Excellent over the phone customer service!! I needed to rent a place quickly without having to drive 2 hours to see the unit. No problem! The receptionist was very kind and explained everything. Payment over the phone and done!! I highly recommend Beaumont Self Storage. A+++ customer service!

Rented a U-Haul it was quick and easy and I didnt even have a reservation

I secured a storage unit at this location for work. Nola is the nice Lady at the office always answering the phone, and helping you with the storage details. Dennis is also great with your storage, and U-Haul rental needs, and Paul does the same, and drives you to you unit. Ive only been there 2 months or so, but recommend the place. My unit has a light in it, and they have security cameras all around.

Paul was a absolutely Amazing, so Patient, KIND & thorough, he new his business Very WELL & even stayed an hour late helping us get the right unit-He made us feel very comfortable there, I think we picked the right place to store 💕 Thank You Paul !

Great customer service very helpful and affordable

I’ve used Beaumont Self Storage several times in the past for U-Haul Truck Rentals and I am currently using there Storage Facility. They keep the property clean and secure. Call them or drive in. You will be a customer for life for all your Rental and Storage needs, the rates are great.

What a pain in the but, I spent 30 minutes just trying to sign docs. And the take your money first, I’m sure it will be a pain to get my $200 dollars back

Getting a storage unit has never been easier! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes and Shelly was so nice and helpful! Even though I arrived 30 minutes before closing She got me all set up and showed me to my storage unit. Great experience!

I rented a u-hual from here and when I went to pick it up the man and woman working were very friendly and great. I decided to return the u-haul a day early and when I called to ask if I could the man was very nice. My husband dropped it off with no problems. I wish I got the man and woman’s names but it’s a very nice place. Inside was great. They had boxes and tape and all kinds of things For moving you could buy. If I ever needed to rent a storage unit I would most likely go here even know it’s over 5 miles from my home. Will rent a truck from them again if I ever need one. I highly recommend this place.

Smooth, easy set up. Love the helpful and friendly staff. The fact that they are a UHaul site made my entire move one of the easiest moves I’ve ever done.

East, smooth transactions for a U Haul. Has one employee who can be a bit short and bitter due to employee shortage during COVID and he takes it out on the customer.

We just moved into tnis area, never lived here before, ALL the people ar Self Storage, treated me like I been knowing them for years.You get the best service, knowledgeable about the area, helpful tips about saving time and money, and go above beyond, to ensure, you are taken care of.

Worst U-Haul drop off experience ever. This facility claim that they’re a legit 24-hour U-Haul drop-off location but they have a small driveway that wouldn’t accommodate a large U-Haul truck and they have a gate with a code. I called them after hours and “Carol” picked up. She refused to give me the code to be able to enter and park my U-Haul rental. She said you can park it in the driveway even though it won’t fit. I just think this place needs to honor their claims. A 24-hour drop-off doesn’t just mean a box next to the door for the truck keys. You need to actually assist and accommodate your customers and above all have a location that is suitable for a drop off.

Dennis was extremely helpful and I was in and out within 30 minutes!

Update:: still a five star reviewI had to rent storage room from them and they were accommodating and every time i go in they are so nice and helpful, Thank you for always being so kind to my family!!!Rented a Uhaul from here, good customer service. when returning was a little wait but should anticipate a short wait as someone has to look over the returned vehicle. i left a set of keys on the floor that slid under the seat, they brought them up while i was finishing paperwork, great place to rent uhauls.

Renting a parking space for my full size truck was simple, easy and quick. The office manager personally showed me available spaces to choose from, and he explained all rates, hours of operation, and payment options.

This facilty does not honor their own reservations and prices. Very disappointed with the service I recieved today. My husband and I came in this week to reserve (2) 10x20s. I was given a written quote by Paul Wagner. He was off today but my reservation and price quote were on the computer. When I came in today, the older woman behind the counter and a gentleman who appeared to be the groundskeeper, informed me that they could not honor the reserved 2 unit quotes that I recieved. She did however tell me she would honor 1 unit (with an attitude and as if she was doing me a favor). Paul was very nice, too bad they gave him the day off. The woman behind the counter (12/29/2017 about 9 a.m) I was made to feel as if the person(s) behind the counter today did not want my business. Thankfully Extra Space took my rentals for (1) 10x20 and (1) 10X25 with the first month free! I paid Extra Space for the 3 months I needed in advance. Go to Extra Space when this facility gives you the finger like they did to me.

Drove from West Covina to their facility to rent a tow dolly, rented several before from U-Hauls. This guy wouldn’t rent the dolly to me because my service truck has a steel bumper. My truck is a Chevy 3500 dually. Has a steel dance floor bumper garuntee rated and trusted more a 8k revciver. The moment I asked for it he tried sending me 10 miles out of my way. Don’t rent from them, they don’t want to rent their equipment it’s just advertisement for their storage facility

Avoid using this location for anything U-haul!!! They will bait and switch you with addition costs. I rented a unit and returned it same day only to find that they attempted to charge me three days for a single day rental. Good thing I took pictures to document the return time and date. I called the location and they said they couldn’t help. They said to call U-haul.Upon talking to U-haul their representatives indicated that it was indeed the location that entered that it was a 3 day rental. This place will rip you off. Do not use!

If youre moving and happen to rent a U-Haul truck from this place, do yourself a giant favor and check the gas gauge before you leave the lot with it. Grab the guy behind the counter and literally drag him outside to the vehicle, and make sure the gas gauge reads what it says on the contract youre signing. I got charged a grip of extra cash because the 26-footer I leased for the day (previously used by U-Haul employees, they said) had less than 1/2 tank in it. Signed a contract that said it had 3/4 tank. Didnt notice til I left the lot. Drove the thing 39 miles. Cost me $103 in fees (on top of the $30 in gas I put in before returning it, at 1/2 tank). Word to the wise: double-check the gas gauge.
