Beware of this place! They are literally allowing this place to be broken into. Just had someone who rented a unit there tell me their storage unit was broken into and all their belongings are gone. How can someone steal from a college student who stored their items there until school started back up again. Such a disgrace that this facility allowed this to happen. Like do you all have security cameras that you can review or do you all just turn a blind eye to people who pay to have their items stored they and when they come to collect they have nothing left in their unit. Beware because you have been warned!!!

Getting a storage unit was fast and easy! Gabriel (manager) was very helpful and understanding. He was nothing but professional and had a smile on his face the whole time. Prices are very reasonable and they have great deals!

Poor security my unit was rob and know one new doors dont lock. I lost everything trusting in this place.and no camers in the back the metal wire a bad idea people climb on the top to see what you have never put alot off trust in storage build they dont care about your stuff also invest deer cameras and tracking gps incase someone remove your stuff.

Nice place to hold your stuff. With many storage rooms, this place is well designed. And if you need to come get your stuff, ya come at a certain time, enter the code, and get it. Very convenient, should keep in mind when I move.

I attempted to rent at this Storage space before the Hurricane Laura evacuation. I was not able to complete my rental transaction. Upon return I was unable to resolve the rental contract issues when I visited the local site with the Manager Gabriel or with the regional representative that I phoned. I asked that my concerns be forward to the District Manager. The District manager Anthony responded by phone and was very pleasant to talk to and listened to my circumstances. I was very happy with the resolution and recommended that local managers do a better job at resolving customer issues. I would recommend this business, despite the rocky start.

Ms. Natalia and J are AWESOME!!! They were very polite, courteous, and magnanimous. Their diligent approach to their job and customers is unbelievable. They really know how to make you feel comfortable, something that was lacking at the storage previously.

I know they have new owners but they still use the same insurance we lost evetything in tropical storm imelda and. Thdy did nothing but gave us the run around it flooded 3 foot in almost ever unit aftet a year insurance company said not responsible for natral causes and they refuse to pay the 2500.00 even though it was worth lots more....... Buyer beware never use this storage place they dont care if your stuff gets flooded......

Good price, slow to respond to flooding last year. My climate controlled space was open to the elements for months afterwards.

I reserved a Uhaul truck online. But when I got to the facility, there was nothing available. Its not necessarily the Storage places malfunction, but nonetheless, I wasnt pleased.

Mr. Warehouse has Great management and low prices.Edit: may 2018- if youre reading my review this place is no longer a five-star location. I would estimate around 3 star. That is due to the new management. When it was Mr Warehouse every morning his staff wood cleanup the grounds and drives of the warehouse space. When the new management took over they fired everyone who did that and left it however people left it. As a result businesses that are being kicked out are leaving pallet boards with nails sticking up in the road and both me and the person who shares my unit have lost tires due to this. On top of this as Ive mentioned momentarily before they are kicking people out of some of their units and I only hope that theyre refunding them because I know some of those people paid a year in advance. Theyre also changing the prices to be insane and lying to the current customers on the percentage of which theyre changing their unit pricing by. As an example with Mr Warehouse I pay $55 a month for my unit. The new management made me aware they were going to up my rent by 5% which I approved. My new rent with the 5% increase is now around $65, informing me the new management did not pass grade school or are liars.

Great facility and great folks. The owners and management have been especially helpful since Tropical Storm Imelda hit our area.

Staff was always nice and polite when I went in, thus the two stars. However, we emptied out the unit last night and there were two dead rats and a dead bird in the unit. There was also rat feces all over our belongings and our sofa was destroyed. I was completely disgusted and appalled.

Customer Service is non existent to POC. Gary is rude and uninterested in assisting selective customers with issues that arise. I hope if you are already a paying customer you never have any reasons to file insurance claims because the insurance they force you to purchase is a Sham and in the case you lose everything they will just shrug and tell you to deal with it. By far the worst company I’ve ever trusted to do a service. Your things are NOT SAFE at Store Space.

This updated review is MOST DEFINITELY NOT AN ACCIDENT! The facility in beaumont, texas is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Not only did they invade my privacy the site manager john is completely rude! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM TO STORE. They were undergoing repairs ans requested that i leave my only storage key with them to change the door on my storage. I was NOT comfortable with doing that and felt that it was absurd for me to give you my only key for a week. They reccommended that i just come up there, but the time conflicted with my school schedule. I send my husband to get something out of my storage and they had cut off my lock and changed the door anyway and refused to show me video of the incident to make sure nothing was removed. I went off and in response they raised my rate. You will do better going to LIFE STORAGE!! STORE SPACE ARE CROOKS!!!!

No the new manager is a lair and said they sent out letters but we never received any of them. That was there way of getting out the old customers so they could demolish old units. They had no remorse and said it wasnt there problem.
