Called to ask about my phone screen because I recently got the phone and It fell about 12 inches with an otterbox and a screen protector on it and the screen cracked. When I spoke to a man here I said, I have the otterbox on it and the screen protector thats supposed to keep the screen from cracking. To which he replied, Well just because you have car insurance doesnt mean you wont get into an accident. Seemed like an unnecessary comment. Im not incompetent. I fully understand its not inevitable to crack a screen. It just broke so easily. He wasnt very nice to me. I dont remember his name. But someone should know. That wasnt the only comment he made that was relatively passive aggressive. I also tried to ask if I had a 3rd party fix it would it void any warranty on the phone. He didnt understand at first what I was asking and laughed at me. To which I had to give an example of what I was asking and he told me the answer I needed. Still, laughing at a customer is uncalled for.

I do not wish to be harassed with advertisements while at other retail establishments. I had a piece of paper stuck in my door handle while I was at Home Depot. This is so wasteful and will do nothing but put lots of paper into the environment.

Cant text for the whole month and no 1 from T-Mobile will help. They dont know what the issue is so just told me theyre sorry. My phone is still Sprint even though theyve combined. Definitely go with a different phone company. Have been a customer for about 5 years. Awful

The associate who helped us out was great, but didnt feel entirely comfortable because most employees werent wearing their masks correctly. Cant do that when its such a confined space.

Carl was very patient and helpful, set up three new phones and assessed my plan to see that I have been OVERPAYING for way too long. I wish Sprint would have let me know that other plans might suit me better than the one I had. Thanks, Carl! Helpful and efficient, its going to take some time in the store to work out three phones and he made it painless.

Lamar and his coworker worked together yeasterday the experience was great. The whole team here is kind. They are knowledgable about the phones in the store. My favorite part of my experience is they way they worked together. That showed me that they was there for me and that is important to me.

Went to 4 Sprint stores before this all around Pittsburgh and Beaver County area, no one was able to help and provide help to activate my phone.Within 5 minutes Lamar from the Beaverfalls location was able to activate my phone and find the reason as to why the phone was not working as no other location wanted to provide help as they did not even seem to want to help the issue.Went to Monaca mall previously to going to Beaverfalls and the Monaca mall store charged me $33 for a SIM card... No other store does this and this is ridiculous...Thank you Lamar for the help and I appreciate your help plenty! Much recommended, don’t waste your time going in to any other place.This place is top rated for a reason!

I was at this store for about an hour and a half to see about leasing a new phone. The customer service people the staff at this store had spoken to seemed to tell me that I was unable to lease and had to buy the phone outright due to how I initiated my original account. The store manager was present at the time and was absolutely not having it. Not only that but they only lease phones. They don’t sell them outright period. Jamel, Jesse, and another young man whom I didn’t catch the name of were absolutely magnificent. My experience at this store was unbelievably comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this store to all sprint users if at all possible. In the end I walked away with a brand new iPhone 8 plus. Thank you gentlemen I absolutely love the phone since switching from my Samsung. You u guys are amazing! Keep up the awesome work!

Due to last reviews I was a bit apprehensive to go to this store, however I did and was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and the guys were quick to help my phone issues and eager to learn how else they may assist me... I asked why such bad reviews and they said it was based on previous staff unfortunately. So please know that before not going here

There couldnt possibly be a better staff there. I had a ton of questions and the two people that helped me out were Troy and Jesse they couldnt have been more professional. They answered ever question I had and led me in the right direction and saved me tons of money I couldnt be more pleased. My experience there was definitely the best of any providers store Ive ever been too! Definitely asking for one of those two employees again to help me out next time I have to go there! Thank you! Renee was very rude to me and my daughter. She wouldnt come out from behind the counter to answer our questions. Just yelled out from the counter. The first phone we asked about she said was junk and said she wont sell it. The second one she yelled we dont even sell that one. All this mind you while she was behind the counter. We had questions. I have 5 lines with this company and we had just purchased 2 iphones 2 days prior at the Cranberry store. I do rerecommend that store by the way, very helpful. We did end up going back out to Cranberry and got her phone. STAY AWAY FROM THE CHIPPEWA STORE. There is a reason its always empty in there.

Last month i contacted the store about a screen protector, i was told they have them for my phone in stock so i went to buy one. When i got there they said they dont have them for my phone, and i would have to go to an actual sprint store. Inconvenient, but it is what it is. However, since then they have contacted me 5 times, the 4th time i answered at work and told them to remove me from their calling list. I was just contacted again tonight at 7:45. I think this company needs to monitor how many times and at what time of night they are calling people.

They did not care to help me at all. Did not even want to try. Sad part was after we looked into my first issue I was gonna look at getting some new equipment maybe even adding another line. Now I can’t see myself ever stepping in that store again

This store is a JOKE! the employees have no idea how to do their job. I ported my number over from Verizon and the girl that helped me said they would just automatically send verizon money to pay off my account I knew that was not true so I asked like 5 times are you sure I dont have to bring my bill in? She would say no.. then they tried telling me that bc my bill was 2 days late they werent going to give me any money for my Verizon pay off. The store manager Christopher Hartman was supposed to get back to me on it, being in our last email I said please keep me posted either way, and its been over a month I have yet to hear from him. After talking to many customers service reps and finally getting to corporate they refunded my money to me for verizon.. I also suggested that this store needs shut down or new people running it!!! Ive even called the corporate store in youngstown ohio and explained to them what this store has done and they said they cant believe their still in business. My best advice for anyone, is if your needing anything important done, DO NOT go to this store. Go to a corporate store, drive the extra way! Its worth it in the end. If you wanna purchase a charger or case or something go here. Or even if you just want to pay your bill, bUT even then theyd probably find a way to mess that up too!A girl at my work is having a similar issue. Only shes threatening to get her attorney involved. This place doesnt even deserve one star but unfortunately I had to click on one enable to leave a review. I find it quite funny that the only person who left the store a 5 star review is the actual store manager! 😂😂I think theres a bit too much of FRAUD going on in this place!!! Oh and they never even had my phone in the system as a buy back or trade in whatever they call it! The only reason corporate gave me the money was bc i said i was gonna open up a lawsuit for fraud, and my grandma who has been with them for 11 years who referred me, was gonna leave... wonder if they specifically didnt have my phone in the system bc they were gonna keep it nd sell it themselves. Like I said this store is a JOKE!!!
