Scott was fantastic! Ive been in sales for awhile and he was the epitome of what a sales person should be! He was attentive, informative and very personable. My husband and I recently came up with my mom to switch from Straight track to be put on her plan at USCellular. I called to set up an appointment specifically with Jeff and because of the Covid pandemic he kindly requested we bring some information in order to make the process a little easier especially given the time we had requested so late in the afternoon.I cannot express how painless Jeff made the switch for us. I was really worried that it was going to be difficult to get out from under our former provider but it went pretty smoothly and the transition mostly seamless. He even managed to save as much as possible from my husbands ancient android to utilize the info on his new iPhone.It is a relief to be a part of a more local company and to know if I have questions or concerns, all I have to do is ask.Jeff was kind, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We felt well taken care of despite the pandemic and we are grateful.

Every time I go there I have too wait for 30 minutes to over a hour to get help. I just cant waste my time waiting around every time go in to pay bill or shop and sometimes for technical support. My time is valuable to me. Your store has a great customer serice but I just cant wait around at each visit. No matter what time of the day I go into the store in Bangor, Maine.

Bryan was amazing when i was in there. Went there to check on a few thing on my account and i ended up up grading my phone. got ear buds and a blue tooth speaker. He was very helpful on telling me about the products. He got everything off my old phone on to my new phone. it took for ever and he was great. Came back in 3 days later and he got my smart watch to hook up to my new phone. He was amazing and talked to me while he was doing his thing. Def a good associate for this store. if i ever have to go back i will go to him again.

I switched over to US Cellular from Spectrum and I had an excellent experience. Jared was helpful, knowledgable, able to answer all of my questions, and he even helped keep my kids entertained during the whole process. Extremely thankful for all of his help and the excellent customer service.

I am seriously so upset so about 3-4 weeks ago I went and purchased the new Samsung S20 ultra 5G and NOT only did the sales associate NEVER MENTIONED I cant use 3.5mm audio jack in my car so CANT LISTEN TO MUSIC WHILE DRIVING UNLESS MY CAR IS BLUETOOTH COMPATIBLE!!! OR EVEN HOW TO TURN THE PHONE ON OR OFF (theres no physical power button its in the cells menu) i can name about 2 other MAJOR things that are seriously crucial when purchasing a new device that he NEVER TOLD ME OR US! But when i have to Google how to turn my brand new THOUSAND SOMETHING $ device ON AND OFF someone seriously FAILED at there job. Im calling the store first thing tomorrow morning.

Very poor when u have 2 wait 2 pay for 20 minutes and the staff is overwhelmed with 5 people in line customer service is Where? Its a joke. ! Phone and service is good. lots of room 2 improve customer service!! If they care they should show it and prove 2 the customer .more professional and efficient people that can handle the work load !

Giving best deal that could be offered

Doug Nash is an exceptional consultant. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the phones and the plans, but he is transparent and incredibly patient. He answered each of my several questions honestly, clearly, and often multiple times without a trace of irritation or urgency. It is very obvious he is invested in whats best for the client, and he spent a lot of time finding ways to save us money. Corporate policies and jargon can be hard to decipher, and you want someone like Doug to be your guide.Phone companies are all the same nowadays, but US Cellular is set apart for two reasons: 1) I get service most places others dont. 2) They have Doug.

I had a very positive experience once again with Jared McReavy. He is very knowledgable and was so helpful to all my needs and questions in a timely manner. He is very professional and knows his stuff with phones. I without a doubt highly recommend him for all your needs.

Best phone store in bangor

The 3 hours of waiting to transfer ownership of a phone number to my daughter and for her to get a new phone was nuts.

The employees are helpful and friendly. Most are really good at their jobs, unfortunately they dont seem able to plan and staff appropriately for busy time. DO NOT go when it is busy.

My husband and I visited this US Cellular store today. The woman who called herself a service rep offered no help at all. She didnt even try to offer any sugestions. She gave us a brochure and told us to call the insurance company or buy a new phone. We went next door and bought a new battery for $42 and it was fixed, no thanks to US Cellular

My wife and I recently went in to this location on Bangor mall boulevard to upgrade our phones. I’ve been with US cellular for at least five years and been in that store many times. This was, hands-down, the best experience I’ve ever had with any sales associate in any field. The sales consultant was Jared McReavy. His knowledge about the phones and technology is in depth. This guy clearly knows everything in that store inside and out. Not just jargon thrown out there either. He explained pros and cons on multiple devices and products in a way that left me feeling like the decision I made was informed and the right choice for us and our family. He was very friendly and made the whole experience a pleasant one. I will refer everyone I know to Jared, and if it all possible will deal with him exclusively.We were in the store getting the upgrades because my wife accidentally left her phone in Lincoln at our son’s orthodontist. She was planning on getting a new phone anyway. So it made more sense to buy a new phone than drive all the way to Lincoln. When Jared heard the story, he offered to pick up the phone for us because he was going to be in Lincoln the next day. That way my wife could get all of the information off of it. I hope my point has been made what an extraordinary experience we had. I’ve never left a review anywhere positive or negative. Anyone who wants to guarantee themselves a positive experience at US cellular make sure to ask for Jared.

Upgraded Note8 to Note20 Ultra!

I get expert advice and knowledgeable staff every time I go to this particular store. Highly recommend to anyone needing cellular advice or upgrades.

I recently went into US Cellular looking to upgrade my phone. Jared McReavy is the gentalman who helped me. He was very professional. Knowledgeable and extreamly helpful. I am not very tech savvy so I had a lot of questions for him. He was very patient with me and insured me several times that I would not leave there until everything was to my liking on my phone. When it was time to leave he offered me his business card in case I had any more questions for him. Of course I had more questions once I started using my phone. I reached out to him a couple of times and he got right back to me with an answer. As I also work with the public I can appreciate great customer service. Jared truly went above and beyond and never made me feel like I was a bother. In the future anytime I need anything Jared will always be my go to person.

I had my grandsons phone turned on and it was quick easy and not horribly expensive.

Be cautious when ordering accessories here, I called them looking for the dual screen case for my lg v60 and the woman on the phone kept telling me the case was $399 but when I called their corporate number i got the case for $199. They are trying to scam the locals to make more commission.

Went in and no one greeted us. It took someone a few minutes to acknowledge our existence. A man grudgingly checked us in, what the hell is that? He did not ask what we wanted. He told us to sit and wait for someone to help us, (could he help us?). We waited about 15 min while the same guy sold a guy a cover and another guy paid his bill. After 15 min, we got us and left, and none of the employees said anything. We went to anther store and bought a phone.

Customer service sucks! Everytime we come to this store, we end up waiting for over an hour to see a customer service rep. They have 10 stations available to serve the customer, but only have 2 people working. Avoid this store at all costs!

I have been a US Cellular customer since 2006. You cant beat the pricing of their plans. I had a 1425min plan and it only cost me 90.00 amonth with free incoming calls, text and picture messaging Nationwide. Free nights and weekends @ 2100hrs. I recently upgraded to 4 lines with 1440min. 2 for my kids and one for my GF. For 124.00 a month. with free incoming calls, unlimited text and picture messaging Nationwide. Free nights and weekends @ 2100hrs plus free mobile to mobile (only with other US Cellular customers.) But thats more than enough. The customer service rep was very knowledgable and extremly helpful in helping me chose the phones and getting me set up. BTW, my GF works for a competing cell company, and says their plans and phones cant compare to US Cellulars.
