After I got into a car accident on a Sunday, the owner was amazing and opened it just so I could get my stuff out of my car. It was awesome and I had no trouble getting my things.

I’m currently being towed and cannot believe the awful service. I’m no dummie and I do my research. There was only two recycle centers I called and ONE tow agency. This one...both places referred me. I was given $45 for a tow as a price and $4 a mile. The man was very pleasant and even gave me great advice on which center to take my car to. So it surprised me that once the tow man got here his prices changed; $50 for a tow but then only $3 per mile. I challenged him on the price and he said I was quoting a Buds towing and their prices. I’ve only talked to one place mind you and I wrote everything down next to their number. So he pretty much calls me a liar and tells me to call and “talk to his boss”. I’m really not happy. 😡😡😡😡

We broke down on the Saturday evening of St Patricks day.We had called a few places and it seemed everyone was either closed fur the weekend or only serviced trucks.Once we contacted M&M towing, the dispatcher Tom was very kind and helpful, as was our tow truck driver.He arraigned to drop us at a motel (Arbor Inn) and haul our van to a local mechanic (Nick of Reds Best) who was willing to give up his Sunday with his family to get us back on the road.When people break down on the road where they dont know anyone, the fear of being taken advantage of is very real.M&M Towing its the kind of towing company that puts those fears to rest.

They were very nice when I went in and were very understanding of a bad situation where someone stole my rental car and had it impounded.
