I have been taking my Truck here for oil changes As this is where I purchased it You would think the dealer would be a good place they would know all about the truck was told there were no grease fittings to worry about, my 3/4 ton Chevy has 9 grease fittings on the front of it when I checked them they were all dry when it is whoreout they will fix it for you Told a friend about it hes been taking his there he went to other mechanic and was told his new Chev Has never been greased, an other person I know got transmission fluid put in there motor.They use the cheapest bulk oil they can get.Do yourself a favor and dont go to Heritage.

It seems that service and parts are very expensive. On a previous experience the tread on the tires on my new car were separating. Service (Ron) promised to contact the company to see what they would do. There was very little tread wear.3 months and several calls later in Dec. I talked to him and he said he would get an answer, but it might take longer because of the Holidays. It is now July and I still have no answer. The end of March I bought new tires because I was tired of having to stop 3 times a week to get air in the ones with separated tread. I had 3 different tire places tell me that the separated tread was the reason they kept losing air. That is a thousand dollar sale that Chevrolet missed out on, not to mention I will not buy another Chevrolet product. I will not purchase a product that the company will not stand behind. I am also considering finding another location for service.

So Id been asked by GM to take my Pontiac Vibe in to have recalled airbags replaced. The staff was awesome and GM paid for it thank you guys.

I would give a 10/5 if I could. Excellent service department and body shop. But almost more important is how stand up and ethical this sales department is. They will go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer no matter who you are. They did it for me, and I know theyll do it for others too. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to any friends or family. When my current vehicle decided to give me grief for the third time I decided it was time to look at something newer and more reliable.I came in with no real notice and was able to get help immediately. I worked with Brian Rudd when looking to get a new replacement vehicle. I hadnt done as much research as I knew I should have in a situation like this but found that Brian was not only very helpful, but very informative on all the different options available.The whole time I didnt feel pressured into anything. The entire process felt very relaxed, like it was all about me and what I wanted in a new vehicle. I never felt like I was being directed into going with anything I didnt need but at the same time I was still presented with all the options which is something I appreciated. In the end I decided to go with a brand new Chevy Equinox. So far Im very happy with my purchase and the next time I find myself in need of a vehicle this location is going to be at the top of my list. 5/5 service hands down.

I had gotten a low tire pressure reading on my left rear tire. I puled into the dealership and got in line. My problem was found and corrected in a timely manner, I had picked up a screw.

On Nov 3, 2020 I took my 2019 Chevy Trail Boss in to have some minor buffing of the tailgate done that got scuffed up by my tarp on my move from CO. Later that afternoon I received a call asking me if the dealership could hold onto it for another day to make sure they got it perfect. I didnt have a need for it those days so I agreed, even though I thought it was kind of weird considering they were only buffing out the small scratches on the tailgate. Upon my arrival the people seemed very scarce and not very willing to help me with my vehicle. Even though I was very excited to see it all complete. When I did finally get my truck, no one came out to show me what they all did or talk to me about it. I first saw all the left over wax they left on there but when I noticed the puncture and dent with yellow paint on the rear driver side bumper, I immediately went back inside and asked to speak to the manager. We of coursed argued about it for awhile, and then he asked if I wanted a tour of where they worked on my truck, which I agreed to. In the shop they had a yellow car with the driver side light out and the bumper taken off. They also failed to take any photos of my truck before doing anything to it, and they also told me they have no cameras in that area, and no one could remember how my truck looked beforehand. They did offer to fix it at a discounted rate and they did refund me my money for the work they did to my truck. I filed a police report and filed a claim with my insurance company but I really wish the dealership, whom I trusted with my truck, would admit to their mistake, repair the bumper, and refund me the appropriate amount.

Dont do business with these people especially if u r an employee or family member of gm. They dont honor the discount because demand is so high and they cant overcharge for the vechile. They are over charging the public for profit because of demand. So expect to get over charged.

Bravo!! I live in Illinois and I needed to have my car charged so I could get home from Michigan and they were more than accommodating. Ron Force sent me back to my hotel in a shuttle and then made sure that I was picked up by a shuttle, the service manager is the one who drove me Nate is his name and I believe the shuttle guy was Nick and even he was great if I got the name wrong I’m sorry! Altogether a great experience if I lived in Michigan I would definitely service my vehicle there.

They were fabulous! My car was hit while parked doing extensive damage. The collision shop did an excellent job helping me navigate all the insurance, towing, a rental car and all the details. I was very appreciative of their expertise. I feel like it was fixed in a timely manner even though it took just over a month. I know parts are hard to get due to covid and was expecting to be without my car much longer. My looks like new and was very clean when I got it back. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

I bought 2 cars and 1 truck from your dealership and bring them to quick lube for all my oil changes. A place I can trust. They do a really great job.

Long story short I walked out $147 less with no solution to my issues. I bought the car from Heritage in October 2019. I have had issues with the tire going low since I bought it. I’ve had it into Heritage twice now for this issue and they continue to tell me there is nothing wrong with it. This is frustrating. There has to be something wrong with it for it to continue going low. I will take it to Discount Tire and see if they can figure it out.This wasn’t the most disappointing part of my visit though. On my way home I could smell oil (I also had them do an oil change while they had my car). When I got home and checked under the hood there was fresh oil everywhere. It looked like a child had attempted to dump oil into my car and failed miserably. There was oil on the exhaust manifold, around the cap, and on the radiator reservoir. I called Heritage earlier to discuss this and they told me to come back in and they would clean it up and check my oil. I DO NOT have time to come back in. I have to schedule these things around my work and children’s schedule. Therefore, I have them do as much as they can when they have it. I work until 4:30. I was told the tech’s leave at 5:00 so I would need to be in there around 4:00 to have it cleaned and my oil checked. This isn’t possible for me.I pay a lot more to take my car to Heritage vs. another shop because of who they are. However, I’m starting to question the quality.

Its a shame they let employees without basic driving skill and road rage represent them.

It was just for regular maintenance and to check for an oil leak. Everything was taken care to my satisfaction and all interactions with personnel were very good.

My experience was very straight-forward in that I was greeted immediately on arrival by Ron McFadden. I was given the option to wait in the customer lounge, which was comfortably furnished. My wait was minimal and I was on my way home within 45 minutes. Bonus: the cost was less than I expected, which is always a plus for my budget!

Fantastic service, body shop coordinators in the office were very friendly. My 2018 Silverado looked good as new after they completing the body work. A++

Top notch place, friendly service and the sales people dont hound you to buy a automobile, they will however answer questions relating to their automobiles. We were very pleased with their service and will continue to purchase automobiles through them. Although after purchasing the communication got lost meaning I had to return the automobile numerous times for things that should of been handled on previous visits or.before the actual sale. I was told the help doesnt get paid very much so thats why they do such a lousy job detailing. Think I would of kept that info under my hat.

Its not great when the body shop knows you by name when you walk in the door 😏, but great service always.

Service professionals were very professional friendly and courteous . My truck was serviced in a timely manner. I specifically requested and air filter change . While I was waiting the filter was personally brought out for me to inspect that it was still in good condition. They could have just changed it and charged me but instead I was saved money. My daughter had a small dent in her front quarter panel of her car that had happened by just leaning on it to hard. We went to Heritage for an estimate to get it fixed. They came back with a $687.00 price. LOL. Took the car to BRADS AUTO BODY off Dickman road in Battle Creek, MI and the wonderful man there popped it out for nothing. $687.00 what a joke. Very dissatisfied with Heritage. They could have done the same thing, instead of trying to gouge us. And in turn got a good review. Wont go to Heritage for anything again. Although the girl that greeted us was very nice and treated us very well. Thats the only reason I gave them 2 stars.
