I am very pleased with the service that I received from the employees at this business.They were professional, very helpful, courteous, and even made a phone call to a local auto parts dealer to line up a sale for a side post wrench for my battery.Most businesses in America do not offer this type of service anymore.Mostly corporations and those owned by foreigners.There was a time when workers would check your oil, wash your windows, but today, even in Oregon where there is mandatory fuel attendants, they still dont offer to wash your windows, or serve you in any way.

New battery and when the car didn’t start up they knew what exactly it needed, they couldn’t get a starter in time before a big trip ahead of me. After researching and finding a starter at a local Napa they where willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was all set to go. Just want to share my experience with Battery Exchange. I had my truck towed to their shop. Brian greeted me and told he would be right with me once he finishes with a customer. He diagnosed the problem and concluded I need a new starter. He said it would be ready that afternoon. Although he admitted that it was a busy day with other customers, he was willing to stay after closing for an extra half hour to complete the repairs. My car wouldnt start today. So I jumped it and got it to start and went to battery exchange. I watched as the technician tested my battery, which showed it was good. He then tested the starter and it was not working. He offered me a good deal on replacing the starter. Now my car works great. I wasnt pressured to buy anything that I didnt need. This place offers such a great service. It is literally under 5 minutes from the time you pull in to the time you pull out with a fresh battery. I cannot recommend this place enough. Dont waste your time installing a battery yourself or going to any other shop. It takes Starbucks longer to make you a coffee than it does these guys to change your battery.

I was stuck and alone with my son in tow and on a SERIOUS budget. Pat tested my alternator for FREE, found my battery needed replacing, had it in stock and installed immediately; better quality than the factory piece that came with my rig for $130! It came with 18months free replacement and 72 month warranty. Basically, in less than 10 minutes, these folks solved my most worrisome dilemma, and I left there feeling, well, actually HAPPY and safe.

A good place to get your batteries, they replace the battery for you and give you discount for your old battery. They replaced the battery of my working cargo van about 7 years ago and the battery still works. They are available to answer your questions by phone. The two employees werent wearing a mask and didnt keep the social distancing. They walk up to your window and start talking to you. Not very friendly. Our battery died after 1 year after they installed it. They said it was still under the 6 year warranty, but they had to charge us $40 for a new battery.

No nonsense place where they tell you all the prices up front and don’t try to trick you with anything. Always a quick in and out. Really warm in the waiting area too which is always welcome in the winter.

Friendly staff and quick service when I had an alternator/battery replacement. But the part they used failed after 3 years leaving the car stranded.They were the quickest and cheapest around, but beware that the reman alternators they source from OReilys is not the best quality. My co-worker had the same experience with this location but his alternator failed after only 1 year.

Went there today to figure out why my truck wouldnt start and the guy working was very helpful. He knew right away it wasnt an electrical issue but still gave me a couple minutes of his time to explain what it might be and where to go next. Not sure how theres so many 5 star reviews. I pull up and guy is looking at my car. Doesnt greet me or anything so I leave. Come back nobody is outside. Older gentlemen is sitting inside so I have to get out of my car to go inside. Guy puts some machine on my car for 10 seconds and says, Yep you need a battery. I said, What determines that? He says, I said you need a new battery guy.Im desperate at this time so agree to the dismal service.Only reason why Im giving 2 stars is because nobody was here and it got done fast. Still bad attitude and the guy was cussing to himself as he was trading my battery. Bad vibes and highly doubt the 5 star ratings listed. No way.

My wife began having problems with her Jeep starting in the mornings. I verified that the alternator was working, so next suspect is the battery. It was a battery xchange 72 month battery, just over 3 yrs old. These guys tested it, said it was bad, and charged us another $105 to replace it. They go by the case stamping not the marks on the tag (so learn to read their date codes...), and we lost 3 months of the prorated price. My wifes truck wouldnt start 2 days later, so it wasnt the battery after all. Id like my old battery and $105 back, so I can fix the actual problem.

While looking up the price & availability of a new alternator & battery, the other tech (Mark?) found I had only a loose alternator belt that needed tightening. So instead of spending $300, I only had to spend $30 for a new alternator belt due to their thorough check! Thanks a ton, Pat & Mark.

My 2004 Suburban battery would work if I drove the car every day. If I skipped a few days the battery would die//not start. I could jump it and after driving awhile the battery seemed ok, and would start the next day, but again failed days later without use. I dropped into an AutoZone and they tested it with their electronic tester and said the battery was ok but it was probably a starter/charging issue. They were very nice but it didnt fit the symptoms I was seeing. I stopped by Battery Exchange and they heard my symptoms and reached for a screwdriver and a specific gravity tester. I hadnt seen one of these since going to the garage with my Dad back in the 70s. In about 1 min they found at least 1 bad cell and diagnosed it to a bad battery. Got a new battery for a good price and 7 year warranty. The car had also been rough idiling and that seems resolved with the new battery as well. Great Job Guys.

My boyfriend took his car in to see what was going on with his charging system. They failed to check the alternator and instead they sold him a battery that he probably didn’t need. This resulted in the both of us breaking down on the side of the highway and having to get towed to a mechanic. Not to mention we have to go to the airport early tomorrow morning and need the car to get there.

DO NOT GO HEREI came here and got my battery replaced, unfortunate for me, I needed a new alternator NOT a new battery ... I broke down on the side of the road because these guys didnt care to check my alternator like they should have and instead took my money because that is all they were concerned about

Went in the today thinking I needed a new alternator, turns out it was my water pump. Pat did not charge me anything when I feel he could have. Wish I could have gave them my business. I will go there for sure next time I need a battery.
