They were incredibly helpful and had our new phone on in minutes. We tried the boost mobile in ellwood city, pa originally. They had us waiting for over a week to get a new phone turned on correctly. We decided to go to this one in Beaver falls, pa. I would recommend to always come to this store instead!

This was the 4th Boost store I have been to in 3 months )I only had phone for three months) and there is constant ads popping up. If my phone rings I cant even close out all the ads before the person the person leaves a VM or hangs up. I am going to try one more place, if they cant fix it or give me another phone I will cancel our immediate family plan and then I will get every other family and friends to change. There is no way I can work with this. Plus approximately 40% of my text Re not receive when sent and other people are saying they texted me and I never got it.

I was told I had unlimited service, but I had to keep using hotspots. The same old problem I had before, my vide li s would freeze!

Should have never left boost, im going back best service ive ever had.

Service is reasonable

Store hours say closes at 6PM. Its 4:17 there is a long line they say they been waiting for over an hour. This is day 2 now that I cant get service at this store! Guess I will buy a phone with someone else.
