Love this place, very helpful staff, clean, and organized. Daniel was very helpful. They were out of the item I needed and he helped me find a perfect substitute for what I needed. I highly recommend this place.

Awful customer service. I asked an employee standing by the door to help me by opening the door while I had my hands full with a cart and a toddler and his reply was, Why would I do that?

I just recently left party city today looking for a pair of gloves. I noticed they had costume items so I decided to drop by. I asked the female cashier if they had any and she told me to check the color wall. I walked back there but the gloves on the wall were not what I had described to her. I came back and asked if they had long black gloves which she replied “ that’s a Halloween item”. The Halloween section is currently being set up, so I asked the female cashier if I should come back at the end of the week to check again, she ignored me and began to bad mouth about me to a customer she was currently ringing up. The male cashier didn’t seem to know where anything was and for the 5 Minutes I was there, he was still blowing up the same balloon. I would understand if they were slammed and busy but collectively there were only 3 people in line. There was no reason why both cashiers couldn’t answer a simple question. Customer service is not for you if your first response to questions being asked about the store is being rude and nasty for no earthly reason.

The service at the ballon counter was phenomenal. The young lady and gentleman were so pleasant. The young lady assembled my Spiderman Ballon kit, stickers in all. This is the kind of service I love. Lets be honest Party City ballons are expensive but good full service balances out the cost. I will be back.

I wanted balloons for my husbands birthday but they rearranged the store. I ended up getting a gift bag and a card. They had graduation balloons but thats not what I wanted.

Very busy store. Staff is amazingly friendly and professional. I couldnt tell the managers from staff. No pump, a team working together appropriately dressed for business.

Richard was very helpful n polite. I was having problems finding balloons for my God sons 6th bday n he help me find what I needed. Although the store needs more help or more hrs to schedule more help for the weekends. They r busy as all party citys r on weekends n they did the best they could but they need more help up front. This is one of the worst Party City that I have been to. The clerks were very unfriendly. The one with the red braids gave no eye contact, I had to ask customers to step back away from me. I think she ate a sour lemon because she kept smacking her lips. If you look at the store footageThe camera speaks for itself. She is a very unprofessional young lady.

Employees were all wearing masks behind their noses and were very rude, barely acknowledged me. Only two people were in line in front of me and it took over 10 minutes for someone to check me out.

Very good service. I called ahead to check if my online order was ready and I wasnt put on hold, wasnt transferred to another department, and the phone call lasted less than 5 minutes--all of which is pretty rare in my experience.

The two guys who were working today were working harder than chick-fil-a employees. They were running around making sure all of the balloon orders were filled. If it were up to me Id give them a raise.

I love to go shopping at Party City. Its so organized. Everything is color coded and pretty. Sometimes I just stop in just to walk down each isle to see how lovely everything is laid out. Party City the fun place to shop!!!

When I went up to the checkout stand to purchase something there were five people who were working and only one of them was checking people out even though there was a line. Customer service here is could use some help.

Two stars because at least they are friendly enough. however, they really need to figure out their balloon and check out situation. Literally every time, the line is 20 people long and theres always people waiting for balloons. (My trip today... 5 balloons, 40 minutes wait time.)

Had what I needed and for a good price! We bought graduation decorations for my brothers graduation party!! Patapsco High School...they had all school colors available! Very nice selection they even had graduation cap decorations!!

The merchandise themes need to be updated. I went to purchase Spiderverse stuff for my sons birthday and I was disappointing to find nothing. I think its important for businesses to stay up to date with pop culture, especially in relation to comic book and cartoon characters, if they carry this genre.

I was disappointed with the selection of paper plates and tablecloths. They have eliminated some of their colors and now offer a very bright royal and a weird light blue. Navy is no longer available which was a disappointment.

Always an excellent selection. Party decorations are arranged by color which is incredibly helpful when youre planning something themed. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they are often out of the giant balloons I need.

I paid with $100 bill and was given 2 fake twenties out of my $60 change. Now I dont think the workers intentionally did this but you need to check any money your receiving when you work anywhere even 20 dollar bills!!! The reason I know they gave me these fake twenties was because immediatly after leavinf the store I went to the gas station next to rhis plaza and went to pay and the attendant told me the twenty was fake so I asked him to look at the other ones and he inforned me two out of the 3 twenties given to me just a few moments ago by party city were fake!

Its ok, the quality of their costumes have gone way down though. My husband and I have been getting our daughters costumes here for about 6 years now and every year the costume quality goes down a little more. Holloween 2018 we decided we were gonna shop else where. That aside its a great place for party stuff a given I know but I find stuff I would never even think of.

Lots of decorations and candy! Costumes, too, and so many to choose from. The sizes dont cover too many body types and the quality isnt great. Especially since some of them are expensive! Still my number one stop for Halloween.

Clear, well organized store with helpful staff. However, they were out of atleast 20% of their displayed balloon options all almost all of their number balloon options. Very disappointing and I had to go to another store.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in... the staff was polite and attentive! I purchased specialty balloons for my daughters birthday and the young lady who waited on me ... ensured I had everything I needed..my experience at this Party City was great compared to Party City in Nottingham

They have a huge selection of party supplies for almost any occasion. The only down side for me is that their balloons and some other items are overpriced so you definitely want to have a budget when shopping here.

Get what you need for your party good sales but can be pricey

Prices were for what we purchased were fair. They seemed short staffed for a Saturday as everyone was behind the counter and nobody was on the sales floor. The staff we did talk to were helpful. They were out of many colors of balloons.

It has a lot of items, especially the ones you see online. However, the shoppers are very inappropriate and the workers are childish and young. It is okay but looks very dull inside and some prices are very high while other things are a very good deal.

The new girl on the register seemed like she didnt want to help me find get the mylar ballons I needed from behind the counter. She just kept saying I dont think we have then instead of turning around to check or asking another associate. It was another associate who located it. Store was clean & organized. Deducted 1 star for her unwillingness to help and another star for their stuff being ridiculously overpriced.
