BEWARE OF SCAM. My car was towed here after an accident by a tow truck that was not provided by my insurance company. How they got my information is unknown and will be investigated. The tow company informed us that the location for the tow had changed to SGV Auto Center. This was untrue and we unfortunately fell for it. The shop held my car for over a week and charged absurd fees ($145 per day)for storage whilst giving my insurance company the runaround every time they tried to retrieve the car. After 1 week, the fees were over $1k. Demanding cash only to release the car to the appropriate tow company is absurd. They just hold the car hostage as long as they can for a big payout.My car started fine before being taken here and now the engine harness is damaged, so the car will not turn on.Do NOT let your car be taken here. If you do fall for this scam, try to get it out ASAP or else youre just racking up fees. Report this place if youve had a similar circumstance.

This business purchased a Porsche tail light from us. They claimed we sent a broken tail light to them. We agreed to get the item back to see what this was all about. Turns out, they sent back their own broken tail light and tried to make it look like ours. Serial #s do not match, and they tried to replicate the hard written marker on the back, but it was 100% a fail. Nice try with your scam. Police report filed, and photos attached to this review so everyone can see your scam!

I had a mixed experience with this place. Seems weird that the tow truck company took my car here even though they are 40 miles away from me and, honestly, there was overspray left on my windshield. All that aside though, Ishmael provided really great customer service. He communicated frequently, even drove my car out to me himself, and made sure to fix all of my concerns.

SGV body shop gives the worst customer service experience ever, more like a nightmare. These guys have no clue what customer service means just as they dont know what Time is money means.The collision was on September the 21st and got the car back on November the 12th, even though the insurance paid on time both times because these guys kept finding new things.We kept calling the shop asking about the car and the shop kept telling us all sort of BS excuses..The owner, a guy by the name of Art was a big coward, he never showed his face to my wife when she went to the place to ask about the car..And last but not least these guys change the 2 rear tires for old ones. The rear left tire was damaged after the accident and the insurance paid for the new one..Bottom line I had to buy 2 new tires.Here are some pictures of the collision you will see how bad the accident was and the tires.Last but not least I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

SGV Auto Center runs a scam with a towing truck company. After a collision, a tow truck takes your car to SGV Auto Center. They hold your car hostage and expect you to pay thousands to get it back. Just dishonest and sad really. Police should really investigate this body shop. There should be more people out there who fell for this scam.

This is the BEST EVER car repair experience! Not only are their jobs very professional but also how they care about customers. They repaired my car like brand new and they even washed it and put tire dressing after the repair. Also, the PRICE IS VERY COMPETENT and fair. Moreover, they can provide estimate from pictures and reply very fast. I was able to get an estimate in just a few minutes and when I brought my car to the shop they honored the estimate without hassles. It made the whole process VERY EASY and SAVED me a lot of time. The owner Art and his business are very reliable, honest and courteous to his customers. He kept communicating on the repair status and send me pictures during the repair processes. They got all 5 Stars’ review for a reason!!! Will definitely keep coming here should I need another car repair! And HIGHYL RECOMMEND to people who is reading this review so more people can have the same pleasant experience as me!

This company will definitely show you great customer service to get you there once you are there they do not care especially once they give you your car back got my car back was dirtier than it was when I left it there overspray on the windows and missing guards to prevent scratches on my car. When contacted owner and business they laughed at me and told me to stop lying then they tell me to use rubbing alcohol myself to remove the overspray off of my windowsThen brought up the missing pieces off of my car they never got a response. It was great and amazing in the beginning got a free PS five for taking my car there but otherwise definitely would never go back due to the amount of loyalty provided to customers after their cars are returned to them.

They send a AAA guy saying that ur Insurance Company told them to take your vehicle to their shop so they can fix the vehicle there they do charge you per day if you leave ur car there also bumped up with a Customer and said they told him that the car was going to be ready in 2 weeks the car has been there for over a month already.

Learn from our mistake, if you have a choice DO NOT let your vehicle get towed here. We were in an accident and were having the car towed to a different auto body shop. Someone claiming to be from our insurance company called said that they switched it and were now going to tow the vehicle to SGV Auto Center. This insurance rep even had our claim number. Turns out, that was a scam. The person claiming to be an insurance rep was actually someone from Roadside Dispatch Towing, who decided to change up the destination to SGV Auto Center without consulting the insurance company. Members of both companies must be working together to get business. Also, once the car was here at this shop, we were also scammed into signing papers that were unnecessary and were lied to, ultimately costing us a few hundred dollars.Do not have your vehicle towed here after an accident, even if someone who claims to be from your insurance company calls to confirm it. It is a scam unfortunately. Please learn from our mistakes.

SCAM. They operate a towing scam to get your vehicle to their shop. If your car ends up here MOVE IT. Don’t trust anything they say, don’t sign anything. They also claimed to have torn down my vehicle (more charges) in order to get my estimate. I went to the auto body to see my car after the estimate and supposed tear down was performed and my car was completely in tact. Truly the worst experience. If you end up here it’s work the second tow to get your car out.

I found this shop randomly and took my car for repair and service. I’m so happy with their service so I decided to to leave my second review. To find a body shop where you feel comfort is a big deal. I took my car to a couple of places before I decided to use SGV Auto Center. Needless to say, I appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, and hard work. My car looks fantastic!! They provided me with a reasonable quote and got my car back in a reasonable time. I have a hard time trusting “just anyone” with my car- I’m happy I did my research! I’m also happy I found you- thank you for your service. Your service compelled me to leave a review! You guys are awesome!

Art and his crew rock the world when it comes to auto body work. I had some major damage on the front end and door and he gave me a fair estimate and even offered to take me home when I dropped off the car. Who offers that anymore? A person who cares about his business, thats who.He kept in touch during the week by sending me pictures of what they were doing to my car and the advancement they were making. No extra charges and it looked wonderful when I went to pick it up.Art is absolutely the most kind man. Always polite, personable and professional. Offers a drink or soda both times I was there. The building is so clean and comfortable if you need to wait. It has a better recliner sofa than I do in my house.I could not be more pleased about the service he offered and delivered. He even sends you home with a goodie bag and a super clean car. Thank you Art and the rest of your employees.

My car needed a new bumper and a number of other repairs. The guys at this shop are very professional. They kept me posted on what was going on with my insurance and then repairs. I highly recommend this shop. They do great work and they left my car looking brand new. I really got what I wan hoping for and would recommend them to anyone out there.

I am an extremely satisfied customer. I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done there my car. I’ve taken my car in to SGV twice now and will continue to work with them. They are friendly and professional not to mention incredibly good at what they do. They kept me up to date with the status of my car and the rates are very affordable.

I had a fist sized dent in the bumper of my car. Because it happened while I was parked at a shopping center I was stuck paying for it out of pocket as I didn’t want my insurance to go up. I was got quotes from several repair places but SGV was the most affordable and had the best customer service. Friendly, honest, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

WARNING!!!They committed FRAUD with my insurance! The worst experience Ive ever had. Wish I could give 0 stars. I got into an accident and was sent here by AAA. A week later I got my repaired car back but it wasnt fixed. I took it back and they claim to have fixed it again. Once again, it wasnt. They told me to take it to an actual Honda dealership to get fixed. Honda told me that they put parts from an old Lexus on my Honda and they billed my insurance. My insurance tried to contact SGV and they were ignoring my insurances call. I will be taking them to court. Art is a scam artist.

This place is HORRIBLE! SCAM SCAM SCAM... They stole out of my sisters car and upd her chargers because in their words They wanted to we ended up taking her car to another auto body because of their bad service. Its a shame people and businesss like this exist. They take advantage with no remorse.... I have also heard of others stories about this place, i wish my sister would have known about ot before getting her car towed there... STAY AWAY!!!

This guy had call us selecting for business few weeks passed then we have a couple of cars needed some body work i call there office and the guy came over and give an estimate on booth cars i doped one of at there place the other one drop it few days after when i got there the guy change the verbal estimate on me i said why dont you give a writing estimate witch he did a couple of weeks later i called to ask for my car they said it is not done yet it will done next Thursday! on Thursday i call to make sure it is ready it was not and! that was the week of memorial day so we have to wait until next Tuesday witch is today i call the shocking news was they said i have to wait because they are supper busy with insurance jobs!! i said how long? they said we dont know if you want come pick up your car!!! we waist almost a month and we didnt get the car fixed...If there is 0 star i would have give it...

RUN from this place! Do not take your car there!! They will hold it hostage for months and repeatedly give you completion dates and not meet them! Calling them will get you now where but frustrated!! Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place.
