to confirm and was told that because of Covid19 that was no longer offered. Makes sense, but I had to plan on staying the 2 hours instead of getting a ride home. So, I brought a book and a coffee to keep myself occupied during the service. Everyone was friendly and it was a great experience. As a senior I always appreciate the way they treat me.
