There is nobody on sight to evaluate your trade in, a guy will take pictures of your boat send them to someone to look at them, then you get a real low-ball offer a day later. The new boats they do have are sitting outside in the weather with no covers. 👎

I took my boat if for repairs. A part had to be ordered. We had a major winter storm while my boat was in the shop. The work was completed in a timely manner even with the bad weather. I will be using them in the future for any repairs my boats might need.

Brought my boat in for warranty work about 12000.00 in repairs. They kept my boat for four months. The first month they never even got the warranty paperwork done so I had to call Yamaha and get it going. So after four months got my boat back ran it for two weeks my motor went from sounding like a four stroke to a two stroke motor. They never hooked up the exhaust port. Then while on vacation I noticed I had bolts in the upper unit and the mid section five of them that had backed out. I will never do business with them again. I took my boat down the road on College st and had it fixed right and I’m back on the water now. P.S. read the reviews if I would have I would have never taken my boat to them in the first place.

We are beyond unhappy with the service department. They have had our boat for almost 3 months. We had vibration in the motor. They can’t figure out how to fix it and are now sending it back to the manufacturer. The mechanic lied to my husbands face, telling him that the boat was covered when he could see the boat was definitely not and even argued with him calling him a liar! I will be contacting an attorney Monday. Our boat was only 9 months old when we dropped it off. Completely unprofessional and rude people!!!

Kevin was very professional and made me feel like he actually cared and wanted to take care of my problem. It was nice to feel like I was important to him. Glad theyve taken over the service and warranty for Mercury and bass pro shops.

Will never deal with that dealership again. Total disappointment

No boat moter

Called twice and was assured that they had multiple of the model and size i wanted to choose from drove two hrs to get there and they had 0 of the model and all they had to say about it was sorry I would give them a negative stars if it was possible

This has been the worst experience in customer service in my life. These people do horrible work they have no work ethic, I will never purchase or bring another boat here for repairs. They dont care about the customer after 10 months!! of only having my boat back for all together maybe a month during the last 10 months after a boating accident they are telling us our trim doesnt work and that they arent going to fix it and to just come get our boat. pathetic. please do not use this place.
