Was a 4 in the beginning.But theyve stopped pre making drinks for drive-thru. By that I mean, of your 6 cards back your iced latte isnt melting by the window waiting for you.Theyve also sped up the service, no more forever waits.Staff is older, and friendly and Ive gotten great coffee with no mistakes every time. Best location for the moment.

I’m pretty sure the staff at this location are wizards because in a drive thru line of 10 cars, I ordered and got my drink in 11 minutes- super fast service even during busier peak hours. I order from this location frequently in the drive thru and the app and they always get my order right.

Not very happy with this location. Cant seem to be able to get a simple order straight. Two separate times, I asked them to make my espresso drink warm and it was like molten lava each time. Id hate to experience their idea of hot if my drinks were warm. The last time, my wife ordered a hot chocolate and I ordered a warm latte. We got a scalding latte and an almost warm chocolate.

Second time in a row where I’ve placed a mobile order and stood by to watch walk in customers pace their order and get their drinks before me. What’s the point of a mobile order? After waiting 29 minutes for what I hoped would be a tasty treat, I received a watered down, lukewarm coffee. Make the trip to college street and bypass Dowlen.

So many Starbucks are slacking these days .This store is not !! This reflects great management and team dependence. The drinks are made properly and are well executed. The baristas care about their product and that is how you make happy customers .

So I dont know if its a thing with the nitro brew.. but it tasted bitter, like I couldnt even finish it.. the foam on top tasted odd. Ive only been to Starbucks twice now.. but the first time I got a Carmel cold drink. It was good.. just has mad straw issues.

Dopio (double Espresso) was good and consistent as usual. Clean shop. A little slow and required masks while in shop. Their decision to bring politics into coffee retail doesnt make sense to me and the Covid policies appear to be based on popular optics. I spend $ at local coffee shops and Starbucks. Starbucks is losing a fan from the early 2000s. Dont really feel welcomed there. I love coffee but the irony is Im not sure if Im their target customer.

Home boy was obviously new but thought he knew it all... wouldn’t make a drink a frappe that I get at legit every other location. Also how’re y’all gonna advertise the new stuff so adamantly but not let customers know when they’re out?? Idve just taken my order elsewhere if I’d known they would be difficult. Literally every other Starbucks is better than this one.

Besides the drive thru line always being so long (and why I now order my drinks to be picked up inside) they are very quick and my order has always been correct

My wife and my daughter like their coffees and concoctions so when Im not working mornings Ill pick up what they want as they get ready for work. Starbucks is growing on me. Sometimes Ill get something for myself when I order theirs. Ive denied myself their products, in the past, because of their political views and I still dont care for that side of them, but I also see young women and men working hard to fulfill their dreams and thats a good thing.The Starbucks app, once I figured it out, makes it easy to order, pay, and pick up.

Ive been coming here to this location for many years, the wait time is long sometimes bc they stay so busy, so avoid the drive-thru during peak times (early morning work rush, lunch rush, and pretty much all day on Sat & Sun), but I give 5 stars bc my drinks are always good and they have always been very nice and friendly.

Try the one in Krogers instead! Same parking lot even!Last time I went there, they were out of two of the three drinks we wanted. This time, they told me I couldnt sit down while waiting for my drink, despite having foot surgery that still causes me pain. I go to Starbucks to add joy and pleasure to my life, and this one just doesnt accomplish either of those objectives.

Coffee was great but I do have a few complaints. I mobile ordered and picked up through the line not knowing that i would be waiting 20 minutes for my coffee. When I went inside to ask for a hot coffee, the barista gave me serious attitude. All I wanted was a hot coffee but instead I was greeted with attitude and cold coffee. I love Starbucks so much but I will not be coming back to this location.

This starbucks is the best...the employees are so kind and super chill and they always make my drinks right. Thankyou for the shots of espresso, my iced coffees, and my frappes:)

This is the best Starbucks in Jefferson County. We came in at shift change and they were still on top of things. Got our beverages and good out quickly.

Drive through is friendly and drinks are good. Usually pretty crowded in the line but moves in a timely manner.

Super slow line. It bought a coffee to pick up in the drive thru (wont do that again) and it took almost 40 min to get to the window. My coffee was not hot anymore. I asked if I should come back inside to gets fresh one and I was assured it was still hot...it was very room temperature. Bleh. I will only choose to pick up at the counter from here on out.

Some people go in the Drive-Thru and Order seven or eight coffees or drinks and complain about how slow it is you got to order that many coffees go inside!

Multiple workers refuse to engage customers as they come in the door for mobile orders. Specifically. Clayton who works this area refuses to make eye contact or even engage at all. Often serving walkin orders before waiting and prepared mobile orders. Happens almost every time I come. Customer engagement really needs work.

The drive thru wait time for coffee is unacceptable. The employees, however, are great!

Good service, good product, a little pricey

How this place is still operating with a drive-thru is mind-blowing. They may as well just board up the window and take in cafe and online orders only. I have waited on multiple occasions up to 30 minutes with only three or four cars ahead of me. Another one in the area off of College Street can process the same number well under 5 minutes. I dont understand how this location can be so bad for so long.Update 2021: its just as bad

My go to for coffee and more order is always right and tastes great! Be warned like many others have said be prepared to wait 10-20 mins on average they tend to run slow for such a busy location... But if time isnt an issue you wont be disapointed.

Youre going to wait if you do the drive thru so go in if you want your drink a bit quicker. The only other small negative is Ive noticed is the drinks never taste exactly the same twice. I only ever order a couple of different drinks so its noticeable.

Me and my 13 year old daughter, and her friends that are normally with us, are weekly customers so much that the employees know our orders from memory. Considering just how busy they are, that is impressive. Alway friendly, and a pleasure to continue to do business with every time! Ty

I have only been to a Starbucks once in my life and this was my first experience. Lady at the window was very nice, but the wait was crazy ridiculous. I think we waited 15-20 min in the drive-thru. Not sure if that is normal or not, but seemed lengthy to me.

I went here yesterday and was stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Today I drove by and saw how awful the line looked. I tried to give them a second chance and walked inside. When I walked inside a good 20 people were waiting for their drinks. Im sorry but corporate needs to send trainers to make these people work smarter because this will definitely hurt the business and lose customers. I walked out and will not try this location ever again.

The line in the drive through took forever but we got what we wanted.

I waited for my iced coffee for literally over 45 minutes. It was a little busy but there where many workers. I understand when its busy and that things get behind, but over 45 minutes?? There where people that ordered after me that got their drinks. Ive never had this issue at a Starbucks before.

Went inside today for two simple drinks, Americana and a London Fog. No one was in line but there were several customers waiting for their order. Little did we know it would take 25 minutes to get our order! Ticketing system was down. Plenty of staff but no one seemed to know how to get orders out without the stickers. They don’t know how to use a sharpie?!

Love the London Fog. However most people forget that they sell more than coffee and tea... their sandwiches are delish... as are their snack packs

Great service and they make drinks to your specifications. The items in their case, muffins & cookies etc. are always fresh. They replace them every 3 hours. The protein trays in the cold case are really good. Boiled egg, grapes, cheese, biscuit, peanut butter are the contents of one. There are several more, this is my fav.

Slow service at this location. The manager on duty also uses the only big table available as her office desk.

You spend way more time here than 10 minutes. Im writing this while still here because its taking them so long. They spend such a long time for the simplest order. Its not that hard to make sweet tea, especially when theres barely any people. Theyre display foods are moldy and the case has alot of flies in them. Not a good place at all.

The drive-thru service is incredibly slow. On average, it takes 8 min per car.

WAITED 17 MINUTES for a regular cup of coffee: how hard is it to pour a cup of your brew of the day? in the end I left in frustration...

Before I worked here it was a great place. Now that I work here, Ive met all the wonderful people and this place is great.

Somehow, the orders are always wrong here at this location. My wife was waiting for her drink, and another guest was also waiting for theirs. Other ladys drink came out and it was hot instead of cold, as requested. My wife had requested extra caramel and received none. The people are friendly and the drinks, when correct, are great. But accuracy is really hit and miss here.

I usually dont complain, but this Starbucks gives me grief every time I try to use my Gold status and get free refills. Geeze guys...its part of the program. Free refills of brewed hot or iced coffee, on same visit . They try to charge me every time, until I hold the line up and show them the app....free refills. 🤔

Always a wait, no matter the time. But it is the only true Starbucks in Beaumont until the new one on College opens. The coffee is great, the tarts are a treat, and the refreshers are amazing. Ask for all three refresher flavors mixed together.

This is an average Starbucks location. The experience is best when it is not busy, and annoying when it is busy. The staff seem to become overwhelmed when there is the slightest amount of a line. Neither pleasant or surly, the staff seem like zombies at times. Drive-through is much better then walk-in service. I am not sure why, but it is. So, if you need a quick cup of coffee from the road, it might be worth a try.

Always takes at least 20 minutes, all the employees hate their life and they treat you like its your fault.. only reason I have gone more than once is because I work right by it and have no choice on days I work doubles.

Great coffee but you never get your moneys worth, they never put the cup more than 2/3 full.
